Wassup guys, today I would like to share my experience of divorcing with my wife. Of course, first I was doing all the divorce issues with my lawyer as many others but expenses related to this stuff blew my mind. Then one of my old friends recommended me to this online company and I signed up for them. Fortunately, everything was great and they helped me a lot. The process of divorce was quick and without serious problems. Thank you very much, guys!
Let everyone know to go to county clerk's office and use there on line AJ2 program to file for divorce of form completed. $20. You answer all the question as you did here for divorce with no children. Print it out file right there. They notrize everything for the cost of $ 221 for everything. This company cost me $199.00 just to fill out paper. Then you go file. I only get $750 a month and they share they couldn't refund my money 2 minutes after I found this out. I lost $199. That cost food on my table. They didn't care. Every time I called, I got the same person. Which was strange. Big flags. Then the want you get a premium upgrade. What you only get divorce one. Not every month. I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of, because a person don't know. Couldn't speak to a supervisor not one in. They will call you in 24 hours. Of course it's Friday. I filled out everything at the county clerk's office and all completed, noterized and entered in the courts for $221. DONT LET THIS COMPANY USE YOU FOR PROFITS!
I found this application and all its additional options very useful. And the most valuable benefit is that I could get rid of useless things and extra costs for the divorce proceedings. I managed to perform all the needed requirements without an attorney, and everything is ok now!

I paid them $439 and did not use their services. They did not have to do one thing for me because I never submitted my forms. AND they started taking out money From my bank account for some subscription every month that I did not sign up for either. I asked for total refund because no services were rendered and they said no! I will be hiring an attorney!

I used OnlineDivorce.com for my divorce because it was a very simple one. It saved me from figuring out what needed to be filed and was a reasonable cost. The reasonable cost thing is very important because I am exceedingly poor. Anyway, In the instructions it said that you had to pay a fee to file and to find out how much from the local court. In my case, it was $435. What OnlineDivorce.com failed to mention, is that most poor people qualify for a fee waver in CA. I was unlucky enough to find that out after I had paid the fees. I was very eligible for a fee waver, so because of their misleading statement that I "had to pay a fee" I am out $ 435. Which I cannot afford. Also, in the submitting of the final documents, it fails to mention, that the judgement has to be notarized by TWO notaries. It does not even mention that CA requires one notary, much less two.

I applied for a divorce in September 2020. I paid for the platinum services which were never completely rendered. The courts dismissed my case because my spouse was never served with the paperwork due to an issue with USPS. It took me calling repeatedly to get to a supervisor and even after that they refused even a partial refund because they can't control the mail... and I can? Plus, the supervisor was rude and condescending. I wasted over $500 on this company due to paying for the paperwork, platinum services and the monthly $24.99 subscription fee. Now I have to start on my own from scratch because they refuse to rectify the issue without me paying another $269 for platinum services.
AVOID AVOID AVOID going through this company!

Do not use this service. They put you on hold, don't answer your questions, provide a very basic service that doesn't really add much value. I suggest choosing a service that does the full filing for you, but not these people. They are scammers and bull$#*!ters.

This is a truly reliable online divorce service. Though we parted like friends and our divorce case was relatively simple, it's still great how quickly Online Divorce prepared all our divorce forms! The procedure is straightforward, and the price is fair. I would recommend it!

Might i suggest you include instructions on your website for reference. I realize there are instructions that come with the forms once mailed however I have questions and have not found that sending an email results in speedy responsiveness. I sent an email on Wed the 30th about not receiving my forms that shipped on 6/26. There was no update on the tracking number other than label generated, and still have not received a response.
I did receive my forms on Friday 7/2 but the packet with instructions indicate needing a notary and printing forms. There is no indication on my form for a notary to sign nor are there any instructions for printing or making copies. Perhaps a little more clarification could be helpful.
I was only able to get someone on the phone 1 time after a long hold period. Another time I called I was on hold for 30mins+ and had to drop the call. I have sent a couple of emails of which responsiveness took days and a couple that never were responded to.
After purchasing my packet I received a phone call from a third party indicating your processing tool for credit cards was down and i would need to Zell money. When i asked for confirmation that my credit card would be credited they were unable to provide. I choose not to Zell money and sent an email to make you aware and ask for confirmation that my order was processed. I did not get a response. I only got the email asking me to validate the forms.
My hope was it would be a simple and easy process.
