I've been purchasing labels from them for while and the lest few Kraft labels I had bought are not sticking to any of my products. I contact them back in November 2023 and I receive an email saying I was not "cleaning" the surface" right. They send few "tips". I answered them back and said I have followed all the "instructions" and the labels were still not sticking on my products. They never answered. I had surgery and I did not follow up until now.
I sent them an email saying... Hey anything you can do to help me here. They said... No, it passed too much time since I purchase my labels.
Awful customer service and client support. They labels are not that great too, so they don't have anything different from the other business to offer.
I'm not working with them again and I'd not recommend it.

WOW what a great site! I needed labels to create QR Code stickers, and these guys were fantastic. Best pricing around, fast efficient service. Prompt shipping with tracking and updates too! They'll even give you access to FREE design software for your label or sticker graphics if you need it. Highly recommended!
I payed extra for over -night shipping only to have my package delivered to the wrong address. I personally had to track it down, taking time away from my business. I will not be ordering from them again

I ordered 2 size labels. I spent over 12 hours (no exaggeration) trying to line up the labels with the printer (using their template, using their program). I corresponded electronically with the customer service department who kept giving me the same (ineffective) solutions over and over. After wasting over 12 accumulated hours and over $40 on labels that have been rendered useless; I am now forced with the task of finding the labels I need with proper printing capabilities. I could always order them already printed from onlinelabels.com (ha! Doubtful)
Yes, avoid these folks. Choose ONLY 1 of 3 desired qualites in a printer. Price, Quality or On Time Delivery.
Yup, they priced it competive, then changed the price after they had my deposit.
OMG, delivery was critical, and that too chaged as well. Not 2 weeks but 6.
Avoid these rookies. Avoid.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them....
They will give you cheaper shipping than you pay for and refuse to refund you if it ruins your project.
Their website says that if you place an order before 5pm, it'll ship out the same day. They also give you the option between Priority Next Day and Next Day Air. Priority, as you can imagine, is super expensive and guarantees it'll be there by 10:30a the next day.
I paid for Priority Next Day. They paid UPS for Next Day Air. Then the shipment was delayed by a day and my project is ruined. Jasmine, with their customer service, said all they'd do is refund me the difference between Next Day Air and Priority Next Day. They refused refund the entire shipping fee even though I caught them literally being fraudulent about their services and they ruined my project. I explained that UPS guarantees all their next-day shipments and she can get me my money back. Then she said to call back tomorrow and hung up.
Avoid this company.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother with paying for the priority mailing. They'll take your money, but they won't give it to you. They'll just use air mailing. Their customer service lies, so don't try and get guarantees out of them.

I needed waterproof labels for my liquid soap bottles. I needed something that my home printer could easily print on and where the ink would not run on the labels. The weather proof labels were perfect for this task. I placed my order on a Friday and by Monday I had my labels. Very fast processing and shipping. So the Onlinelabels.com is very best online service to the customers.
Their labels are okay, we use thousands. A time or two over the last year their dies are set to deep & it causes issues with our labeling machine.
But that's not what prompted me to leave a review. I just called in to pay for a custom order, I've been shopping with this company for about 5 years so I still use my personal email versus my business one.
A part of my email is "culturelost" which is a very personal reference to me in regards to my father's cultural, my culture, there are only about 50,000 of us left (pre covid, less now). It's a big factor in my life.
So when the sales rep began to read my email back for confirmation sake she read the "culturelost" part, scoffed, said "really..." then continued with a tone of disdain until I hung up.
Now I don't know if she is a racist & is bugged by the idea that a person can be from a culture that is decimated or if she's an SJW & felt like my name didn't look "ethnic enough" to have cultural genocide play a factor in my life.
No matter the reason nor how brief the instance was it was unacceptable & has made me really uncomfortable.
I am also worried because this person has access to my card number or could mess up my order on purpose.
So I guess be careful bringing your business here if you're from a culture that has suffered loss.
Labels don't stick to plastic food containers, and they smudge on an inkjet. But customer service called me and offered a full refund.
