Just fed up with this provider. They are very expensive (typical reseller), the support is very slow and not helping at all. Just take your money somewhere else. Already working for a long time to get a refund on a server they cancelled themselves.

Onlive Server is one of the affordable and the best multi location server hosting provider in the market. I personally feel that it has an uptime of 99.99%. I personally had no problems with their servers. I was reported in case of downtime due to maintenance. May be the bad complaints posted are specific for few of the servers but I had experienced best of possible services with Onlive Server Technology.
