I have ordered size 43 and it shows 43 on it, but it can't fit me and I'm 42. Size don't match Second, the color ordered was red and I received a white one, which I don't want. Third, the quality of the bottom show looks like cheap hand painting which is not even close to they you advertise. Pictures attached. When asked for refund, they answered back: Dear customer, the shoes you bought are out of stock,We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you accept one of the suggestions? 1. you keep them and we refund 10% of it. 2. we send a 40% discount code 3. You keep them and we refund 20% as compensation?we don't suggest returning, because If you return, you need bear expensive postage to China. 4.,the shipping cost is about $ 25-40 to China,we don't recommend it,if you're not satisfied with the items,we can refund you 30% as compensation,could you accept it?
They claimed on their website to be selling Genie Bras (https://onlybestgoods.com/collections/beauty/products/dream-by-genie-bra-buy-1-get-3-improved-comfortable-seamless-bra?variant=*******6979) but in reality they were selling fraudulent imitations. What they were selling is poor quality look-alikes.
On their website they say they have a 90 day No hassle refund policy. When we contacted them about returning the bras, they said we would have to pay for return shipping, and they would only refund us $5 of the $30+ order.
If they treat their customers like family like they say they do, I'm glad I'm not a relative, because they would be stealing from me.
We ordered a medical thermometer to perform COVID-19 pre-screening of patients and paid extra for their FAST shipping that was to have the item to us in 3-5 days. The order was place in the morning of Thursday, April 9 and the package arrived the afternoon of Tuesday, April 21. They won't respond to any emails about refunding the extra paid for shipping, so don't waste your time if you have any problems. We're still evaluating the thermometer to see how it holds up. If I do have to replace it, I already know from their non-response that I'll be out what I paid and have to look elsewhere for a replacement.
I ordered a touch-free temporal thermometer from this company on April 11,2020. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. $75.90 was charged to my credit card on that date. On April 24,2020, I received a text with a USPS tracking number. However, when I clicked on the link, it stated that no further information was available because the item had not yet been shipped. It is now nearly one month later, and I have not received the thermometer. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ONLY BEST GOODS!
I ordered the Medical Forehead and Ear Thermometer. The shipping took from 3/31-4/14. That's TWO WEEKS! When it arrived, it looked like some cheap plastic item from the dollar store and kept giving me inconsistent readings. I took the batteries out, put them back in and tried again. Readings were all over the place. Completely useless and SO frustrating to have waited so long for a broken product.
It is impossible to return the item because USPS doesn't allow personal returns for items that contain mercury, so the only other way would be FedEx or UPS which ends up costing MORE than the product itself! ($100+ to ship it back to China).
DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 of the touch-less thermometers about 2 months ago and still have not received anything. Tracking number showed they have been in the US since 5 weeks ago and still has not arrived. I don't think you can even believe the tracking info. As I think it is all a scam. Unable to call the company to get any answers and when I send e-mails, I get no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is a pop up shop company that is taking your money and selling you junk. They are trying to sell thermometer at $69 sale price based on $100+. These thermometers aren't worth the money it cost to ship them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS... I would give them no starts if I could.

Ordered an infrared thermometer in March '20 and finally received the device in June. The thermometer appeared to be repackaged and when I placed the batteries in the device it would not work. After several calls to Only Best Goods, where I left messages and emails without a response, I called my credit card company and placed a dispute against Only Best Goods. I finally received a credit, but this was only until I explained to the credit card company that they were not going to honor the return and replacement policy. ONLY TALK AND NO GOODS! Stay Clear!
Total scam sight. Received the same thermometer as other reviewers. Total junk. Does not work and they would not return money. Avoid, Avoid, avoid. Cheap worthless products.

Waited two months to receive my product, a thermometer. After emails to OBG and PayPal initiating a dispute I finally got product but I really requested a refund. Stay away.

Whenever you don't like the product it is very hard to get a refund and they offer only 25% of what you spent. The product comes directly from China.

On 10April2020 the website indicated the product I ordered (thermometers) was in stock. I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. I received a quick acknowledgement of my order but didn't hear from OBG again until I requested a status update a week later because the order had not been delivered. The response I received on 18April2020 indicated that my order had been forwarded to the shipping company and that OBG would forward a tracking number as soon as they received it. On 23April I received a tracking number. The USPS tracking history indicated that: 1. A shipping label had been created on 12April2020; 2. The package arrived at the shipping partner facility (KWT International) in Jamaica, NY on 14April2020; and 3. That the package departed the shipping partner facility and USPS was waiting to receive the item on 14April2020 at 8:25am. I wrote this review on 27April2020 and the tracking history information has not changed. Based on this information I would not recommend engaging with this "company".
