Hello. My name is Sevak Grigoryan, I have been cooperating with ONYXUM for 8 months already. I will be honest and say that from the beginning I was more interested in the business plan offered by the organization, but after using the leisure package provided to me by the organization, I realized the seriousness and qualities of my organization. A few days ago, I spent 3 days with my family in Dilijan Park resorts in Dilijan, Republic of Armenia, and in order not to write down my impressions for so long, I will say in two words that all my expectations were exceeded. Apart from the fact that everything was presented in a high-quality way, what impressed me the most was the respect with which we were treated when we introduced ourselves as a representative of the organization. A year ago I have had rest in Multi Rest House hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I could make reservation with Onyxum company. I trust this company and always suggest to my friends.

This year I went to rest use packages Onyxum company:
The company offered me the Jermuk Hotel & SPA, it was the best hotel in Jermuk, I really liked it and thanks to the company, I rested even cheaper than those people who bought the package directly from the hotel.

I had rest twice in Armenia with Onyxum. I had rest at Jermuk Spa and hotel and Olympia hotel. I am very proud of Onyxum company. Thank you very much Onyxum

A year ago I booked Best Western Plus Paradise hotel in Dilijan. I have had good rest with Onyxum company. I think that this company is one of the best hotel reservation company in the world.

Don't trust onyxum! It is Scam company. Totally fake information!
During the presentation, they say that you can book 4-5 star hotels at low prices. In fact, they are reselling the service.
I compared with booking. Com, onyxum offers at high prices.
Too much minuses in this company.
The booking process looks so medieval
You don't have much choice. In the end, you choose what they offer you.
For booking hotel reservation you have to open ticket, wait some days till any operator will offer you any hotel. This process can take very long time. I opened ticket for booking in 17.06.2022 and finally was reserved in 04.08.2022.
I accepted the offer of onyxum and chose a hotel in Batumi hoping that it would be a normal hotel.
Onyx take from me $1560 for 7 night but transfered to choosed hotel just $840. The hotes was 3 star, very low quality of service.

My advice to all bookers, book hotel or directly by reception or by booking. Com. Don't believe this scammers onyxum workers.

Hey guys my name is Hayk Yeghyan. From March 4th to March 9th I rested in the beautiful Armenia Wellness& Spa Hotel, Jermuk. From the hospitality to the spa treatments, everything was excellent. On the first day we were warmly welcomed by the Service team and we were shown everything important. There were a lot of different treatments and I was able to get a top treatment every single day. The hotel offered us a full program of food. Meals were served every morning, at the afternoon and in the evening. The kitchen and the food was always freshly prepared and the service was once again great. From the hotel to the rooms everything was clean. The cleanliness and friendliness was very convincing. The rooms were comfortably large and you could also relax there very well. If you had free time and no treatments you could use the free time in the wellness and spa area. There was also a big fitness room. I would like to thank the organization „Onyxum" and the hotel for the great and relaxing time. I recommend everyone to visit the hotel and rest in jermuk.

I had 5 unforgettable days there with my sister. The staff was very friendy and the service was high quality. The food was delicious and fresh, the rooms were furnished tastefully and there was a perfect view from the balcony.
