First of all, I want to say, when I decided to go on vacation, I wrote ONYXUM what hotel I needed. The company offered a list of hotels, and I chose the Margo hotel in Georgia from 12/31/2019 to 01/05/2020. I had 5 unforgettable days on the other. And we celebrated the New Year very smartly! Hello. My name is Karine Igityan. From 16th June to 21th I rested with my brother in the beautiful and wonderful Jermuk Hotel & Spa. Everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by the Service team and from the first time we felt comfortable. The hotel offered us a full program of food. From the hotel to the rooms everything was clean. The cleanliness and friendliness was very good. There was also a big fitness room. For persons who always do sport it was a good option to spent the free time in the gyms. The nature was very beautiful and the air was very clean. It is a very good place to rest for a few days with the whole family. There are all possibilities for young and old. I completely enjoyed my vacation.

Last year I had a rest in Batumi, Chakvi thanks to the company Onyxum the first time and I was very pleased the trip. The sea fantastically beautiful, warm, pleases with turquoise water and small white sand. I visited different beaches and everyone has the feature, it is possible to choose for every taste. I lived in Dreamland Oasis Hotel. It is remarkable hotel, modern, it is successfully located about port and there is an opportunity to make daily walks both on the embankment and in the center Chakvi. Room in witch I lived very cozy, stilish, spacious, with a balcony, overlooking the sea and on the walking street. Food a half board - very various menu, every day something new. My family and I rested at the Olympia health resort in Jermuk. Everything was great, the food was very tasty, we used all the spa services, everything was very high quality և affordable.

Traveling is my passion and from the moment I've chosen Onyxum as my Travel Advisor, it has become more enjoyable and amusing for me and my family to discover the world with trusted company. My first experience is Best Western Premiere Batumi that has great location and "worth to see places" are within walking distance. The hotel is very comfortable for families with kids. The swimming pool was fantastic. I will definitely recommend the hotel. The second hotel is Aivani Hotel in Tbilisi, it's a cosy hotel in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The room was very beautiful, it was small but we were fine with that. The service was high enough, it was easy to communicate with the staff, they were very friendly and supportive towards every guest. Breakfast was very good and tasty with all types of food. Again 100% recommended.
Overall, we had a great time in Georgia enjoying both hotels suggested by Onyxum. Big thanks to Onyxum for providing free transfer, we didn't expect that at all. It's always nice to feel significant and as a mattet of fact they'll do anything to please their guests. I really appreciate that.
