Saw advertised price on contacts with a coupon for $15 a box. Went thru the whole process of ordering get ready to check out says total is $111 total. Then hit ship order and then that page said $247.They added on a $89 processing fee and $19 shipping. So I then wanted to find out if they charged me $89 processing because they gave me coupon discount so I made an order without using a coupon paying full price for contacts and the processing fee dropped to $14 with free shipping. So they are false advertising because if you use coupon code they get it back by charging you a high processing fee. The contacts were the same price either way. This practice should be against the law
I ordered contacts thinking they were going to be 30% off but they make the font so small i consider this deceptive marketing. Price should have been $31 and change plus tax and shipping but came out to like nearly $60. The customer service would not do anything and said sorry you did not order $99 worth of contacts to get that price.
I would definitely use discountcontacts.com instead of Opticontact. I received my first order of lens, and had to keep changing the left contact every week because it seem the prescription was getting weaker by the day. I tried the last contact, with the same prescription from discount contacts, and the strength last over my normal 30 day routine. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, about two weeks ago, I placed another order with Opticontacts, and this time very POOR customer service. My order was placed on hold after the delivery date saying OUT OF STOCK. After weeks, I have yet to receive any kind of update on my order. This is a terrible company. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND BETTER QUALITY CONTACTS.#*******

They sent me an offer for a 50% off gift certificate good to purchase anything on their site.
I bought the gift certificate and then bought the contact lenses.
They then canceled my order because I got too good a deal. They called me to tell me that their site should not have accepted my purchase.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTELY SCAM. They first started off by telling me the contacts were not in stock. They made no indication of this when I ordered them but insisted that they would be on time for my departure abroad. They were not. I called them again, hoping that someone could help me but they didn't know any information of the order and insisted that it would arrive within the next 10 days. At this point, I accepted and decided that I could simply have a friend bring the contacts to me as he was coming to visit me in Brasil the following month. I waited and waited but the contacts never arrived. When I began emailing them, they posed as me to the United States Postal Service saying that I was dissatisfied with the delivery job despite the fact that the shipping code they gave wasn't in their system. I asked for a refund and they said they weren't responsible. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BLAME THE POSTAL SERVICE.
"I've been using contacts for a long time and never had such a bad experience with a company and customer service in general. I've been waiting for my contacts to arrive for 2 weeks. I wasn't worrying, since I haven't received any emails from the company that they are having any issues with the order. I checked my bank account and the card was charged 4 days after the order has been placed. However, I was using the last pair and I become concern after 2 weeks. I called the company and representative told me they couldn't process my order due to expired prescription. On my question, why no one ever notified me and my card still has been charged 4 days later, he said that they send me an email. Of course, no one ever did that because I was checking my email every single day. Who would ever wait for a delivery if they sent me an email. Representative didn't care much and he didn't try to help. The worst customer service experience ever. Will make sure to let all my friends know about it, so they wouldn't use this company.

I ordered contacts through opti contacts recently. When I made the order I sent in what I thought was my contacts prescription, but it turned out it was my glasses prescription. This error was caught before my contacts were shipped and I was notified by opti contacts informing me that they were not able to use that prescription because it was for glasses and asked for permission to contact my doctors office directly to obtain the correct prescription. I gave them permission and the next day I received a message saying that my contacts had shipped. When I got the contacts I quickly realized that I was sent the wrong prescription. I verified this by asking my doctor for my prescription. When I called opti contacts they blamed me and my doctors office for them sending me a prescription for contacts that they knew was for my glasses. Now they are unwilling to refund me for any of the contacts because I labeled the unopened boxes for my left and right eye. I think it should have been made clear to me that they would ship my contacts with the glasses prescription even if they did not hear back from my doctor! The email that I received from opti implied that they were unable to use any other prescription than the contacts prescription, but in the end they used my glasses prescription. This was misleading. In addition, I think if they have such a strict return policy it should be made very clear. I work for the legal department of an online company and I can say that this level of misleading communication and hidden policies would never be allowed at my company.

It's been two weeks and still no contacts and no word from OptiContacts. I've called 3 times. First guy said there was a delay in packing my order because it was for a full year. Well, if you don't have the product, you tell me so, you don't leave me hanging! Next agent said the contacts were on their way out the door; third agent said they were out the door. But wherever they are, they are still not at my doorstep, after two full weeks. Also, I never got any of the email notifications promised--I had to do all the reaching out and all in vain. I've been out of contacts the whole time. The discount would not have been worth the wait to me, if only they had informed me that there would be a delay. Everybody on the phone has been nice about it, but being nice about ineptness is no consolation to this customer. I hate wearing my glasses and I hate waiting on hold for agents to tell me they're sorry about my not getting what I paid for. Miserable experience. My optometrist offered me a much better discount which Acuvue offers only through doctors, which I passed up to search for better on the Web. My doctor's office usually handles it all for me. My Acuvue Oysas would have been at my front door in days at a $200 discount. What a fool I was to trust OptiContacts instead. I paid them more only for inconvenience and discomfort and consternation. This company is not to trusted. Find a trustworthy optometrist.

I ordered from Opticontacts.com and it clearly stated there was a rebate available and to click on the checkbox so the form would be included in the shipment - I did not receive the rebate form and when I called they said the rebate was expired and that I could not get the rebate. I read everything before ordering to ensure a rebate since there was a rebate on other sites also for the same contacts and still today there are other websites showing a rebate. When I called they said that it was there just for previous customers that had ordered before the end of July (I ordered Sept 10th).
