If you want a pair of glasses "optyca" is your best shot. Honest and true to their word. Excellent service, shipment arrived before time and was exactly as described. Would do business with again anytime and definitely recommend to others, thanks.
BE VERY CAREFUL. These folks are either scammers, or they are very very overwhelmed amateurs. They charged my card immediately, but have not shipped to me now, 12 days on. They do not answer their phone. Email customer service is generic, vague, and essentially pleads for sympathy. I have written them three times looking for details on what's up with my order. The response I got claims "Our phone line is down and due to this reason we have a high inflow of emails." But they ignore my request to cancel the order. I think these folks post many false reviews of themselves. The many glowing five star reviews simply don't make sense to me. PLEASE do not fall victim to this website like I did! It has been over a month since I ordered my glasses. I can't get anyone on the phone, and they don't return my messages. I have emailed SEVERAL times, and they just keep saying they are in process. This is a TOTAL scam. I emailed yesterday demanding a refund, and they said my lenses have been ordered and should be ready to ship "in a few days". What a crock! So they don't even make the lenses? No way! What have they been doing for an entire month? I spoke with my credit card company and told them to cancel the transaction. Yeah - they charged my card a month ago, although I have received nothing but emails where they are trying to buy time. This is a PRESCRIPTION. I. e. MEDICALLY NECESSARY. You can't mess with someones eye health like this. I NEED MY GLASSES! Also, take a look at the only good reviews you see here. Don't they sound FAKE? The only place I could find a good review of this company is on some sight called ekomi, which is NOT in the United States and is a PAID marketing company. I would give less than one star if possible. BUYER BEWARE!
