They got my order wrong and shipped everything ups ground instead of the 2nd day air that I paided for. Called to complain and person was not helpful, and said it was my fault even though the order cleary said 2nd day air. Would not recommend this company at all to anyone. Don't seem likely for me to be refunded for the shipping or the wrong blade. Worst online buying experience.
