I received as a beautiful Christmas gift Organic Aromas Intrepid Explorer Aromatherapy Diffuser Kit.
It is absolutely gorgeous, and each scent that came with this gift, divine. I just set it off on its maiden voyage, and I am completely delighted! I cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful product. No plastic! Made of ceramic and glass, wonderfully aesthetic and functional. What a fantastic company! Thank you profoundly!

I have had nothing but good experiences so far from the customer service, purchases, loyalty program (very generous). My first purchase was the Elements Essential Oil collection. I've only diffused a few of them so far but I love it so far. I recently purchased the Opulence diffuser. I was so excited to receive and use it. I'm very pleased with it. I own two of the raindrop 2.0 diffusers. I love them so much i will never buy a water diffuser again! I also bought their discovery collection oil sampler... it was perfect! Their blends are awesome! Especially their signature blend! I will be buying more products soon!

I only recently got into essential oils when i was given a Nebulizing diffuser for Christmas. I'm not fond of single scents but their blends are amazing. I use the Signature during the day and the Serenity at night. Just bought the Meditation one so looking forward to that one as well. You can't go wrong with these products.

I'm very impressed with the level of customer service that Organic Aromas has shown. They offer an instant messaging feature which was very helpful for my questions about products and shipping. I still can't believe that I can order directly from the website and they'll ship my diffuser all the way to Spain without any extra shipping costs! They'll even include an adapter for the different plugs here. The high standard of quality combined with the care they take of their customers has made me a customer for life!

I have ordered a diffuser with a set of oils. I love the fact that there is no water or heating involved resulting in a luxury experience. My house is always scented calling the attention of my guests which I already recommended to Organic Aromas.

These are the best diffusers there are! Not only do they not require any water, but a few drops of oil goes a LONG way AND fills our entire main floor (2,000 sq ft) within just a few minutes! A little pricey but worth every penny. Cannot recommend these enough!

Best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Received and item from Amazon that was used and they promptly took care of it and sent a new one. They kept me up to date through out the process and gave me plenty of information regarding the products.

The thing I like about organic aromas is that they sell all of their parts separately. This means that their diffusers really will last you. You may have to replace small parts over time (and they will likely make you pay for it), it is a lot more environmentally friendly and cost efficient than buying trendy diffusers that are designed to last you a year or two. They have good customer service that responds quickly and generally quality products.

I don't often write reviews, however I'm quite disappointed. I loved the look and function of my diffuser while it lasted. I bought it in 2018 and have taken great care of it, following all directions recommended by Organic Aromas. It stopped working a few months ago and was out of warranty. I was told I could send it for repair, at my own expense to have it shipped and with no guarantees. What prompted me to write this review is I now have another machine that has also stopped working. I reached out to the company to let them know, and it was reiterated I could send them for repair, again at my own expense for the shipping costs. These machines are beautifully crafted and are worth the money, provided they work longer than 3-4 years.

I honestly can't imagine why everyone doesn't own an organic aroma nebulizer. I have bought 4 of these now and have given one to my mom as well as both of my kids. They work flawlessly and so much better than the typical water steam diffusers. The essential oils I have tried are very good quality as well.

I am a repeat customer of Organic Aromas. The quality is high standard and the prices are fair. The only cons are that the products take awhile to be delivered (versus Amazon) and the oils run out decently quickly. Overall, I do recommend this company!

The diffuser is beautiful and unlike any other diffuser I've found on the market. A little oil goes a long way to fill the room. My diffuser stopped working after 2 years. I contacted the company and received a fast response with an option for free repair.

This diffuser has truly helped me feel less like I'm dying throughout the day. The air feels fresher and healthier. I combine it with essential oils, which eliminates odors and helps me feel refreshed. Perfect size for my room.

Their customer service is wonderful! You can tell they know what they're doing and really care about the customer's experience. I think they have the best nebulizing diffusers! Their blends are on point!

I can't say enough about how fantastic these diffusers are! I purchased a travel sized mini-mobile one for my stressful commutes to work and the opalescence one for my office. I was worried about how much area such a small diffuser would cover and hesitant to purchase initially. I am so glad I did. Make sure to buy a large bottles of your favorite oils to keep them in stock because this diffuser does go thru them quickly. However, I am in love and will never go back to another diffuser!

I recently purchase a diffuser through Organic Aromas and absolutely love it, I also purchased the 'Designer series' oils (not all of them are to my liking but there are some really nice ones in the set). I will be purchasing the 'elements series' in the next few days. I have no hesitation in recommending their products. The only thing that I'm afraid of is breaking the diffuser, you have to push the glass 'stalk' on the base of the diffuser into a rubber grommet to set it up (and dismantle to clean then reassemble) and its a really tight fit. I am afraid that I'll snap the glass stalk off.

I love my diffuser. I looked at many diffusers before purchasing this one. I didn't want to waste money on something that just wasn't going to last and provide the best benefits. I also read that customer service was excellent and that was another reason I went with this company. This product is everything the reviews said. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to try more products from Organic Aromas.

I love that you are getting the benefits of the oils without having to dilute it with water. I have had my diffuser several months now, and use it regularly. I recently purchased one for my daughter, and a couple of friends. Everyone loves it!

This is exactly what I have been looking for years and years! (I was looking for non-plastic aroma diffuser for years- I could not find one in the UK) I asked a lot of question before my purchase - the staff answered me everything -very friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first purchase outside of the UK, but everything went so smooth and prompt. I was impressed. The package was fabulous, well packed and beautifully organised each item. The diffuser was beautifully crafted and designed, and quiet. I LOVE THIS. I have already started feeling more positive by using this every day. Organic Aromas nebulisers are absolutely new level of aromatherapy. They are very aesthetic. I was surprised how well the colourful lamp looks like when it is on (I was convinced I am not going to use it until I have tried it). The most important that they are made from glass not from plastic. Essential oils are not being diluted or heated in it and thanks to that they do not loose any of their healing properties.
