I don't often write reviews, however I'm quite disappointed. I loved the look and function of my diffuser while it lasted. I bought it in 2018 and have taken great care of it, following all directions recommended by Organic Aromas. It stopped working a few months ago and was out of warranty. I was told I could send it for repair, at my own expense to have it shipped and with no guarantees. What prompted me to write this review is I now have another machine that has also stopped working. I reached out to the company to let them know, and it was reiterated I could send them for repair, again at my own expense for the shipping costs. These machines are beautifully crafted and are worth the money, provided they work longer than 3-4 years.
I did a lot of research about diffusers and Organic Aromas stands out as the absolute best. I'm excited to try their oils too.
Gives off a strong smell using no water or heat. Really happy with my purchase and much better than any other diffuser I have used in the past.
Great quality diffuser with no plastic parts. Starter kit is a good deal when switching over to essential oils for the first time.

Love this diffiuser, bring peace to my home. But you need to be carefull with glass part, I broke mine but you can easily replace it :)

The Radiance Nebulizer is one of the best Diffusers I have ever used - you wont be dissapointed its truly an amazing product.
Your ylang-ylang oil, as well as so many other single oils and all of the blends that I have tried, especially the delicious 'Jubilation' blend (WOW!), is the absolute best quality and helps everyone in my home sleep. Thank you for making such good products. I tell everyone that your stuff is better and cheaper than all of the other brands and websites and definitely of better quality than the MLM companies. By far! The diffusers cannot be found anywhere else for this price. Using heat, water, wax, and many other elements completely changes the smell and particles of the oils and really ruins it. Your diffusers are the absolute best quality glass, everyone who comes to my home compliments the Radiance diffuser that I have and the smells of the oils, even massage therapists or spa workers who use oils daily. They always tell me that their oils don't smell as good and their diffusers broke after a short period of time. Mine has been working for 5 and a half years now, the rainbow lights are beautiful, the base and glass tube is structurally so well done, it is quiet, and the smell fills a room for a long time very well dispersed. I like that it goes on for 1 minute and stops for 3 minutes, and goes for 3 hours. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER ATOMIZING DIFFUSER IN THE WORLD, ESPECIALLY FOR UNDER $100! JUST WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW! The timing is perfect. Never an issue. I love that they sell replacement parts, but I have never in over 5 years needed any. I tell all of my clients and friends to buy them, and I buy from Organic Aromas for every gift I need to get people. And the customer service cannot be beat at all. Quick replies and very nice staff who are very willing to help. And again, the price cannot be beat. Same price as store bought oils but ten times better quality. The difference is very obvious.

The Radiance Diffuser is the most beautiful you will find on any website, even as a massage professional who attended many trade shows. They include a free 15ml oil. The $95 price is the best and has lasted me 5 and a half years with zero problems. Super nice customer service who will customize most orders for you. I love the custom photo options on the diffuser bases and the carved ones.
