Their nebulizing diffusers are solid stuff and if you ever run into any trouble, the customer service will always be there to fix the problem. Also, their essential oils are the best out there. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer!

I love my Opulence diffuser from Organic Aromas. I did extensive research on the different types of diffusers on the market and settled on a nebulizing diffuser which are made by very few companies. I love the look of all their diffusers and mine works great! Excellent customer service as well.

The customer service was very helpful to me in answering the questions I had about their nebulizer. I was worried it might not be useable with thicker oils, but you can use them too if you just dilute them 50/50 with 95% clear odorless alcohol before putting them into the nebulizer.

They have excellent customer service, I would say. When I received my nebulizing diffuser and started using it I noticed that the diffuser is making a loud sound which is not supposed to. So, I contacted them right away and send a video of the diffuser running. And after seeing the video, they told me that they will replace it. Sure enough, I received the replacement after sending them the broken one. The best thing, a shipping company even picked up the broken diffuser at our place and shipped it back to them. NO HASSLE!

Diffuser works without water, diffusing not diluted essential oils. It is also very useful if your flat/house is wet as the diffuser does not add more humidity to the air. Diffuser has very nice desing without usage of plastic. The essential oil is stored in glass cup in the diffuser and not in plastic one. I just love signature blend.

I purchased the Redolence Nebulizing Diffuser during the 2018 Black Friday Sale. I had originally looked for a Diffuser when I came across these Nebulizers, a whole other tier for the senses. To date I don't regret the purchase. I've experienced many scents from around the world brought to me through a bottle. Patchouli is one of my favorite scents, please give it a try. To clean your nebulizer just follow the simple rules as stated on the website, its a breeze.

I recently purchased a nebulizing diffuser from Organic Aromas and am very pleased with the product. It is small and easy to move and works like a charm. Seems to scent half my house even it is small. I am looking forward to getting more!

I just want to express this is my first Nebulizer Diffuser and I read a lot of review and comparison before actually buying it. Can express how it is really amazing and it really helps my sinus problem especially using the Organic Tea Tree Oil together.

I Simply Love the scents they have! You only need a little bit to infuse your whole room! The diffuser I use requires no heat or water! How cool is that?!

This company has a friendly and very helpful contact with their customers, amazing product quality and beautiful website. You can feel it is a labour of love.

I currently own the Organic Aromas white Raindrop 3.0 Nebulizing Diffuser. The difference between the Raindrop 3.0 and the other Organic Aromas' diffusers is the MagSafe-Style cord. It magnetically connects to the diffuser. So, if you accidentally trip over the cord, it will disconnect from the diffuser.
The Raindrop 3.0 creates a strong concentrated aroma. Unlike Ultrasonic Nebulizers (water diffusers), who's scents are weak and diluted. The Nebulizer's smell is so much stronger.
I have a suggestion for Organic Aromas. Please make at least 1, more modern looking diffuser.
And I have a bit of advice for you, the consumer. Once you get the diffuser. Be super careful with the glass cap. It's super easy to knock off, and break. I did just that. And I had to order a new one.
In conclusion. I definitely recommend the Organic Aromas Raindrop 3.0 Nebulizing Diffuser. Though it would be nice if Organic Aromas, offered some more modern looking, and less fragile nebulizers.

Organic Aromas is a much loved company around my house. They have the best diffusers that I have yet to use. We especially love that all you put in is the essential oils. This means that the diffused oils are not watered down and no humidity is added to our humid (at times) house.

Even better still is their Signature Blend. Not only does it smell great, but it has helped my wife with some of her (nearly) lifetime long health issues. So much in fact that we had to buy a second diffuser as she didn't want any other essential oils or blends put through our signature blend diffuser.

Dealing with this company has also been a pleasure which makes Organic Aromas a triple threat - awesome products, improves your life and top notch customer service!

As an added bonus, they don't even try to hose you on replacement parts. I actually priced out "building" one of their diffusers from the replacement parts and it barely cost anymore than just buying the diffuser outright. So no big markups on the replacement parts. Especially nice since there are glass components.

I never knew about Organic Aromas before, but I'm glad I found them in my search for a good nebulizing diffuser. I cannot be happier with this purchase. It's just perfect!

I absolutely love my Raindrop Nebulizer. I use it every day. It only uses essential oil, no water so the fragrance is not diluted. It looks and smells beautiful. Highly recommend.

I love that I don't have to keep distilled water on hand to constantly refill a diffuser and the scent range that this can throw is beyond what I was expecting.

I love this diffuser because of the build quality and the amount of fragrance it puts off. Also impressed by the fact that it's waterless so that mean the oils aren't degraded. Perfect for any room.
