Ordered several products. One was a hairspray that did not spray properly. Contacted customer service via email and they contacted back and asked for a photo of the issue. I sent a photo and a video. Never heard from them again. Would not purchase anything from their website! Wasted my money.
I love oribe so so much it smells incredible and makes my hair so healthy. Only thing that sucks is the price.
