I have never dealt with such helpful individuals. I'm in customer service and the level of customer service the employees of Oriental Trading is AMAZING! I had two separate issues and they took care of me with easy, no hassle, understanding and with such speedy resolutions. I didn't have to over explain, talk to a line of people, wait a million hours to get an answer. I think both times I was on the phone with a rep it took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. I have been ordering from this company for years now (for work) and this just makes me want to do more business with them. Thank you for making my job that much easier Oriental Trading!
I ordered something from their website in Dec. 2023 and they have been charging me a monthly fee of $14.95 a month since then. Placing that order automatically signed me up for some kind of notification subscription fee which I was not aware of. I am furious and feel scammed. I notified my credit card company and they are blocking future charges. I tried to contact the company to tell them I want a refund but no luck yet. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office
I ordered supplies for my daughter's birthday. I paid $32 dollars alone for the fastest shipping to make sure it got here in time not including the supplies. UPS physically went into my garage and put the carboard box it was in next to other broken down cardboard. They refused to give me at least a partial refund for the shipping I paid because they expected me to not just track it on their website (which I did) but also the UPS website.

This site is a great place for teacher resources. Parents can also use it to find fun arts and crafts activities and other projects for their kids. There is educational supplies and activities, as well as fun stuff for the holidays and other events. Party supplies, costumes, just about everything.
Up until this month, I was a regular customer who was happy with my purchaes. The company did not charge me sales tax and delivered a letter in February saying I owed sales tax. They provided little information so that I am paying tax on exempt products in my state because they mixed taxable and non-taxable and provided false tax information to my state. I will now buy from Amazon who can probably handle state taxes.
My order of of 6 different sets of items was placed on 12/5/16 and was shipped out thru UPS Surepost on 12/6/16. It was scheduled to arrived by 12/12/16, but I actually received it on 12/9/16! This was my first time ordering from Oriental Trading Company and I am very impressed with the entire process. The items I received were exactly as shown online and the shipping was super quick! I will definitely be happy to order from them again!

I like the scene, however, the Commandments are incorrect.
Commandments 1 and 11 should be combined as 1.
Commandment 11 is " not taking the Lord's name in vain".
Commandment 111 is "keep holy the sabbath".
Commandment IV is " honor father and mother" etc.
As a result, I am unable to use the sticker scene with my Faith Formation class.
I somehow got signed up on their rewards program. I only use them very little why would I want a rewards program? When I called they would only return part of the fee. Not going to use them again. I would have left zero stars if I could.
Oriental Trading has become my go-to site lately. I have always heard of them, and enjoyed browsing their catalogs many years ago. Earlier this year was my first purchase with them, and... well lets just say that was in February and right now as of mid-June, I have placed (at least) 6 orders. The selection is amazing, customer service fantastic and the price and quality can't be beat! I was even more amazed at the fact that they sent me someone else's order recently, and not only did they expedite my missing items, but they also allowed me to keep (or donate--their words, not mine) the other order. Customer service is fast and so very kind. I wouldn't dare spend my money elsewhere.
I was extremely pleased with this company, no wait time to speak with someone - I had a problem with my order - and what could have been an annoying way to start the day was instead was a pleasant interaction.
I ordered candy as favors for a sweet 16 party. I live in S. Florida and asked specifically how they would get the chocolate candy to me without it melting. I was put on hold and the customer service rep returned and told me they ship with dry ice. Got the order on time and - NO dry ice. Melted candy. When I called the customer service rep said oh no we don't use dry ice I don't know why you were told that. I wouldn't have ordered it had I know that. I received a refund but the party is in 4 days and I have to find new favors. Won't be ordering again from them.
A order was placed with them. They canceled the order without notifying me and when I check on the status they said someone called and cancel the order next day which is completely untrue! I was depending on the item to arrive in 2 weeks and 2 weeks later I'm told too bad I need to reorder. This is the reason why amazon is stealing all of your business. They don't treat their costumers indifferent and makeup things. I am so upset. I will use other dependable company for my supplies needs. Others should think twice before ordering from this website. It completely wasted my time.
I too, was also charged on the Fun Rewards of 14.95. Total scam and definitely wasn't aware of it. How awful. I've asked for a refund and my account to be canceled. They can lose my credit card number too. I will not be ordering from Oriental again.
My husband and I got married in July. We wanted to do candy buffet at our wedding so we ordered threw Oriental Trading. My candy buffet turned out beautiful. I love it so much. I ordered glass jars to hold the candy, I ordered the candy and personalized ribbons with our name and wedding date. The candy buffet was a hit at the wedding.
I had no problem with shipping, and even received my order a few days early. With that said though I did order my supplies in like April or May. I received free shipping on my order with a coupon :) Very happy. I will most likely be ordering from them again.
I ordered 9 items for Operation Christmas Child gifts. Coloring "books" are pamphlets not books. Plush bears are not "plush". Cheap quality for money spent $134.00. Returning entire order. Will go to Walmart for better quality.
I placed a large order with Oriental Trading Company and upon finishing a page followed that offered a $10 rebate if I joined. I have done a lot of business with them in the past so I thought it was a legit promo. On clicking yes they informed we they would use my credit card from the order that I did not give them permission to use nor did I keep it on file and they would CHARGE me $14.95 a month to be a member. I called them on the scam they tried to tell me it wasn't a scan so I asked if not, why didn't you provide the information up front before someone hit the join button and they had no answer. Of course, everyone I talked to from the rewards organization to a supervisor on Oriental could not immediately remove my card and cancel, instead they would "make a request" for my removal. I want my credit card removed from their system and I don't want to be charge a fee I didn't authorize.

Beware they will ask you if you want to keep your credit card on record and after you say "no" they capture it for use on their rewards scam without prior notice that when you join that is what is coming. No upfront notification they are going to use your card or charge you a fee until you join for an offered $10 rebate that is present as one of their promos IT IS NOT IT IS A SCAM!

I wrote to their tech support to ask if my order had been processed after 10 days of my order being placed. They answered right away and told me it had not been processed yet and I would receive an email with a tracking number when the order was shipped.
Then when it was almost one month of my order being placed, and getting very close to the time of the party where the supplies ordered were going to be used... I wrote them again asking for the status of my order. They answered saying the ordered "had to be cancelled". At the same time I received the confirmation of ordered cancelled saying I was going to bet my money back.
I was not informed my order had to be cancelled until I sent the second email, the the money was returned also only after I complained.
I was very disappointed and wonder if I had just 'forgot' about the order, if I would even get my money back. I will NOT use them again.
I ordered once from this website and from then on they were charging for my account for months. Customer service is very rude. Wouldn't let you talk at all. STAY AWAY!
So annoying to get a notice that I have to go online to pay a sales and use tax for the state I live in because the company didn't include that in the purchase. So you have to go through all the trouble of filing and paying the tax yourself come tax time. What a waste of time and total pain in the butt. I'm never ever ever purchasing this cheap crap ever again.
They have been a charm to work with. I order stuff for my sister's babyshower. USPS lost the package and they worked with me to a replacement. Some stuff was out of stock so they sent me more expensive stuff free of charge. (overnight shipping. All Free!). The day they sent it out, USPS left a yellow sticker for me asking for postage. I called them back and they said they would refund the $9.60 once I get the package. It is more important for them that I get my original package. The next day, I went to the post office and it was an error that they needed postage. I got my original and the other package too.
The executives are a charm to work with and try their best to resolve your problem. All this for an order of just $50. Would recommend them 200%
I've contacted their customer service via live chat and phone 3x, the lady on live chat said she was helping me but I waited 5 mins with no response after that. So I called and asked for my tracking number and she wouldn't even give it to me she said "it's coming Friday you don't have to have the tracking number" if I called wanting a tracking number freaking read it off for me! Let's see if my cheap a$$ products get here and work out.
I don't know what their problem is, I've called a dozen times and they won't stop sending me catalogs. I get two a week filled with useless garbage and call every time I get one. I've never ordered anything from them, don't know anybody that has, and yet I can't get them to stop.
I ordered on 4/18 a variety of items for my end-of-May wedding. Just to give some examples, the buttermints, personalized totes and a wedding cake topper (also personalized). My only qualms with them was their site didn't update the tracking information well - said half the items were coming in 1 shipment, the rest in another. Come 4/23, received one giant box with everything I ordered, the personalizations all correct, the items all correct and exactly as described. I am sure this company is like any other online company, as far as the ability to get the wrong items, have them take to long, etc. But I felt people should know, that isn't necessarily every time. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
The personalized Halloween frisbees are so stanking cute! I'm gonna keep one for myself! I don't mind putting my own stickers on the frisbees. I received them days in advance. It initially said I'd receive them on November 2nd but today is October 27th! Thanks to Oriental Trading my students will receive their mini frisbees just in time for Halloween! Thanks again!

One of my first online orders, I was ordering supplies for my daughters 13th birthday. I was working with 3 party supply sites. I found they had the highest prices of all 3, and it took 12 business days to get it... but I DID get it. To each their own but I won't order from them again. The other 2 companies I use regularly now and couldn't be more happy, that's the main reason I wont order... no love loss but they are really JUST AVERAGE.
Don't order from them, I ordered grad stuff and only got 1/2 my order I did not open it up thinking it was all there has I have ordered from them before. There stuff is junk go to a local party store it will save you stress and worry.
I will never order from this company again! They are horrible! My order was incorrect. I called the first time and they promised to fix it. Got the order and it was wrong again after customer service rep was so rude then they promised to do a next day delivery to the order that they messed up and that was last Wednesday 5/18/16 and I needed the item that Friday and today is Monday and I still have not received it! NEVER AGAIN! You guys SUCK!
