I was a member for years and filled many seats. Since the beginning of this year, hardly any shows were offered in Austin. I asked them through the proper channels what was happening. No answer. When I tried to cancel my membership, the confirm button on their site did not work. I then sent them a few emails telling I wanted to cancel. Again no response. I requested my credit card company to block any further payments. My credit card company also reimbursed the June payment. It is really sad, because OTL was wonderful for years.
