Took roughly 2 weeks to arrive...not the quickest time... however the shirt I ordered was really nice and am very pleased with it...let's hope we can get some good weather so I can wear it,
So, I have waited for weeks and weeks for my order to arrive. I tracked my order on numerous occasions, through this Track 17 service, and it says that the order has arrived at the shipping facility on the 13th of January 2024, then it arrived on the 15th of January 2024, now we are back to the 13th. And while there is a disclaimer that the tracking may not be up to date. Why on earth even offer a tracking mechanism if it is not going to be kept up to date. I am so frustrated with Ouku even before I see my shirt. My shirt had better blow my mind with its quality, looks, feel, etc, because if it doesn't, I can see me being on a mission to spread the truth about Ouku. I really like the look of the products, I really do. Customer service is pathetic.
I'm not wasting more of my time filling this in!
Given the run round trying to get a refund, when it was OUKU sent me an inappropriate item! Not seen such bad service for many years...

Ugh. Poor quality. Even worse customer service. Won't take items back. Only buy more with 100% toward new purchase, which would b fine if they actually applied it to ur purchase. Poor quality, poor materials, skimped sizing and an appalling experience to return to Singapore. I settled for 40% of my money back and gave the shirts to charity, an expensive mistake. Avoid
They send all fake rubbish pathetic stuff, nothing what it looks like or they showcase on their website, total waste of money, Govt. Shud stop this fraud in India. Infact, I think will report this Chinese portal to the Central Govt, for punitive action against them, NEVER BUY FEOM OUKU

I had prompt service from ouku with excellent customer service and earlier than expected delivery. The chinos fit perfectly, I'm delighted with them, I'll certainly shop with ouku again.

FIRST, They claim that their legit company is located in Singapore they are not, they're centered in China.
The material that they ship to you is nothing like what is shown on the pictures, Cheap, cheap material... poorly made faded out close that looks like they've been worn for years. Some of them, I didn't even recognize when I got them, I had to look at the picture, then back at the close and I still didn't know what I was looking at. It would be an insult to give them to goodwill, what can they do with them, nothing!
Finding out afterwards, that the whole company was forced to shut down several times, that isn't comforting to their customers that are buying from them, why did they shut down, because of their fraud ways!
It's just plain and simple, they are a scam company from China.
Another thing... I can't upload proff of pictures because it won't let me... I have the proof people, just saying, I tried.

The customer service representatives at OUKU provide outstanding service. When I submitted a request, it received a prompt response in a very short period.
Had one order not show up and the guys from Ouku were nice enough to refund half my purchase price! They didn't have to do that, cause it wasn't even their fault, it got stolen right off my old porch. All the products that I've bought have gotten great comments from my friends and the watering hole I frequent. Wish the shirts sizes were a little wider in the shoulders for the US Market (I now buy their 4X size when available) and I can rarely buy the footwear as it stops at 10&1/2 on US sizes and most US shoe sizes for my wide flat feet start at 11-12&1/2. Really unique designs on both the shirts and the pants to fit any sensibility today. Once washed they don't shrink, keep the designs colorful after a few washes, & stains come out easy. The fabric is lightweight and dries easily, making it perfect for the deep south weather here in Savannah GA. Really like my new clothing outlet online, ya have to be patient on the shipping, but well worth it for what ya get, even like the electronics and jewelry that I've purchased there, and I'm not a jewelry kinda guy.
Terrible quality, the clothes are nothing like the advertised photos, I purchased several shirts and wouldn't be seen dead in any of them.
