Mounting on Aquascenic fell off due to bad mounting. Technician with an overinflated ego knows about the problem and says its not a problem. Good luck arguing this in court. They denied it under warranty, and I had to buy a new one while I figured I would take the loss. Now however we will take legal action as principle due to the horrible support by the company.
1,5 months later from purchasing a second item deu to their lack of any warranty, I received a damaged item in pieces and screen fallen off. And they did not let me return the damaged item either, nor refund me my money. They blame it on waiting for the shipping provider, same company we have waited 1 month for response from. Apparently both supplier and management also agrees that they will not refund me nor do anything, even though they are responsible for their sale with me, no one else.
So now I have to dispute it with my credit card company, insurance agency and spend tens of hours on this company for providing a legal case against them. Support is almost non-existent and never does anything else then delay for days, weeks and months.
BUYER BEWARE, BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
