I don't usually take a chance on a business with no reviews but I really wanted to get a cookware set from Berlinger Haus and they aren't available anywhere else online in the US so I bit the bullet. The product is amazing and arrived quickly. I didn't have any interactions with their support but the order process was easy and the shipment was well packaged and arrived quickly.
