This company is a disaster. My order was to be delivered March 1st by UPS. UPS said they delivered it on March 3rd (left at the door, no signature of course), but the company said it was 'in transit' and UPS said only Overnight could trace the delivery. Left a message with Overnight (which is ONLY by AI chatbot) and no real person got back to me in 24 hours as promised. Now their website says it was to be delivered 'yesterday' but is still 'in transit' I wish I could leave them 0 stars. Their website show reviews which (based on the reaction here) are obviously fake. Wish I had seen this before wasting my money.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I spent $50 on business cards and they arrived off center, with bold white lines off to the left. The color was poor and there were indentions throughout the set. The cut along the edges were rough as if I cut them from home. After two weeks of not even being able to get in contact with anyone I was offered a $13 store credit. Worst experience EVER. So the cards went in the trash-- I can't give these to clients-- and so did my money. RUN. Order from LITERALLY anywhere else. I could have done better on my printer from home.

We ordered brochures on 9/13/2022. After one month, we emailed several times. Out customers were unhappy waiting week after week. Received generic emails back saying, "we are a priority". Ha. Finally heard back (6 weeks later) that they wanted us to cancel order (that they were "working hard on") or have us resubmit for a lighter paper stock cover. Horrible company that we will never do business with again. 6 weeks for an order that should take 2 and no personal care for customers.

Ordered business cards. Ordered extra for quick shipping. A week AFTER we were suppose to receive the cards we checked online and see that they hadn't even shipped yet - let alone printed. Requested refund.

My latest order was made up of 6 different postcards, all arrived beautifully printed and clear, but one group had been damaged during shipment. Customer service very quickly promised to reprint the damaged postcards and I'm currently awaiting delivery. Fast and easy to work with. I've been a customer for many years.

I used to use them for all kinds of printing but within the last year its gone from bad to worse! Do not use this company. You will wait months for your product! I ordered in October giving them plenty of time to have them by December. It december & still (In Production) wont refund, wont email you with an update. I just threw away a few $100 dollars;-/. Very frustrated! Not overnight or even printed in a few days.

Tip for consumers:
If you want something quickly or even in what would be a reasonable time do not use them . really hard to resolve or find out what is going on if your order is delayed . This was just a reorder so has been in the system before . Nothing new !

If you'd like peace of mind do not order from them, untrustworthy for sure. They over promise and under deliver. Worst part they will not correct the mistake, just offer you store credit, which is worthless since you will not be wanting to do business with them again. Make yourself a favor and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere, but with them. Promised to deliver order by May 31st. Order arrived June 6th. If you need them fast Overnight Prints do not stay true to their name. Sub par service and business cards. Never again Overnight Prints.

Poor product, poor customer service.

Didn't print my order on time and so the product didn't arrive in time for the event. I was told that I still had to pay for it in full, and that they would "discount the shipping". Unbelievably bad customer service. They should have notified customers up front if they were experiencing delays. We would have never ordered in the first place. Extremely frustrating.

I ordered some business card that were urgently needed. I paid $41.00 for expedited delivery and here it is 3:30 pm and no cards. I reached out to customer service, and they tell me there was a delay in printing, they are not sure when i will get the cards and I will not get my $41 back until I receive the card and at that time, I will be able to get my refund. If I had not called customer service, I would not have known about the shipping issue because they failed to call or send me an email.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use overnight shipping not guaranteed as they indicate

paid extra for expedited shipping and if I had not called customer service regarding my order, I would not have known I was not going to get it next day a promised and paid for. Then i am told I have to receive my order before they can refund me the $41 i paid for overnight shipping and I was told they are not sure when my cards will be done and shipped

I uploaded a simple print job and paid extra for the 3-day turn around so it could be delivered on-time to my client. This give me a four day grace period incase of a delay. It delivered a week later when the show was over. I called four days in a row to get the job shipped, was assured it would go out, but never did until it was too late. Their customer support told me they were simply a call center and could only do so much in reaching the company.

I order a LOT of prints for a side businesses. I can say I've ordered over 100 times from this site. And from my experience, they only get it right 60% of the time. And they never EVER try to make it right for you. No matter how much business you do with them. They lie about repaint arrival dates to get you off the phone and you end up waiting for your fixed order over a week longer. They offer to reimburse you 2 or 3 dollars on the shipping. C'MON! This isn't a one off either, this has happened MULTIPLE times. They have shipped the incorrect number of prints, the wrong prints, damaged prints, mismatched colors on prints, missing envelopes, a different customers package to my door- you name it. And customer service really does not give AF. Needless to say, I'm on the hunt for a new supplier. Overnightprints is garbage.

Calling themselves "Overnight Prints" has become a joke. They USED to be pretty quick, but recently, every order I place is significantly later than estimated. They have a disclaimer that their customer service folks like to snarkily point out that blames delays on the post office but the items are still in production when they were scheduled to arrive... can't blame the post office for that!

The quality of the items for the price is good, but if you need a fast turnaround, this is no longer the company to use.

Don't trust their delivery estimates!

All these good reviews have to be fake, look at other reviews online. This place is bad, my business cards we're horrible quality, they had weird color blocks around the edges. Their service was horrible, they kept giving me the run-around, and then lied that they were sending me replacements.

I recently ordered some business cards, and when they arrived the image was completely off center. When I reached out to customer service they said they can not guarantee the image will be centered so they gave me a refund. What a waste of time. Why would you provide a service for something if you can not execute it?

I ordered cards for my wife and I. She needed cards in 3 days seemed like a great. Idea. So 45$ cards 100$ shipping all to get someone else's cards the day before her big real estate conference. I call to get them returned it's been a 4 week problem. When I got mine almost a week later they were horrible! Customer service and managers rude and incompetent.

Bought a bunch for my sports business. They're extremely reasonably priced, and they're good quality. There are probably fancier ones out there, but for entry level these did more than what I needed. Bought extra sets for later... I'm burning through them!

If your reading this, stay away from doing business with them!
If we could give them negative stars, we would. Ordered on 9-8-21. They stated order would be in about 2 weeks! It's now 11-1-21 and the website still says in production. We asked for a refund and they will not saying it's in production. It's been that way for weeks!

I ordered some business cards from this company, and when they finally arrived, they were off-center, cut the wrong size, and the color and contrast was horrible, with streaks through the image. I could have done a better job on my home inkjet printer. When I tried to contact them about re-printing, they just ignored me.

Not only was my order not overnight by any means, but it was 5 days late! Then, imagine opening business cards, a design you have had made by VistaPrint many times in the past, and discovering that they are all printed and cut wrong! There is white space on the top of some, the bottom of some, the right and bottom of some and the white space errors goes on. If it were consistent, it would be one thing. But it is not. I can honestly say I write almost no reviews, but a company that can't stand behind their work and calls themselves Overnight, (July 5th to July 19th) should be better. They will not resolve the issue with me either. BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Go to VistaPrint. They are a way better company. Better service, speed and quality. I shouldn't have fallen for the "coupon" with this company!

Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company.

Despite their name, Overnight Prints is nowhere NEAR overnight

This is the third time I've ordered from Overnight Prints, and I am still satisfied. I submit my own design, and the cards always come out looking and feeling clean and professional. I see some people talking about the "overnight" part of the service, but I've never been in that much of a hurry so I just use standard shipping. The cards have never arrived damaged or defective.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do Overnight. Apparently it can get delayed. Regular shipping doesn't take that long.

Really impressed. I got business cards from them a couple of times. The print quality was really quite good and the card stock itself wise nice and sturdy. I felt good giving them out b/c they didn't feel cheap or homemade. Thumbs up all around.

I used to love Overnight Prints. They were my "go-to" company for getting business cards.
My last two experiences ordering 3 different business card sets were a disaster. This latest order is now a full week late. Maybe change their name to "overaweeklateprints.com"?
The last time this happened, which was last year, they said they had a problem with one of their printers or cutters and I was upset but understood. This time it just showed me I need to find a new "go-to" company for cards.

I would not do business with this company again. I paid a lot of money to get my order in a day or two and they came 3 days AFTER they were promised and at that point I didn't need them any more.

They should re-name the company because they can't ship you anything overnight. They are a rip off.

This was after I emailed the company asking a design question and they never got back to me. I should have known right then how my order would be handled.

Overnight Prints managed to miss the delivery date from 'Overnight' to 'over a week'. No response when attempting to cancel the order. I'm not convinced their business model isn't a complete scam. The attached email is a full 6 days before the order shipped. 'In production' -- yeah, okay.
