Have bought a couple of iPhone from them, always the best prices in town, speedy delivery. The product is as advertised - unlike some Hong Kong and China suppliers which often mislead customer with false advertising. Items are shipped very promptly and arrive excellent condition.

Although had small problem with one of the iPhone, contacted the support department which worked professionally and promptly to resolve the "locking" of the phone.

Highly recommended supplier, will buy from them again.

Purchased a refurbished iphone. Screen cracked while in my bag 3 months later. Was never dropped. Never had an iphone screen crack in my bag before. Anyway, about 2 months after this the phone started playing up and clicking on its own. Thats never happened to me with an iphone either. Was still under warranty, however the tiny crack in the phone voided warranty. I reckon this use cheap screens. Such a HUGE $#*!ing waste of money. I would NEVER buy from them again. BEWARE

Prompt, clear and friendly customer service. I've unfortunately had to send back my ipad pro 10.5 ex demo but they have been good to set aside a replacement offering something of $20 greater in value. They have been polite and easy to deal with!

I was sold a phone advertised in "Good Condition" until it was charged and its LCD screen was illegible. Upon immediate return I was blamed for the fault as water damage and charged for the phone. Appawling customer service and zero accountability. Do not buy a phone through this company. You are unprotected by warranty if a faulty device is sent to you. Criminal and dishonest.

Bought a phone used less than 3 month, contacted the costumer care in regards to the faulty product they then replied by saying they will replace it and sent a shipping link then after 2 days I got this

Your package was received, but unfortunately the cause of the screen issues are the significant cracks along the bottom of the screen caused by a significant drop or impact. See attachment. Damage caused by mishandling is not covered by warranty, so we have no choice but to return it to you as-is.

Worst experience ever. Paid for new Iphone 11pro which was supposed to be a birthday present and OZMobiles ruined it. I got nothing - two mails with different tests and after I provided all info - they told me that they can't reach me! No one called and after more than a week they offered a refund in 5-10 days! Never will recommend them!

Ordered and paid for a new iphone 6. I received an open box with items missing and the phone had been used for 6 hours and 27 minutes.

When I asked for an explanation they initially treated my complaint as if I had a problem with the battery. Once I made it clear that they supplied a used mobile telephone, and not a new one, they tried to spin a story that they must open the new telephones to test them. They are simply liars. I paid $500 for a new phone and received a used phone.

I could have obtained exactly the same thing from doggy ebay sellers for half of the price.

Ozmobile is not a reputable Australian company. I believe they buy good reviews from websites like Freelancer or Fiver. Please be very carefully people. Ozmobile ripped me off and is likely to do the same to you.

I bought ex demo xs max camera not working, I return and exchange for xs and also screen is broken or not putting properly (Chinese screen) I return again and ask for my money back, and I got $200 less and closed accounts,. Not recommended second hand Oz phone is the scam

OzMobile sent me an Iphone 7 with scratches all over it this was supposed to be arefurbished phone but was not in an acceptable condition. If you are considering buying from OzMobile I would not reccomend you do they are not contactable by phone if you need to complain. The only way you can do it is my their system which is not complaetly user friendly. They claim to get back to you within 6 hours and they do not do so. Stay away from this company or buying any refurbished phones online not worth it costs you more than a new phone in the end.

I bought an Iphone 6Plus ex Apple Display model for $608 and after 2 months it wouldn't turn on. Probably because it had been sitting on in the store for a year on full brightness. I returned it to get a repair and they refused to fix it, despite having a full year warranty. I'm so upset now I have to buy a new phone anyway. Total waste of money. I would say all of these reviews are FAKE!

I recently purchased an iPhone 11 from OzMobiles and my phone auto filled my details in and unfortunately input my old address (I'd moved a few months ago), so the phone couldn't be delivered and got sent back to OzMobiles. Sadly the return trip for the phone to OzMobiles was bungled and so it was taking really long for them to receive the returned phone and credit me so I can repurchase it. I reached out to their customer service team who responded promptly and went ahead to credit me which allowed me purchase another phone, of course I manual input my address and double checked too. I must commend Chris in customer service. He was amazing.

I received my Iphone 7 Plus and the camera wasn't working. It still isn't. When I open my camera, sometimes it freezes and flashes. Today I was using it and it turned off and I couldn't turn it back. A few minutes later, it turned on and was working fine. Be careful buying from here.

After purchasing my iPhone 8 plus I was disappointed with the customer service. And they canceled my account. 3.5 months later the display went black. I took it to an authorized apple representative and found out the screen is a non-geniune apple. No warranty through apple but Ozmobile says 12-month warranty but must be through them to repair with a non-geniune apple parts. So therefore its not really a Grade A apple phone its a Grade A part non all apple. Please buy our not all apple iphone should be their advert. Dont buy from oz mobile they seem fake frauds of apple iphones.

I purchased a second hand iphone 7 and ahd some issues with teh screen the guys from custromer service were great, very ahppy and i felt like they actually cared about helping me fix the problem, defintely recoomend 100%

Got my HTC U11 through these guys and its been great. The team were able to answer all my questions about the phone. Postage was super quick too! Very happy.

Yes you might save a few extra dollars, but its is not worth the waste of time, money and bother. I was like you, looking at the reviews tossing up whether its worth the risk to save those couple hundred dollars. "It's got full warranty" I thought.
Well, I gave it a shot and bought the 256gb iPhone 7 Plus (ex-demo). Within a few weeks a bluish ink substance was leaking from the sides of the phone and also started noticing that the sound quality was incredibly inferior during calls (almost a muffled sound). Friends told me that my phone was by far the worst call quality they had experienced. No one could believe it when I showed the blue substance coming out the sides.
I sent the phone in for warranty only to get an email that due to limited stock they can't 'unfortunately' offer me the same device as replacement. However can offer a 128gb iphone and partial 100$ refund. The alternative is waiting 1-2 weeks (their estimate) while technicians 'fix' the phone.
No refund, no apology, no quality replacement.

I wish I had followed my gut and never bought that phone. Watch out, This inferior, low quality, corner cutting company is not worth your trust or your time.

Very happy with device. Works perfectly and like brand new. The staff are all very professional and friendly. Very highly recommend. Very happy customer.

Bought an ex display iPhone 6s plus a few months ago and was very happy with the timely delivery and the phone itself as there wasn't a mark on it. Unfortunately, a few months after purchase, during a holiday overseas, the camera developed a shake leaving my photos blurry. Contacted OzMobiles to let them know. Sent back the phone to have it checked out and then a new one was to be sent in it's place. Sadly, no ex display models were available so I was given several options, ie to have my phone fixed with a 2 week turnaround, select a replacement from their website with $20 extra allowed or to accept a good condition one with a refund of the extra cost I'd paid for the ex display model. I chose, with trepidation, to take the good condition phone and I'm delighted I did. Again, there is not a mark on the phone, no scratches or bumps or anything apparent. I also know that if I were to find a problem, their warranty system works really well! I have been delighted with the quick responses to emails, great advice and help I received from the staff and again, the speed of delivery of my replacement phone. So pleased I found OzMobiles. Thank you to all who I have dealt with recently.

We've dealt a number of times with Ozmobiles. We wouldn't have been back had they not performed. They deliver what they promise and the best we can say is that we'll be back next trime.

I am very happy with my "as new" google pixel 2. It was delivered with speed, and in perfect condition as described. No issues at all. Thank you.

Don't believe that they will repare or replace sub standard products. Don't waste your money on Oz mobiles

Had to return phone because it was faulty. Customer service over email is spectacular, and would purchase another phone form here again.
