Pacific Columns

I was somewhat reluctant with a large purchase via internet, However I couldn't be any happier with the process as well as the product...The columns arrived safely, quickly and will look great on my project!

Ryan was terrific helping with quotes and options, in addition to helping us find installation video that wasn't listed on the web sight. Install went pretty smooth and columns look fantastic. Shipping was very fast and accurate.

Upon ordering I didn't receive any verification email. I called customer service and they were very helpful and confirmed it hadn't shipped. They informed me I would receive an email about delivery on how to unload with other instructions. Never received. I happened to call again and found out the order was to be delivered in an hour or so - to my vacant second home. Fortunately I found someone to receive the order. Haven't seen the product but assume it is fine, ordering was good, customer service good, delivery follow up after sale - terrible.

Very happy with the service and product, I've looked@ a lot of columns and these are by far the best quality. Elizabeth was great to work with as I had many questions before buying and more than a few after. I'm in the installation process now and they are looking great!...thanx guys...Ross

We were very happy with the help, advice and price we received on this order. The only thing that was not as we were told was that we were not contacted by the shipping company and a time set for the delivery. We had it delivered to my husband's business because we live in the country on an unpaved road and he was not called when the delivery was received, therefore we were unable to look at the product before carrier left. Fortunately there were only a few blemishes and not worth sending back anyway. We did have one problem which was our fault...we cut one post upside down. When we reordered the one we messed up, the shipping was awful for that one post. So, the customer should be extremely careful...no slack is able to be cut on your reordered item. Sad for us, but happy with the company and our sales/customer service representative.

We have worked with Pacific Columns several times. They have always been delivered on time with no problems. Our most recent order was delivered to our builders, as usual, so we haven't seen then finished yet.

Everything handled very professionally. They even called me to give me the option of picking the product up at the factory since I was local. Everything was in good shape and went together as specified. Columns look great! Had to call to get a credit on the shipping charge and they processed it in a couple of days.

My first delivery of aluminum columns was received 90% damaged. The protective boxes were torn badly, 7 of the 8 column pieces were either scratched, bent, dented or crushed. Had to wait three more weeks for a replacement shipment (they only shipped 4 replacement pieces and I needed 7) and those were damaged as well. The manufacturer (AFCO) does not adequately protect the delicate aluminum columns and the shipper, Estes-Express, mishandled the merchandise.

The truth here is that I was sent a catalog of your companies offerings. I just received it yesterday. I was contacted by email after I entered information on your web site requesting information. I am liking the product lines that are offered by your company, but as yet I do not have a concrete plan for my construction project. It would seem that my responces to the questions above may not have all been appropriate, but then the questions and limited possible answers really did not apply to my circumstances.

We really loved the columns. One of the capitals was broken and it took a total of 3 weeks to get a replacement. Cody in customer service did not respond to my repeated calls and when he did he did not follow up as promised. Anna on the other hand was very helpful and got our replacement in just a few days.

Was a lot of damage in shipping which was disappointing. We will now get
To evaluate customer service as we will need replacement products in the
Immediate future. Hopefully, in future shipments, more care is taken.

Our sales woman, Elizabeth, was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. We were kept abreast of the order and delivery status at all times. Delivery was professional and on time. Great prices! We'll order more columns from Pacific Columns again!

Over all was a very good experience. Took a little longer than expected for the capitals to be delivered, and the bases are a little loose. That being said i was very pleased over all, it was my first time ordering and i had never heard of your company before. But Garret was very professional and after talking with him i could tell this is a quality com. Thank you!

I was disappointed that my 4 x 4 inch columns were really only 3 1/4 x 3 1/4. That should be made clear in your literature. I would have tired to return them, but was under too much of a time constraint on my project.

The sales rep I had was fantastic. He helped me immensely from beginning to end. My job needed a little "adjusting" and he responded to my questions immediately. He even called me on the phone to help explain how to do the job as well as sending me photos of other similar jobs. Thanks Sam!

I am pleased with the posts, However, I tried contacting customer service about the delivery of the posts. I tried four times, one voice, two emails, and a phone call with no answer. I wanted to request to hold the shipping until my wife was out of the hospital. Unfortunately, this was not accomplished and after at least 5 attempts at getting hold of UPS, I had almost given up hope. One day before the shipment was due to be delivered, I finally got hold of a supervisor with UPS that was able to assist me.

It kind of frustrated me in the response from Pacific columns! Almost seems like once the order was placed, their job stopped.!

I have been completely satisfied with every phase of the purchase, from the first query when searching for the product, to the timely and communicative delivery. We have not installed the columns that were purchased, but I am confident they will be exactly what we were looking for, I will send a photo of the finished project.

I spoke with Sam Pease on several occasions; he was professional and very helpful, guiding me to the right product. I am in the finishing stages (literally) of the project, and thanks to him, I think it will work out perfectly. I am happy to recommend pacific columns to anyone!

I received my shutters on time, but they were delivered to the wrong address! I called Pacific Columns, Inc., and they had the correct address, but was told the distributor had probably, incorrectly, written down West, instead of East, on the shipping address. The person I spoke with was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. Thanks and I will be ordering more shutters in the future.

Sam Pease explained everything extremely well, answered my questions and eased my concerns, was thorough, very courteous and easy to talk to. Overall it was the best customer service I have experienced. He made the whole process easier and wanted to make sure we were happy with the experience and product. When we experienced a problem with the delivery he was very quick to take care of it and made sure we received our replacement product quickly. Overall he was more than excellent and he made all the difference with his care and expertise. We also really love the balustrade system and columns. They look amazing.

I recently received the columns I ordered. The quality is top notch and just what l was looking for. Customer service was excellent and very helpful in getting me the right column for the job. They were quickly shipped to me just as I ordered without any problems. I look forward to finishing my job with them and will definitely consider Pacific Columns for my future needs.

The New England weather had taken its toll on the front porch and it was time to rebuild. In taking down the wooden columns they disintegrated, or more descriptively came apart at the seams. They were caked with lead paint and it was time for new. I did my research and looked for a company that specialized in columns.
I was looking for ones that would withstand the test of time and weather. Pacific Columns had just the right product. The sales representative E Hatch, answered all my questions and I purchased two 8" diameter X 8' tall round tapered columns, with Tuscan Base/Square Plinth and Tuscan Capital/ Square Abacus. The smooth finish is ready for painting and they were easy to install.
The Quote, Order, and Delivery were done in a timely manner. Speedy delivery.
Couldn't ask for a better experience or a better price. I was pleasantly surprised the Cost was $505.00 for product and delivery.
