I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.
Be careful. Bought an Essentials shirt for my son on line. Pacsun claims to have a 30 day return policy. Signs all over the heading in their site. But the store I took it to (they don't even have mail in returns) claim that doesn't apply to Essentials wear. Said that was listed in the "restrictions". Go figure, it's listed at the very bottom of the web page in the smaller font. Classic bait and switch. Someone ought to start a class action against these fraudsters.
Knoxville Tennessee location. Was going to buy $400 worth of clothes they have four dressing rooms was told my son cannot try on the clothes. The lady just walked off we was at the register. Very rude. The 2 girls working looked like they haven't taken showers ever. Very unprofessional! I called consumer service to complain, that lady was useless! If she even understood my complaint. BUT-- then could understand and ask for my email. I told her I didn't want them sending me offers, seriously!

I have a paypal payment that went through but order did not process. Three weeks and I can't get it resolved! Can't get my money back! Can't get any help! Still says payment is pending!
Apple Pay doesn't work. Credit card doesn't work.
We were planning for my daughter to pack for school out of the country. When she decided what to take to school, the summer had passed as well as our 60 day window to return the items. Even Nordstrom Rack and Target give 90 days. Even Urban Outfitters gives store credit. We are stuck with merchandise we don't want. Just beware of the window. Their clothes have gotten more expensive at a reduced quality too which is why we wanted to return them.
I ordered online and received half my order. There hours are so awful they close at 5 pm. I love their clothes but service is awful take a picture of everything you order! I have been on the phone with them multiple times to get my order and a month later still have not gotten it. I intended these things to be for gifts but they most likely will never come. :(
They make it so difficult to get our money back. I have never had a company to request police report for every little detail on a package that was returned to them because of incorrect address. They are the worst! I will spread the word about this company and just don't ever purchase anything from them. Not worth the hassle

Absolutely terrible. From their website their rules to delivery. Online customer service is the worst. Ive been trying to call them multiple times today and I get stuck on hold for 20 minutes every time and they never answer. Didn't receive my order and can't return it only so now I don't have my order nor money. Absolutely worst online shopping experience
Over 2 weeks for my Christmas order, now the order is being sent back because they put the wrong address. Been told I will get a full refund and my rewards money too. And still nothing, just terrible overall
Worst customer service I've ever experienced and theft.
They lost my order, promised me a refund, yet 1 month, and many many emails later, I'm still having to fight to get my refund of over £300.
They ignore almost every email and the ones they actually reply to, are the most unhelpful. Either sending a formatted response to which doesn't answer anything I've said or just resend the previous email.
Would stay well clear.
PacSun has been in trouble for creating a shirt with upside down U.S. Flag on shirt. It was removed from store. Took my granddaughter in store for shopping and saw a shirt that said. I HATE EVERYONE. Really... What kind of people run this company Obviously they are not nice people. Shame on you. All my friends etc have been told not to shop with them
I went to the Exton Mall location. Terrible service. Would not accept my return (a pair of socks with hanger and receipt). She said it was past the number of days I then asked where it says that and she then whacked her nails on this little sign. The worker was very rude. We asked for store credit and she refused. We then asked to speak to the manager and she answered rudely "I am the manager." I guess the managers at the Exton mall location don't care about losing a paying customer who comes very often over a pair of socks. If pacsun has such a strict return policy they should make it known to their customers and not be rude about it. I will now be going to the KOP location hopefully I have a more enjoyable experience there.
Ordered a gift card. Was never delivered. Trying to get a refund impossible. Called daily for 5 days. Call center not in US. Every time they said I would be called or emailed in 1-7 hours. Promised. Never called. Spent 5 hours on phone calls. Finally had to have the credit card company deal with it.
I ordered two pairs of paints and expected them to get there on the day they said they would. After arriving, i opened the package to find two items that were COMPLETELY different than the ones I had ordered. Customer service put me on hold for half an hour before being no help whatsoever. I did not get my original order, as they were sold out of the things I had ordered completely. Im pissed at pacsun. Dont expect good things when ordering!
I had ordered a puffer jacket from PacSun and after the conformation, even on the 6th day, it was still being processed and not shipped. I called customer service and a lady picked it up. She didn't know what she was talking. She had no answers to my questions. The only thing she said was "i don't know how long it's gonna take but it will definitely be delivered in couple of days." Waited 2-3 days more and later my order was cancelled. The email said it got out of stock but when i checked it online it was still available. Also i called customer service again just to make sure if it really got out of stock and the guy said it is still available. It was suppose to be a birthday gift but it passed the birthday and nearly two more weeks; never arrived. Every representative had different things to say which sucked!
Placed an order two days ago and have not received any shipping information. I have paid extra to get it early. I in the future will not ever by anything from PacSun online. Their service is terrible and are obviously not prompt with their deliveries for their customers
Their online return system will not work. They tell you to call. Oh sure I want to sit on hold for 30 minutes to return something that I should be able to return online in 2 minutes. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on when this will be fixed and I am sent to the same return site that is not working or told to go to the store or call. I have been sent email addresses of people who work at PacSun who could "help me" but they are out of the office or have not replied. I feel like this is a scam so they make it as hard as possible to return the clothes so that you just keep them and they keep the $$. Customer service is horrible in email and DM through Facebook.
Took over a week to get my items shipped. Didn't know it took about 10 days to get items picked up by carrier. That's why I gave it 1 star. If items are just lingering in the warehouse sitting there what's the point in ordering online. My son loved the shirts but will not order again from this store. First time buyer I was beginning to think it was a fraud store.
I have been trying to return my order for over a month. There online return portal has not been working properly for a month which is absolute insanity. At first it kept saying my order could not be found. So I contacted customer service and they said they would email me a return label within 1 to 8 business hours. They never did. Tried one more time to return online myself but this time when I entered my order information in the return portal it just redirected my to my order tracking page which shows that my order hasn't even been shipped to me which is untrue as I received the order weeks ago. Contacted customer service again, they said they would email me another return label within 1 to 8 hours but that never happened. I confirmed my email with them every single time I spoke to them. I honestly believe they just don't want to give you your money back. I can't believe this. Never ordering from Pacsun ever again what a nightmare.
I ordered some clothes for my son who is in college. The clothes never got to him but PacSun would not investigate nor refund my money. They told me "our policy is to have you dispute the charge with your bank" - period. I purchase many items online from various companies and have never been told I have to dispute a charge because they don't want to handle it. Outrageous! And I, nor my kids, will EVER purchase anything from this disreputable company ever again. Buyer BEWARE!
I ordered a few pairs of jeans from them in January 2017, and when I got them in the mail my regular size was giant. I went to send them back but noticed I would have to pay 8 dollars return shipping ect., so I didn't want to go through the hassle so I just kept them. Pac Sun kept emailing me to make a review, so I did and left a 4/5 star review stating that both pairs of jeans were bigger than expected, but still cute, and I recommended that others size down. That's it. Well, today I get on the website to look at jeans and came across the pair I had received and saw where they had used my name and the date that I posted my review and made up their own corny praise 5 star review for the pants, but my actual review was no where to be found. How shady and weird. I find it really disgusting that such a reputable brand would manipulate a review that was just trying to be helpful. I will never shop with the dishonest company again!
Three different orders were placed online by three different members of our family for Christmas gifts. Every order has been screwed up, not updated, and after two weeks of waiting "out of stock" I understand the whole pandemic nightmare and can even understand being out of stock. What pisses me off is that they waited two and a half weeks to inform me that it was out of stock and only did that because I emailed and complained! The customer service is horrible and order tracking is almost nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and find a better store to buy from.
Within an hour of placing an order at PacSun.com my credit card information was stole.
The bank traced it backed to PacSun. When I called them to alert them they were very aloof and didn't seem to care. I would NEVER order from this site again. Watch your credit card.
I've bought from Pacsun around 3 times or so (on my third at the moment) and there's always a 50% chance or something that they will not even update you about the shipping. It will always be late, and unpromising. I once got 1-day shipping and it arrived in 12 days. Right now I've got something ordered on Dec. 18 and it still hasn't arrived. No updates either. Very disappointed in the shipping, and very concerned about even receiving the product or not. I highly recommend to not pay a dime when it comes to shipping on this website, and make sure to enter your email or phone for updates if you choose to buy from here, because they will most likely not give you any info about your product, but best to take a chance.

Horrible experience. Ordered a birthday gift with plenty of time. Paid extra for express shipping just in case. Total waste of time and money. Can't get any customer service, according to PacSun the package has "shipped" but all they did was create a label with FedEx. FedEx confirmed that they are still waiting to receive the package. I trust FedEx. Thanks PacSun for ruining a birthday.

I ordered from PacSun at 7am on a monday and paid twenty extra dollars for overnight shipping and they still have not shipped my order? It's been days. Still being processed even though I was told that my package would be shipped overnight.
