I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.
Be careful. Bought an Essentials shirt for my son on line. Pacsun claims to have a 30 day return policy. Signs all over the heading in their site. But the store I took it to (they don't even have mail in returns) claim that doesn't apply to Essentials wear. Said that was listed in the "restrictions". Go figure, it's listed at the very bottom of the web page in the smaller font. Classic bait and switch. Someone ought to start a class action against these fraudsters.
I have not received ANY emails regarding my order since May 17,2019. I placed my order on MAY 1,2019. This store is a JOKE. I spent $200 and for it to be the end of May and my order is still "at the warehouse" and "processing" is a bit ridiculous. Tried calling customer service but of course I was on hold for 30+ minutes. I don't have time to try to connect PacSun over and over again but the moral of the story is PACSUN IS A JOKE DO NOTTTTT ORDER FROM THEM.
I place my order march 16th, it's now march 28th and the order is no where in site. Was told I Had to wait until April 7th to maybe get a refund. I'll never shop at pacsun again

On two occasions this past month I tried to return jeans that I had ordered online at a Pac Sun store. I was told I could get a refund on my credit card only store credit as the shipping was "unverified". The store credit was for the lowest amount the jeans were in the past 30 days. Not what I paid for them, even though I had the email and it also shows the amount I paid on my account. If I wanted full refund I would have to mail them back. You are charged a $7 mailing fee. I stated the issue was not on my end therefore, I should not have to pay it. I was told once I get an email stating that the card was credited I could contact Pac Sun again asking for the $7 to be credited. REALLY! The first time I was able to talk to a rep and after 30 minutes of the rep telling me there was nothing they could do, they reversed it and removed the shipping cost. The second time the call center was not taking calls and you had to do chat and i could not get the $7 removed. In fact, the rep ended the chat. The Pac Sun website states that some purchases can be returned with no shipping fee. If that is true, which according the the call center and chat is is not true, isn't that is FALSE advertisin?!.
Went to Glouster Premium Outlet store last Monday when I saw signs for Entire store BOGO! Apparently, Pac Sun has there own definition of the word entire and it doesn't mean "everything". The disclaimer in size 3 letter font stated select styles but since I couldn't read the tiny print and didn't think I needed to get further intepretation of the word entire, I got got in line to purchase my son some clothes for Christmas. At checkout I realized that I had been scammed and asked to speak to a manager. I had the very unpleasant experience of being scolded by a manager named "Jackie". She was rude and down right nasty! I got so upset, that I demanded a complete refund! The next day I called Pac Sun customer service line but only got voicemail and I'm still waiting for a call back! Today I went shopping and got my son's clothes! You can be sure it wasn't at Pac Sun and I won't be shopping there again!
First of all i love the cloths but you have to be careful shopping here with your money. I went a couple months ago back in september and they double charged me $43. I tried multiple times getting my money back at the location and online customer service. But now i still haven't received the money. For that event basically i spent $43 at the store, got charged the same amount a day later, and never got my money back. Now i went again for a return. I purchased this item around 3 weeks ago and lost the receipt but it still had the tag. So i went to return this hoodie i payed FIFTY FIVE dollars for. I go and the girl who is working is processing the return and hands me a merchandise return card. So it was supposed to have $55 on it. But when i went to use it 2 days later there was no money. I don't know if it is just my location that is terrible but the customer service is to. Not only have i been scammed all this money this huge company does nothing to help get my money back. Cute cloths but please to not waste your money!

My husband and I were going on our honeymoon so i bought a bunch of bathing suits from pacsun for the trip, about a month before we were leaving. As the time was approaching for us to leave i realized our suits had not come so i called the company. There had been a delay in their warehouse (of over a week!) and they could not promise my order would get to me in time. I therefore ordered a completely identical order but had this one over nighted.
When we got home our first order was there and of course I returned it, this was in early may. In early june i receive an email saying i had been refunded. I could not find the refund in my account so i called pacs. SIX TIMES i called to get my money back FINALLY weeks and calls later someone told me that corporate had said the money was put back into my account but they could not tell me which account that was for security reasons.
The reason i had to make the order in the first place was their error and now that money is gone. I will NEVER shop here again and i warn noone else go there! I will tell as many people as i can about my experience. The suits are cool but it is NOT WORTH IT. SHOP AT QUICKSILVER or anywhere else but here!
I bought a $50 dollar gift card trying to buy a new outfit for my girlfriend and ended up getting bullsh*t msgs whenever i pressed proceed to checkout and oh what a coincidence

I went into my local Pacsun on August 16t h around 1 pm and was hoping to be welcome with a nice greeting as I typically do. But when I came in this time I did not recognize the employee and was not greeted as I typically was. The store looked very presentable besides and lot of boxes near the registers and dressing rooms stacked. As I was shopping around I was looking for my favorite brand, Brandy Melville, and was not having luck finding it. Being the only person in the store I would've expected some help besides the girl standing behind the counter talking on the phone and just staring at me. When I found what I wanted to try on I was just stared at as I walked near the open fitting rooms and just walked into one but got discouraged because the girl finally decided to do her job and ask how many items I had very rudely. I tried the items on and loved all of them but was discouraged to buy them due to the lack of customer service I had. I became aware at the end of my leaving that she was the new store manager as she mentioned to someone she was speaking to at the register. It was very sad to have that experience due to the amount that I shopthere and have become very comfortable with the employees that work there.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. I am not usually one to care if a store does not have a military discount, but this store discriminates horribly between active duty and everyone else... it doesn't matter if you are a veteran and have served in war... or a dependent who's father or husband has been gone for years at a time. Or if you have lost someone, if you aren't active duty, they don't care. And now... that's just fine. If that's what corporate says... well fine. HOWEVER. THIS GiRL WAS SO RUDE! She was apparently the manager and her response to me when I asked about it... and explained how dependents and military wives and daughters are just as deserving for the sacrifices they have been forced to make, and what thye have done for soliders... her response was "Well, some places don't even have a military discount, at least we have one."
And her attitude was so bad in her tone. There was no apology,... and for FIVE Dollars you would think they would make an exception. It's the principle of the matter... but instead she just said that its a corporate policy. What I learned later is that it is in fact... a manager discretion... This is HORRIBLE SERVICE... especially the attitude that was given to me. I immediately put my stuff back and walked out, because she could have at least been polite. This was at the Southpark store in Colonial heights Virginia.
This experience has been terrible! I ordered a pair of jeans and had not received my order witching 2 weeks. I went back to check the tracking number and they sent me an invalid tracking number. After they finally sent me one three days later, the estimated arrival date of my package had already passed by two days so at this point I reached out to customer service for them to tell me my package was on its way and to wait till the end of the week. So I waited and received nothing so I reached out to customer service again and at this point the women told me my order was lost so she offered to either resend my order or refund me and I told her I would like her to resend the jeans as I still wanted them. Later that day I received an email saying my order had been refunded. The customer service agent did not listen to what I wanted and therefor made me even more angry. At least point I reached out again to customer service and the man told me that if I were to replace my order online they would price match it for what I had originally paid for my first pair. So I went to do this and the order would not go through on their end however they charged me twice for an order that was never placed. I then reached out to their customer service team for the FOURTH time and that person this time told me they couldn't help me and that it was something wrong on my end. Overall, DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will lose your packages and take your money and you will still not end up with what you ordered.

Pacsun shipping is not reliable neither is their packages. I was sent the wrong item after an extra 8 days of waiting for my order.

I stopped ordering from PacSun over three years ago because their delivery service was terrible. I assumed by now things may have changed and made the mistake of placing an online order for a concert I have this weekend. They say it takes 3-6 business days for standard shipping which according to the information listed online is through USPS (which I only chose because it beats paying for shipping through FedEx because it's the least reliable shipping service in existence, packages never arrive on time and they always lie and say a package has been delivered just to meet the latest guaranteed delivery date and bull$#*! you further by delivering it a day or 2 later). I received an email saying my package was sent on the 8th, then when tracking my package saw it wasn't actually sent out until the 12th. Now of course I won't be getting my package until supposedly** the 18th- after the date I need my ordered items. Lesson learned, again. The quality of their clothes is terrible and only lasts maybe 3-4 washes. Their jeans always bleed ink in the washer and fade severely after just one wash. Unfortunately getting what you pay for doesn't even apply in his case, because their $#*!ty quality clothes and $#*!ty service is waaaay over priced. Stick to H&M for last minute bargain hunts. I'll be returning my items the moment they arrive... if ever.
My granddaughter spent her own money and ordered a shirt from them on 9-22. No communication at all from them except for the hold for the money on her account. We checked the order every few days but after 10 days it shows as order is in warehouse. It was supposed to take 4 to 5 days for shipping. I called and did get someone. She checked and said the order was cancelled because they were out of stock. On their site it still shows the order as open and in the warehouse. We were not notified that the item was on back order or that the order was cancelled, even though it still shows as open. She says the item is in stock now, but they do not automatically ship once the item in back in stock (like most any store on the planet would) and that we could order the item again. We checked to make sure we had not been charged and then I told her we would find the item some place else. Sooooo - they take the order, do not notify you if they do not have it, do not cancel the order or notify you that they consider it canceled, and do not ship it once the item is back in stock? WTF?
Been waiting for 17 days for my order. FedEx says it's still pending. I don't think FedEx even has it. Should have just went to the store.
I placed an order on Black Friday 2020. While I had anticipated processing and shipping delays due to Black Friday overload and COVID, the service I received was even worse than expected. Ten days after placing my order, my order status was still in process, so I reached out to Pacsun customer service to inquire about my order status not having progressed at all in 10 days. The representative told me he would escalate my inquiry to the shipping team to figure out what happened. All I received was an email saying that shipping was delayed. SEVEN days later, I received another email that my order had been entirely canceled because ONE of the three items in my order had gone out of stock in the 2 WEEKS that it took them to process my order. Regardless of the fact that the other 2 items in my order were still in stock and could have been shipped to me, Pacsun canceled my entire order without even reaching out to me! I had to reorder the other items, which put me at the back of the line again for having them processed and shipped to me. Their customer service informed me that there was no way for my order to be expedited and I had to wait my turn in line, even though they had canceled my original order of their own free will and choice. Needless to say, I did not receive the items within the time frame I needed to send them to family members for Christmas. Super disappointed.

I've ordered from Pacsun multiple times before and never had an issue. It might be because of COVID changes but their company system is super messed up and needs attention. I placed two separate orders, one on May 4th and the other on May 9th. I just got an email today (13th) saying that my May 4th order was canceled because items were out of stock. Upon checking my account, it still says my order is processing. I don't know why it took over a week for them to let me know about this. On my May 9th order, I purchased three items. Today at 2:30 AM, I received an email confirmation that one item had been shipped out. I clicked on the tracking number through FEDEX and it said my order was delivered yesterday? Looking at the tracking history, it says that FEDEX received the shipping info from Pacsun at 2:00PM yesterday in Texas and it got delivered to California at 3:00PM. Thats impossible! I checked my account on Pacsun and it said the same thing, that it was delivered. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do because on their records it shows it was delivered and the item is now sold out. I paid through PayPal so I am filing a case in order to at least get my refund. Out of the five items I have ordered in total I have received none! :( I just hope that they would fix their internal system. Letting people purchase sold out items? Not letting people know their order has been canceled until 10 + days later? Giving out bad tracking information that doesn't make any sense? Yeah, I don't think Im ordering from here again.
Today I went in to return a shirt that did not fit my daughter. I purchased it 10 days ago, had the receipt, and all original tags were still attached to the item. SAMANTHA proceeds to tell me that despite all the documentation I have of my purchase I cannot return it without providing my phone number. I told her I don't give out my phone number. Samantha then got mouthy and copped a super bad attitude so I asked for a manager. You cannot deny a return when the customer presents a valid receipt, unworn w/tags, and within their stated time frame because they won't provide their number (what if I didn't have one...?). It is not legal in CA to require a phone number for a return as it is not a valid form of ID. The male manager did relent and do the return, but not without becoming rude and argumentative as well. These employees acted like complete bottom dwellers and clearly have no concerns about being polite or customer retention. I believe they were both in management which speaks volumes about PacSun operating standards. Customers should be warned such a policy of asking for your phone number is solely for personal data collection purposes. They sell it to multiple 3rd parties where it is combined with other identifying information on you that can be used for a plethora of nefarious purposes. Companies engaging in such practices AND hiring people who behave as if they've just left prison and are re-entering society, is a perfect recipe for going out of business... and they deserve to. Pacsun filed bankruptcy for the **THIRD time in 2016. Since they're uneducated about the most basic customer service concepts, it won't be long before they're out of business for good.

I used to love everything about this store until recently. Going into a store location is still okay but DO NOT ORDER! I ordered 2 sweaters for my brother as a christmas gift on December 20th and paid for 2 day shipping (2 DAY SHIPPING) Christmas is on the 25th and today ( December 28th) it is still not here! It was a waist of money, my brother leaves back to college 8hours away in 2 days, and my gift is set to be here in 2 days! SMH, pacsun sucks when you order online.

Place an order online July 1st order contained two items socks and a shirt Placed another order on July 2 another shirt July 7th socks from first came and shirt from second order came July 8 Pacsun charge my card for all three items mind you I still haven't received 3rd item it has been saying shipped since July 6th Fedex say Pacsun prepared my package but never gave it to Fedex so when I put in the tracking number it saying pending It's about three weeks now and not one word from Pacsun I tried reaching to their non existing customer service chat bull crap in which i was on for three hours and never go to chat with an agent when my number got close to it being my turn it would disconnect me and make start over They customer service sucks I find it a lil crazy that they don't have a way to talk to their customers but they found away to flood you email with other junk Customer service can answer phones from home don't always have to be in a work space with this poor service just shut down till you can do it right
