I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.

Be careful. Bought an Essentials shirt for my son on line. Pacsun claims to have a 30 day return policy. Signs all over the heading in their site. But the store I took it to (they don't even have mail in returns) claim that doesn't apply to Essentials wear. Said that was listed in the "restrictions". Go figure, it's listed at the very bottom of the web page in the smaller font. Classic bait and switch. Someone ought to start a class action against these fraudsters.

Ordered on 12/3/15 "express shipping", here it is 12/17/15 STILL NOT HERE!
Previous order was cancelled, by them, I had to call and ask where order was, and was told they were out of stock, "Would you like a refund"? No, keep my hard earned money, you idiots!
NEVER AGAIN

Do not order online. If you want something google it and order from somewhere else.

I ordered 15 items after 5 try's of placing orders they canceled 4 orders an now they have only shipped 3 items of the 15 an the 3 items they sent are now held up at a FedEx center honestly the worst time ive ever had ordering cloths I'm never buying from them again if they some how see this my Order #******* please do something about this it's ridiculous i spent $500 an this is what i get like wow bro!

I had made to separate orders online, one order being 2 pairs of shoes and the second being about $177 worth of merchandise that I got for $53 (waited a while for a good sale lol), after placing my orders I google "Pacsun delivery reviews" and come to my surprise the reviews were God awful, so I was scared, the reviews stated things never coming, things being wrong, even getting OTHER people's orders. Lol, everything came out fine and in a timely matter, I'm more than happy with my purchase!

First of all. All of their $#*!s are at zumies and 21FE for much cheaper price. The worst thing comes in when you want to work there. I have done an application 6 months ago. And i kept asking them if im accepted or not. Simple question. Then they keep telling me to wait. Because they need to see when they can gove me an interview. From that day. I have seen 5 new workers working there! And they still havint called me to even say if im not accepted. I asked them to please let me know. Because if im not accepted. Whore cares? Ill apply somewhere els. But they made me wait. And i lost 6 months of my time not working.

They are bunch of ammature 15 year olds working there.

PACSUN = GET THE $#*! OUT.

I came on here to see if anyone else was having issues with their shipment and now im scared that I won't even see my clothes with how bad Pacsun seems to be dealing with their shipments this is my first time buying anything from them and it is safe to say my last I ordered $437 worth of clothes over a month ago and it is still in the process stage all I'm trying to say is if you spend that amount of money anywhere and get no feed back about your items for over a month its a little scary I feel like Pacsun just robbed mee and everyone else who spent money buying their clothes just to not receive them why is this not being talked about on social media platforms then I wouldn't have even spent a dollar here im just frustrated and would like to be done with Pacsun forever definitely taking my business elsewhere when I decide to buy anymore clothes and thats on period

I ordered size 5 womens shoes, they gave me sIze 5 of men's which is clearly a size 7 for women. I also ordered a shirt, paid for it, been waiting for an update for a week now so i contacted customer service, they told me they have cancelled the shirt because it was sold out. They didn't inform me about it. Also, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! Some stuff are listed available but are sold out already.

So I ordered a t shirt which was heavily discounted and to make the *free shipping*, a long sleeve shirt as well. I filled out my information and proceeded to check out. My total was $58. Looked good to me! Order placed. Checked my bank statement and saw $68 charged. I immediately emailed their customer service department, which by the way is allllllllll the way in the Philippines. Lady got back to me the next day saying I need to check over everything before I proceed. Well duh, who doesnt do that? She refunded the money which is fine. The part that pisses me off is, I placed my order on 4/19/18. It is now, 5/2/18. Youre seriously gonna charge me $10 shipping sent FedEx Smartpost!? It says scheduled delivery by 5/9/18. No idea where it is. Hoping it shows up sometime soon.

I've been waiting since May 5th, 2020 for my package. I only bought ONE item! I get that there's a COVID 19 pandemic but its going to take months to get a package arrived to my house? I hope that it's not lost or anything because it has had the same tracking information since May. This was the worst first experience shopping online in PacSun. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered five items here on cyber Monday and one by one my items shipped. My fourth item arrived on Dec 13th and I was just waiting for the fifth item. It's now Dec 29th and I just checked on the website that the item was not shipped. After reading all the reviews on here I'm guessing that they cancelled that item even though I didn't receive an email or anything to let me know that. At least I wasn't charged for it though. I'm never shopping online here again!

To start, there has been multiple times I've placed an order on pacsun.com that included an item that qualified for free shipping (stated on their current "coupons & promotions" page) and found out later I actually was charged for shipping. Customer service has always fixed this, but getting through to someone is always very difficult and if you reach out on social media, they say you have to call. Shipping takes a while, and it doesn't update for a few days, or will be stuck in processing. I've waited upwards of a month to receive an item I ordered a few months back and customer service didn't help, but I ended up getting it later on thankfully. I've also had an item cancelled for being "out of stock" but then when I went back on the website they are in stock and available to purchase. Quality is decent, depending on what you buy, but sometimes I get items a week later and sometimes a month later. Purchasing and shipping is very inconsistent and if shipping was free, I'd understand but it's frustrating to have to pay for shipping and then still have to wait weeks.

Worst experience of my life. Do not and I mean do not order from Pacsun online. Yeah it didn't take too long to get here, but I ordered EVERYTHING in my EXACT size (I shop in the store all the time, I easily know what size to pick) and when all 4 of my items came, they looked different than the picture first off. Second, everything was HUGE. And I mean huge. Like I literally grabbed everything and went right to the store and found the exact same BRAND of jeans in the exact same SIZE I ordered and wow, they fit perfect. So frustrated. Stores are finally reopening (well at least in Michigan) so please, just wait and go in the store. I promise it's not worth the wait.

I called and called just to get the same recording directing me to talk with a rep online (AI Bot). Long story short, you won't talk to anyone and the bots will bombard you with all of the same information in the FAQ page on PacSun's website.

Tip for consumers:
They make it difficult to get a refund or replace stolen, damage, or missing orders. PacSun's motto 'guilty until proven innocent'

I walked into a PACSUN store on Black Friday and was shocked by the playboy logo plastered on a majority of the clothing and accessories. I'm appalled that PACSUN executives are promoting a pornographic brand to young men and women. With so much trauma coming to light with the "MeToo" movement and the sexual harrassment and misconduct in our schools and college campuses, I'm upset that the company would promote this brand. Playboy is about paying money for sex and I won't be spending money at a store that carries this brand.

Don't spend your money at PACSUN.

None..walked right out of the store after seeing what they sell

First of all it has been 3 weeks since I ordered, I ordered 5 shirts and 2 pairs of pants. Well so far they have shipped one shirt that I haven't recieved yet, they sent 3 different emails saying they are cancelling parts of my order because they are "no longer available", well dont sell them to me in the first place. I have tried to email them several times and never recieved a response. This is the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. I have spent probably $1000's in their brick and mortar stores, but I will never purchase from them again.

Update: 12/18 I recieved an item today, what was supposed to be in the package was a XL black Obey shirt, what I got was a females Med white reckless shirt. This company is unbelievable. I really can't believe a company can mess up this bad.

Update 12/30 so I just called about the last shirt I was supposed to get, they had sent me a tracking number a while ago saying the label was created and it stayed like that for weeks, I sent several emails regarding it and only got a generic email back that didn't address any of my concerns. Well they stated the package got "lost in transit", well looking at the tracking number the item never even made it to the shipping facility. So out of everything I ordered I got one shirt. Worst company ever.

Placed an order the end of November for my nephews bday Dec 9th... 10 days after the order I was informed 2 of the items were out of stock, and the one item was shipping on Dec 10... It is now Dec 19th, tracked the item and delivery was scheduled for Dec 18th by 8:00pm... guess what? Still not here, in fact, tracking now states it was shipped to wrong address and to add an additional 2-3 days for delivery... I will NEVER buy from this store again! HORRIBLE. 0 stars, but not an option!

I purchased a Fear of God item when I tried to sell it on Stock X the expert rejected it because of manufacturing defects and PCSUn refused to ex hangs or return it., please be aware when you buy expensive items from PACSUN online or I store, triple check your items.

I bought a pair of jeans for my teenage daughter for work. The first pair lasted 3 months and the crotch literally unraveled. Not on the seam. I thought it was a fluke so bought another pair. THE EXACT THING HAPPENED AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WEARING THE JEANS MAYBE ONCE A WEEK. I went into the store with the jeans expecting some action and instead was told - there is a 30 day return policy regardless of whether they are defective and if worn, no warranty. I was dumbfounded and made sure I heard it right and they did not give 2 $#*!s about me or the jeans. Very very disappointing. We will not shop there again.

I placed a 250 dollar order with overnight shipping over a week ago. Signed up for message updates everything. And they have done nothing so far. My order still has not even been processed by the warehouse I have gotten no updates. But my package has been received by the warehouse so they just aren't processing it. I ordered 6 pieces of clothing over 40 dollars per piece of clothing and it has taken a them this long to still not even have it processed. You would think they would have a sense of urgency if they are going to charge over 40 dollars for a short sleeve shirt and another 30 + for overnight. Compared to everywhere else you can shop this will never again be my first choice. I can safely say they have lost my business after this order arrives whenever that may be. The clothing they are selling is great but when it takes this long with overnight shipping to even be processed by the warehouse after it is received by that same warehouse it is not worth it by any mean for me. And nowhere on my tracking does it say that they need to be shipped to the warehouse from out of country which is why I thought it was taking so long so there really is no reason for it to takes weeks to even process my order. And nowhere on the website does it say shipping will take this long. No warnings whatsoever just weeks of waiting and text messages about how you should go buy more from them when you haven't even received your first order. Bad customer service all the way around on this one.

Don’t use it unless you are prepared to wait for a looong time

Ordered 2 Gift Cards on 12/14 and paid $15 extra for 2 day UPS Air and it's 12/23 and still no cards. When you call customer service you reach someone outside of the country and they they tell you they will escalate the call to a Manager and then tell you a Manager is not available and will get back to you in 1 to 8 hours. Same response when you email Customer Service. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Lousy Company with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The guy in charge of the Fear of God release at the King of Prussia location was terrible. If I'm spending money in your store, the least I expect is for someone to help me. The guy in charge was terrible and gave me an attitude. He also told me not to remove the Fear of God stuff from the hanger, that there were no try-ons and that I also couldn't hold it up to see if it fit. So no try on and also no return? Absolute trash. Most of the workers were in bad moods. This whole experienced turn me off from buying anything else even though I wanted to. For not being a designer store, you guys are overboard and too hype to be doing all of this. I was waiting for someone to approach me when I asked for help and no one did but the long hair guy eventually came out and asked me if someone was helping me. The guy was cool but the guy in charge of fog doesn't deserve to be in charge and this is coming from someone who has worked at awful places before. They don't even treat me like this at actual high end and streetwear stores even if I look broke. You guys suck.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAC SUN - I ordered some jeans off of my cousin's Christmas wish list and they cancelled my order without even notifying me. I placed the order on 12/8 so it could come in time for Christmas and it is now 12/20. When I check the tracking on their website, it says that my order is being processed at the warehouse. I am on the phone with Customer Service right now (who does not speak very good English and keeps repeating herself) and she is not being very helpful at all. She told me that they cancelled my order due to it being backordered. I never received an email or a phone call with this information. I am so disappointed that my cousin will not get the Christmas gift that she wanted due to poor management and customer service of this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL GET YOU NO WHERE & HAVE THE WORST BROKEN ENGLISH.

I WILL SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER, EVER SHOP HERE!

I have had the most horrible and disgusting experience with PacSun concerning a recent order I placed on Cyber Monday! After a mishap I was promised an email with my order confirmation AFTER someone CANCELED my order with a $30 gift certificate for my troubles! That was on Thursday it is now Sunday and after calling every day ever since I am STILL WAITING for the PROMISED email! I've spoken to a bunch of representatives from their Philippine's call center. I've spoken to Janet, Andy, to name a few and was promised resolution by supervisor Kent but still nothing! Thank you PacSun for ruining my son's Christmas!

I would rate this -1 if I could. Pacsun is so terrible with returns. I bought something and ended up returning because I ended up changing my mind. THEY DO NOT GIVE FULL REFUNDS ANYMORE THEY TAKE OUT MONEY FOR REFUNDS! WTF... won't be buying here anymore. Try Tilly's you guys! Pacsun is straight trash.
