I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.
Be careful. Bought an Essentials shirt for my son on line. Pacsun claims to have a 30 day return policy. Signs all over the heading in their site. But the store I took it to (they don't even have mail in returns) claim that doesn't apply to Essentials wear. Said that was listed in the "restrictions". Go figure, it's listed at the very bottom of the web page in the smaller font. Classic bait and switch. Someone ought to start a class action against these fraudsters.
I brought 4 pair of shorts online and received 20% off. I took them to the store to exchange for same item different size and they made me pay full price. An even exchange is just that an exchange. I should of been honored the price I paid. They lost a great customer.
I find it appalling that a clothing store that caters to teenagers and young adults carries t-shirts with a woman's scantily clad chest on them. Why not keep it classy and carry clothing that promotes dignity and respect for all?
We ordered 4 items of clothing. We got two of them about 2 weeks after ordering, the third 3 weeks after ordering and waiting on the last item and it's been one month. Original estimate said delivery approximately 7 days.
I purchased a shirt and shorts on Tuesday and received the package on that Saturday, regular delivery, and the item were exactly as advertised.
I am very pleased with my purchase, I would highly recommend shopping here.
I had asked for 2day shipping and it didn't arrive on time. I called Pacsun and spoke with Tom, he said the package was lost in transit and could only refund $18.00 but would not guarantee when the package would arrive. I asked if they could do overnight and said they didn't know. So now I have to wait for a call back to see if they can. Don't expect your items to arrive on time. Never buying from them again.
I've never ordered online from here, but I love their clothes in store. Pacsun is the only place I buy jeans at. They fit me perfectly. But the people who work there don't really care. Many of the times I've gone there the employees have been cussing really loudly at each other while there was a little kid in the store.
This company if a fraud Do Not take the risk of placing a order with pacsun customer service is horrible and they should not advertise and sell what they do not have in stock and they don't gives refunds when they don't fill the order it a bad gamble chances are you will loss
I love and support the movement for tops for females with smaller boobs but as a girl with pretty big boobs I am very disappointed when I see only one size of bathing suit tops. None of your bathing suit tops will cover my boobs. I think you should rethink about your sizes for swim suits.
People usually start off with this headline when they've had a negative experience with a merchant and it's usually just something petty. But in this case, pacsun sent me clothing in embarrassing quality. Every single item was falling apart (loose threads, elastic waistbands poking out, 2 items had stains, one bracelet was on the verge of snapping just… another package never arrived and pacsun refused any resolution unless I filed a police report, waited 2 weeks, then went to pick up a copy (that you have to pay for, mind you) embarrassing on pacsuns part and I regret purchasing and will never shop them or sister brand ever again. I used to shop here back in 2007 as a teen and came back as a 27 year old and boy has the quality went DOWN. Its not even "pacsun" anymore.

Most of the item I order online come fairly quick, but everytime I order with Pacsun online it take a couple of weeks to a month to arrive. Customer service is alright and the quality of clothing is good. Shopping on their website also has a quite number of bugs and makes shopping a bit difficult.
Bought on Dec 21, guaranteed by 12-24 if you use $8 express. Dec 24, i get tracking for only 1 item, check and they havebt even processed the rest of my order. I emailed in panic, they finally responded late Christmas Day with hopefully your items will be shipped soon. Wtf, that's how you reply to an upset customer. Smh. Today is Dec 30 and I've received one of my 4 items that i no longer need. All emails I've sent to go ahead and cancel have been ignored. They did refund me $1.52 for my $8 express shipping. I guess that was the difference in reg And express, either way, it's bad business. Not the shipping companies fault that you all haven't even shipped it. I now have tracking for two more items in the order of 4. The last item still hasn't shipped 10 days later

The Pacsun located in the Ashland Town Center Mall in KY is absolutely atrocious. They have by far the worst customer service and they make you feel so unwelcome in there. The employees stand around talking and texting on their phones and laugh and talk very loudly to each other from across the store. Yesterday when I took my baby sister shopping in there an employee belched in the middle of checking us out. He did not apologize or excuse himself instead he just went on ringing us out. Another incident while checking out, a store discount didn't apply to an item we tried to buy and when I asked why not the young sales women told me to quit freaking out. I've been to several Pacsuns and have never had that problem. I know a lot of people that refuse to take their children in there because of the awful customer service. Would not recommend to anybody!
If you return online purchases through the mail, they charge 7 dollars, but if you return in store they don't. Apparently their system isn't letting them take returns in store anymore. Really inconvenient and they should have a disclaimer on their website.
I ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago. TWO WEEKS AGO! I called and they said everything was delayed because of the holiday season but on the same day i ordered other stuff from bigger companies such as victoria secret and steve madden got free standard shipping and got them within 5 business days maybe even less. I got an email for my order saying it will be at my door by the 12th of december. But no i check it know and it says earliest december16th like no i am no longer going to purchase off of pacsun.com i want my time and money back
Placed an order on Black Friday for 12 items, Received 4 items in delivery, non of which were on my order. Checked the invoice and the 4 items didn't match my order or the items shipped. Contacted customer service & waited 45 minutes to speak to actual person. Long story short after 3 emails & 2 phone calls later I was told they would refund my purchase minus shipping costs and the items I ordered weren't available anymore. No offer to compensate for missing sale prices, but they were willing to refund my shipping. Wow how generous, refunding my money for shipping on items I never ordered! I'll never shop there again.
We are now living in 2022 about to go into 2023 and with everything going on due to Covid and how the stores are evolving, I just feel Pacsun should honor online sales and prices in store. We all like to save a little and this generation multitask, you will catch us shopping in store and online at the same time, why should I have to wait 5 to 7 days for product that's right here in front of me that I can take home and enjoy to day for a lower price majority of clothing stores are doing it, I just think Pacsun should keep up with how the fashion world is going.
I ordered Christmas presents on 12/11/2015. The order wasn't shipped until 12/14/2015 and as of 12/24/2015, I still haven't received my order. According to FedEx tracking, it will not arrive until 12/28/2015. Ugghh... unbelievable! I emailed customer service... no response!
Went into the Woodbury, MN store to buy a shirt, saw the same shirt online at PacSun for $5 less, I asked if they honored online price matching, the girl behind the counter rudely said "no", I asked her to explain why, she just looked at me dumbfounded. I asked to speak with a manager and of course there were none available. Because the shirt was a christmas gift I purchased it anyway, in reviewing the receipt I found printed on the back the PacSun online price match statement stating yes they do indeed honor a one time online price match. PacSun needs to train and attitude check their employees better. I did contact customer service the next day and they said they will refund me the difference, however reading reviews I am not holding my breath. Will not shop at PacSun again.
I put in my incorrect email for my order, resulting in me not being able to receive updates or how to return. I got the package, I didn't like the way anytning looked on me, and wanted to return. I called customer service, and the woman repeatedly put me on hold to "go check her resources." After every time of being on hold, she would ask if I was still there, like I would leave? The entire call was completely useless, I still don't know how to return this but I could barely understand her as well.
I love Pacsun, I have been shopping here for years. I love the buy 1 pair of jeans get one practically free. In today's economy good jeans can be really expensive. At Pacsun you can get 2 pairs of jeans for $ 60.00 They have a wide variety of nice shirts, belts and even nice summer sandals. They have very nice cloths. I bought jeans there that lasted years before they ever showed signs of wear. They are made of good quality materials that last. The jeans a very warm in the winter. There tees are nice for young girls. I love there hoodies and sweatshirts. Although they are a little pricey they last forever. Pacsun has there own unique style in clothing, different from other regular stores. Pacsun Is the kind of store that I think everyone can find something they like. www.pacsun.com
I ordered ONE playboy sweatshirt on 4/11 and it has processed through my credit card. I have only received an order confirmation. No update on the delivery at all. It is now 5/1 and it still says my order is being processed. I'm not complaining about the length of time I've waited I just would like an update and an estimated time frame on when my sweatshirt will be arriving. I've emailed and tried to call their costumer service with NO luck. I will no longer be buying online from them.
These people don't know how to make shirts. It came stained from the dye used.
Customer service's remedy was awful. They waste my time and then expect me to waste even more time and money to find a box to ship this faulty product back.
Time is money and you should not make your customers go thru hoops when you sent over a STAINED PRODUCT. On top of it, they offered normal shipping only. Do not return any faulty product that is THEIR FAULT as they will make you go thru hoops to remedy it.
I went to the Boca Raton store the assistant manager micheal McCann was on the phone he had such an attitude didn't want to help us I kept asking if certains things we were buying were marked down? He said he didn't know? How do you not know. I had a 15 percent off already and used it on 4 items they were full priced allegedly he wouldn't even bother to look i was so disgusted I paid, used the coupon. When I went home I looked online and low and behold they were marked down another 30 percent. I've called the store. No one returns calls! I've called corporate office 5 times NOONE has even had the decency to return my calls they promise. It is despicable to treat paying customers like this the whole company sucks!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an online order that came to over $1,000. One item was missing from the order. They would not admit that it was their fault. Told me to file a police report for the missing bikini bottom when the box came sealed. Why would I file a police report for a missing bikini bottom? Why would I place the blame on someone else when they obviously made a mistake when packaging the order. Just sounds ridiculous.

I wish 0/5 stars were an option. They cancelled my order, and then when I called to replace the order 7/18 items I ordered were gone. They cancelled the order for no reason. I called the cancellation department and they proceeded to transfer me back and forth to departments, not once fixing my problem. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she simply reiterated exactly what the previous 4 people had told me. She did nothing to make it right by the customer and did not take any extra measures to try to make my experience a good once. I probably won't come back to pacsun after this.
