I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.
Be careful. Bought an Essentials shirt for my son on line. Pacsun claims to have a 30 day return policy. Signs all over the heading in their site. But the store I took it to (they don't even have mail in returns) claim that doesn't apply to Essentials wear. Said that was listed in the "restrictions". Go figure, it's listed at the very bottom of the web page in the smaller font. Classic bait and switch. Someone ought to start a class action against these fraudsters.

--Now I am on hold listening to "adult jazz" music (which any teen will hate) and after being on hold for 23 minutes( yes, 23 long minutes and same loop of stupid music) still no answer.
I am willing to bet there are not many returns to this company. Teens will not be able to withstand the difficulty (not to mention the music) and will just give up and keep the unwanted items. What a hassle. What a fraud.
The shipping takes so long, I ordered a shirt and waited almost 20 days for it to ship and never shipped and then got notified like 16 days after I ordered and said it was out of stock, absolutley horrible their site sucks so bad
More than half my closet is from their store. I absolutely LOVE them and could not be more comfortable and excited when i go into their store and talk to them. At every PACSUN store i go into the workers have the best attitude and most of them are so chill and their all so easy to talk it it is amazing! Everytime i have trouble with my order, which is rarely with them), i always go in and they help me figure it out. I totally recommend it! Even though some of their stuff can be pricey, it is totally worth it and they have amazing discounts!
Ordered 3 different sizes of jeans 3 different times and they all fit like one size. I wear an 11 in everything else but a size 15 wouldn't fit over my leg. And on top of that they wouldn't return them. I will never shop here again
If you receive an item that you did not order they will not allow you to return or send the correct ITEM that you ordered and paid to receive. You will not get what you ordered. They will offer you 10 percent off your next order as if that will make up for their mistake. Are they crazy that someone will give them more money to keep and send you whatever they want to send you but not what you ordered. You will be made to keep the item that you did not order and paid to receive. Run, Run This is a horrible company online known as PACSUN
I ordered two pairs of jeans for a guy friend and in the mail I got two pairs of jeans for females. The order was completely wrong and am so angry and disappointed. Now I must go through the process of returning it and getting my money back when it was the company's fault. Do better!
They delivered the shirts we ordered to the wrong address and when we complained they said, "too bad, we delivered them, not our fault." No refund, no replacement, no apology. Absolutely terrible company.
I ordered a shirt for a Secret Santa exchange two weeks in advance for a friend, and it just shipped today! I emailed them 3 times and never got a response, then had to call 2 times just for them to say it just shipped and have to wait 3-6 business days. It ruined the gift I was planning to give and now have to give it late. By the way, I never received a confirmation email or an order number and the only way they were able to find my order was because I ordered it through my account. Only go to pacsun in store, never on line again.
I purchased a sweater on Nov 27th and after receiving an email saying the order was shipped on the 30th, the package did not move from a location since Dec 2. I was patient but finally called on Dec 8 since the package was still pending on FedEx, and they told me it was lost in shipping. I had to call myself to find that out. Since the item was no longer available all they could do was refund the money. I purchased the item for a gift and will now not be able to get anything in time. HORRIBLE experience. Never shopping with PacSun again.
Not normally one to complain. But ordered clothes for vaca last TUESDAY it didnt ship until friday. Sat in KS for 4 days. When i looked it up it said my package would be here wednesday, which i leave thursday so that was perfect. Then it changed to be delivered friday... seriously. NEVER had any issues with shipping. NEVER had to wait this long for a package. If i would of known it was taking this long i would of done two day shipping. Which probably would of been 4 days. Thanks for wasting my time and money
I bought a dress at PacSun and washed it and the color bled and the zipper broke. I had the receipt and tags and took it back - they only do store credit! Scary they don't back their products and only give store credit. I wont be shopping there anymore - try Tillys!
I like the emails that say BOGO 50% off site wide. To me that me the entire website... am I wrong. But you get looking and only about a quarter of the stuff is BOGO. Always doing sale promotion s like that... Irritating
The Online website is buns. I applied my gift card, every looked fine. I went ahead and placed my order with PayPal, and after the little circle was done loading it said "Thank you for your purchase... of [full price without gift card added]".
Total nightmare. I had to call my bank after the holiday weekend; I had to call customer service, there was nothing they could do. I didn't want to lose the items in my cart and cancel. And my gift card of 100.00 was rendered "used", and they wouldn't believe that I hadn't used it before. Not only that, but the items arrived weeks apart from each other. Some of them never arrived. Had to call Indian Customer Service center and explain the situation; they said to call customer service from during the week that there was nothing they could do. Terrible. Just god awful.
It was actually a really good shopping experience! I was scared because I looked at all the online reviews and they weren't good at all, but I ordered two shirts on the standard shipping time on a Thursday, and I got them the following Wednesday! Both shirts fit to size and I really liked them. I will definitely be buying more of their clothes.
Simply put, don't order from this chapter11 POS. They have shut their corporate phones down due to covid. Think of the movie boiler room. The greatest lie ever was the items were expedited on mon(july5) no less. In addition fed ex has rushed shipped. Fed ex printed shipping label and is waiting for item from pac sun. Don't be a sucker. They are only in business due to the hoarding of your purchase money

I ordered some t-shirts, it took over a month for the them to arrive. One of them did not fit, tried returning it and my order number wouldn't work online.
Called the customer service line the girl put me on hold twice never came back. The third time the girls was so rude couldn't find my order once she did she had all of my info wrong. Including the email and told me I gave her the wrong email.
The whole thing felt so wrong it felt like a big scam.
I gave her all of my info about 6 times and she kept asking for it over and over again.
NEVER EVER will I shop at PacSun again!

I had a terrible black Friday experience and will no longer be a customer of PacSun, much to the distress of my daughter. She loves the clothes and the store. I made an order and followed the instructions for the BOGO deal. I had both items in my cart, one qualifying as the free item. After I paid, the free item was suddenly gone from my order. I immediately contacted customer service to try to fix the problem. Initial response was a cookie cutter statement. I responded and after multiple conversations back and forth I was informed it was my fault that the free item disappeared from my order and I could buy it if I wanted. I responded that i had no desire to ever shop with PacSun again if this is how they treat their customers. No response to that.
Says "Free shipping on orders over $50". Shows $0 shipping fee until about two lines before entering your card number, then adds $10. :) Frustrating when I'm already spending $200+ on their $#*!. Wouldn't care if I was just told in the beginning that I would be paying, but they try to be sneaky and act like they're giving deals when THEY'RE NOT.?
Terrible customer service. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I contacted them because I needed to return an item, but for 2.5 weeks it showed the order hadn't been delivered so I couldn't issue myself a return slip. I contacted them three times and they said I'd just have to wait and they were having trouble with their tech people who were working on the website. They said "rest assured" that I had "plenty" of time to return my item within the 30 days. A week before the 30 days was up, I contacted them again and got the same response. I said that there was not "plenty" of time so I kept pressing and FINALLY got them to email me a return slip (which they could have done in the first place). I got a tracking number when I sent the item back so I was able to see it was received a week ago. Contacted them again and they told me "rest assured" the order would be credited by the end of the month. So after a bunch of wasted time on my part... we will see if they get it done.
I ordered six jeans online. When I went to returned some of them in the store, they told me they couldn't accept it because it was an "online only" item. It was a hassle returning them! I had called to make sure I could and the site says you could return in store! I shop a lot online and had never had an issue returning anything! Needless to say I'm never shopping Pacsun again! Terrible customer service!
I made a purchase online and they canceled it for no reason and emailed me as they are going to return my money... now over three weeks and nnobody ever picks up once u call them. I think i need a sign and head to their store with it.
So i ordered 3 items (hoodie, long sleeve tee, shorts) Arrived very soon even though I'm not from America. Everything was alright, quiality is top-notch, sizes match. I suggest you to buy here! Even though you're not from America! 5/5
I placed my order in NOVEMBER on the website. (Because the store is always out of stock) 2 weeks goes by, no package. I call, get an operator with badly broken English; so I then call corporate office in California, it's ONE GUY at a front desk who then tells me everyone is working from home and UNAVAILABLE since it's 5 days until Christmas. So he transfers me to the 800# again, they tell me because the company created a label they aren't able to refund me my money. They had to "escalate it" to someone else who will be able to follow the paper trail, and I would have to wait for someone to get in touch with me. It's been 2 weeks, nobody's returned my emails or calls and when I call to check status, it's a nightmare of communication & confusion. They will RIP YOU OFF. Never will I purchase online again with these people. At this point, Im just cutting my ties, they can keep the $200.

I ordered two pairs of shorts on June 9th and only one pair came in. I tried emailing but they said they are doing shipping delays and I've been waiting for a long time for my other pair of shorts to come in. It's July 14th.
I have bought many many items from here - in store and on-line. I have been satisfied with the items and return policy unlike soliscompany.com. I prefer to shop at pacsun for clothing and items for my teenagers. The last item I bought was too small, but it came with a pre-paid shipping label for returns so it was easy!
