Want wife's grandmother passed away from COVID. She had a picture of her which she loved. Best decision to have it painted. She cried in happiness and sadness while seeing it and was in love with the gift.

I paid back in November because I got an offer for a portrait and paid for the express shipping. I had to go back and fourth with the artist, never once was I told that I had a deadline to meet to receive the photo in time. Today, get an email that my photo won't get here till 12/29/21, no help from customer service and there is no one in charge! Thx for screwing up the gift!

From start to finish it was a great experience. I was having a hard time find a good enough photo that they would accept of my father so that was a little difficult it we found one that worked. I got a draft of the work I wanted one thing fixed and they did it and I'm just amazed buy the art work!

My experience was just what I had hoped for! My artist was great to work with and the quality of the painting in the amount of time it took is truly awe-inspiring. My mom is going to love what I had done for her and I can't wait to see the joyful tears roll on Mothers Day! Thank you so much!

We always see things advertised to look way better than the actual product. For our painting this was NOT the case. Every detail was perfect and the customer service was AMAZING. I'm one of those people who will send 100 emails with questions or requests and usually I will feel really annoying but they were so friendly ans helpful I didn't feel like a bother at all and couldn't appreciate it any more than I do. Definitely worth the price and would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to surprise my daughter in law with a picture of her daughter and grandmother who passed away last year. She was extremely close to her " Baba" and never got to see her great granddaughter. This picture paints a wonderful picture of the two of them so she lays feels like her daughter met her great grandmother.

Everything on this was pretty painful. There were step-by-step instructions on how to do everything. They were very good about answering questions that I had and I even got the painting a little earlier than I was supposed to. Highly recommend this.

I had seen the ads about Paint Your Life for some time now, at first I did not thing it would work for the portrait I needed of my parents. See both of my parents passed away Dad on 2016 and Mom on 2021. We were all planning my daughters Quincenera (like a sweet 16) along with them. Now that they are gone her plans to be able to dance with them were gone. But thanks to Paint Your Life she will be able to dance with them one more time. I did not post an opening video because we want this portrait to be a surprise for the entire family! But we will be posting a video with her dancing with the portrait wearing her beautiful dress! This is our first experience with paint your life…we are THRILLED! Unbelievable talent, we cannot say enough how beautiful our painting is. Every time someone comes to our house, it's the first thing we show them. We are totally loving it.

Absolutely amazing! They were so amazing with communication and the artist did absolutely fantastic! I wish it wasn't as costly (my total was around 250 for a 12x16 with no frame). There are payment plans, but none of them fit what I could do so I just payed up front. I understand the cost though. The painting did turn out amazing however and it got to me in about 12 days (Ordered Oct 31 and it arrived Nov 11)!

I was so happy with the painting I purchased for my husband birthday. He said he loved his gift and it was the best gift he ever received! I wanted this to be special for him because he lost his dad last year on his birthday/Valentines Day and that exactly what it was to him very special. Thank you so much!

I approved the edited photo just to be greeted with a painting that didn't look anything like it. I emailed them saying i would like some changes because the painting simply didn't look like the approved photo they sent me. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the new version, almost to nothing changed. Getting frustrated by the time that's it's taken to get the painting i approved it and here i am, an entire month later still waiting on my painting to be shipped. I was hoping to get it by Mother's Day, didn't happen. Am now hoping to get it for my mothers birthday at the end of the month and it's clear that it sadly won't be the case either. Very much let down by the wait time and subpar work.

My Fiance lost his father a month before my 5 daughter was born he met his other grand children but not our last baby she is his twin. So I thought surprising my fiance with a picture of our children, him, and his father holding our newborn would make him happy and it did he was amazed.

The picture that we received was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect. My husband said it was one of the best gifts he's ever received before. We are definitely pleased and would recommend this company to others!

My experience was exceptional. Sent my photos, the draft was prepared, I requested a few changes, I approved the draft, and my painting was created. It turned out beautifully. I will definitely be using Paint You Life in the future. Wonderful experience. So happy with the final product.

I had an oil painting done of my father in law. He passed away last December and I wanted to have it done for Christmas, for my husband. Needless to say, when it arrived it was beyond perfect and I gave it to him immediately. Several people have asked where I got it so I have gladly passed in the site and my wonderful experience!

If you are buying this for a gift for you loved one for a holiday I would NOT rely on their timelines to make sure you get it on time! I paid expedited shipping and they refunded me the money and said sorry. Now it's 12 days later (then the date I was supposed to have had the painting) and I still have not received my painting. I would have never ordered if I would have known the painting would be this late. Almost 600 basically down the drain. Called and emailed customer service and all the have said repeatedly is sorry we can't do anything else. All I'm saying is don't give timelines if you can't stick by them!

The process was easy and worth every penny. My family loves the painting and it is priceless to have a photo of a memory we thought we missed out on.

I ordered a painting on august 24 for my wife's birthday. Received the painting octobre 13. Two weeks after my wife's birthday... Reason: painting was lost in the studio, the framer makes a mess, the courier company makes a mess. No, not for me again, i don't give presents two weeks after birthday... The painting is still sealed on the attic... I ordered it on time... They promised to contact me to get a solution, but silence is golden on their side!

Creating this masterpiece was such a easy and quick experience. The painter was very thorough and made all the adjustments I asked for. My husband was very pleased and brought to tears with the touching painting that's was created.

The process was smooth and straight forward. I was able to see the portrait before it was mailed out for approval and for any adjustments and/or corrections. The artist was amazing with total and complete realistic artistry. I will definitely recommend Paint Your Life to family and friends.

I'm quite impressed what they were able to do with the old photos of my aunt and uncle. They were worn out pretty much and they managed to bring back the original quality and actually paint it flawlessly. I'm absolutely flabbergasted!

I am thankful for the amazing work as it will stand as a beautiful memorial to my wife who passed away. Thank you for such an easy process and such amazing detail and consideration to my personal requests.
