This was absolutely a beautiful painting of my family! Diana did such an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with how my painting turned out! The perfect Fathers Day gift for my husband! Really brought the photo to life!
My furry companion of 13 years, passed away on July 21,2024. I wanted a portrait of him in my home, as a constant reminder, he is always present, beside his urn. I could not have asked for more, the portrait is absolutely stunning.
Stan was amazing! He brought the painting to life and we were so overwhelmed with joy when we received the painting.

I've ordered 10 different paintings and have always been satisfied. Although, this last painting I had to ask at least two times to please put the doggies' name on the nametag attached to his collar. I guess it was the artist that replied, tag wasn't big enough. When the painting was complete & waiting my approval there was plenty of room. After I requested putting Maxwell on the tag, artist did but never sent me a message. Never had this issue before. I chose PYL for several reasons.One of the top reasons was because PYL was an AMERICAN company! The last painting was mailed from China. So I don't know about ordering from PYL in the future.

I love this site I have bought two paintings so far. Each painting was crafted by a different artist. Each artist was able to portable a beautiful peice with the pictures and descriptions I have provided.

They were super efficient mocking up 2 different designs with both pictures included. Kept me up to date on the progress and shipped quickly once the final approval was submitted. It turned out better than I expected! My husband was so surprised and loves it!

Originally, the painting was not what I had asked for. I put specifics in the section for the Dream Team to create a customized portrait and the mock up I received was pieced together from the pictures I submitted - exact. But after going through customer service, they asked for more pictures to create the look I wanted. The second mock-up and final painting are AMAZING. I love it! I just wish they'd used the details I asked for in the first go 'round and asked for more pictures if that's what they needed so that it didn't waste an artists time for something I didn't ask for. Even so, the paintings are incredible and I'm beyond happy with the outcome and that they worked to correct it for me even though it was partially my fault for approving the mock-up on the assumption that the dream team would be adjusting the final. Just make sure you submit enough pictures!
I don’t like that each email comes from a different rep, it would be nice if you worked with one person, but ultimately got someone who understood my frustration. They worked with me to correct any issues and I’m so happy with the outcome. And the turnaround time was quick!

My daughter's dad passed away almost 20 years ago and they have no pictures of just the two of them so I ordered one. The process was smooth and even rejected the final painting because I didn't like it so I contacted customer service and they made recommendations for the type of painting and even sent me a link to look at the oil paintings from different artists and pick the one I liked and my painting was completely redone and it only took an extra week and it still showed up before it was supposed to! The outcome was absolutely beautiful and my daughter loved it! Great experience!
