If I had a month I still could not fully explain the horrible experience I have had with Mike Nanay, the owner of palace pools. Essentially, every word he has said has been a lie. He guaranteed my pool would be ready by Sept 13th. Today is October 24th and not only is the pool not finished, but I have had to employ another company to completely re-do everything he had done. He has left my pool with damages caused by his staff. He himself has agreed he completely screwed this job up, but states he can't afford to give my money back (despite the many stories of how much money he makes). Mike likes to tell people stories about what a great guy he is... beware those that need to tell you they're a good person... if they really were, they wouldn't need to try and convince others of it.
