I am happy with the product as well as my shopping experience on their website.Though the shipping took time, yet their customer service and follow up was prompt.
I ordered a blue cotton dress from their website, costing around 1500/-. It was delivered in 10 days with courier charges paid by me.
The dress was shoddily stitched, not as per measurement and size given in the size chart on website. The most disgusting part was, it was pre altered by someone. They had sent me an old or pre ordered dress which was pre altered by somebody.
On complaining to helpline I got response by email, their return policy was me sending dress back to them bearing additional courier charges and the amount being credited to my account for further purchase in future. With this experience how can I be sure that I will get good piece next time. Complete waste of money. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Gifted my wife an Indian lehenga on our 25th anniversary. She loves Indian outfits but does not find many places to shop from. Glad I could show her this site. I was worried because the delivery got postponed but happy that it came before her big day. The best thing I loved was she could wear it on our anniversary without any altering issues and all.

Great service! All four ethnic outfits were absolutely stunning and perfectly stitched with very good quality material. A reliable online site, outfits are exactly the same as shown in pictures! Will definitely be doing all my shopping from here onwards.
Bought an item on 7 Nov 2023. Needed it by 27 Nov. Panash team kept saying everyday that shipping will be done in 2-3 days, but no action was taken. Finally cancelled my order on 21 Nov. Thereafter they said the refund will be reflected in my account in 4-5 Days. Now it's 4 Dec and I still haven't received a refund. I am never buying from this website again.

Not good deal for ordering outside of India as it will cost ~60% more cost than your purchasing cost. That is for canada custom duties and DHL courier unnecessary extra charges to you.
Before ordering outside of india, add extra ~60% cost to billing price which is kind of hidden and not known until packet is delivered when u have no option than paying.
Item was shipped later than was told. Item arrived after my event. Would not recommend them at all due to poor communication, ignored messages.
The lehenga looks really good online but not as good in person. I also paid more for custom stitching and it was not done properly. The return policy is very short and they do not offer guarantee of fit with custom stitching. I ordered something else, but the shipping time is taking much longer than they said it would and customer service is not responsive.
