I wish Panash would add pictures that show the back of a dress or any item and provide details about the care of the items ( ironing, washing instructions)

Overall shopping experience with Panash is good. But I would like to point out some of the details I found as a customer a bit unsatisfactory. All the items I bought from Panash don't give details about the care of the fabric. Can it be hand-washed, machine-washed (gentle cycle), etc? It will be nice if your website shows what the back of an item looks like. Most of the garments I viewed only have their front view.
The Green Embroidered Pant Suit I recently bought, is slightly tight around the knee area (pant).
I personally hate the zipper under the arm. I don't know the purpose of having a zipper under one arm. I usually spend extra time removing it. I think there should be an option if a customer wants a zipper under the arm or not.
Bought an anarkali suit from your site. The product is of good quality and stitched perfectly to my size. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I ordered size 40 dress you have sent some 36 and honestly the quality for $127.00 dress is very cheap. Stitching is very bad quality. I want to return this dress. Horrible experience

I am very happy with the material and colour of my tissue organza saree, even though the colour is a little less bright compared to the photo. But still happy with my purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a custom lehenga set for a wedding that arrived far too small and not in any way made to the measurements I provided. Besides having nothing to wear for a friend's wedding, Panash refused to refund me unless I returned the garment to them in India (which cost me another $100). Now that it's been returned, they simply don't answer my emails requesting the refund they promised. This company is a total scam!
