Shipment arrived on time. Product is of OK quality, some dirt on the hem, seams are not matched up with pattern, seams are also not straight/fabric is puckered. I ordered custom sizing & it is still appx 2inches too large in the chest, so some adjustments will still have to be made. Pattern matches photos & is cute!. Also was charged significant customs fees (over 40% of the purchase price) by FedEx which seems steep, so something to calculate into your decision to purchase.
Horrible. Really really horrible. Noone even bothers to attend the phone calls. Charging and pricing is in USD but the standards are too worse. My order was made 2.5 months ago and I clearly mentioned I have event. And they don't bother. It's very painful to deal with these people. Noone is there to hear you even
I've ordered from Panash twice now. Each time, the desired item had an expected ship date that I reviewed before placing the order. Each time, the order did not ship WELL PAST the posted ship date and there was zero communication about when the item would ship nor was the tracking on the website updated. If you are hoping to receive something in a timely manner, this site is not for you. Chances are that you will have to contact Customer Service to get your order shipped.

Found their prices reasonable and got a $30 discount during holi offer on my sarees. Fitting was great with standard measurements. Thank you panashindia team, Would love to shop and review your website again.
We purchased some clothes for a wedding ceremony on 14 Oct, and till date there is no news of the product. No feedback or calls from Panash. I don't know how they function, better to stay away from such purchases
After reading certain negative reviews, i was a little skeptical on ordering on panashindia. However I did go ahead, as I was given assurance by their customer care. Happy to say all my 3 salwars fit me well and they delivered it within the time line. Shipping was fast as they sent with DHL. I have had horrible experience on certain sites who shipped via post or some unheard courier companies.
I would probably be regular to this site as I wear a lot of Indian clothes :)

I ordered a lengha with a ship eta of 20 days. After waiting 30 days, I contacted customer service and they said it's behind and they're expediting the order, will definitely ship in 2-3 days. After a week, I contacted again and got automated responses each time with a ticket number and no information. A month later, I got an email saying my item didn't "pass their quality inspection" and they refunded my order. Not worth the time or money ordering from this site!
Ordered a couple of suits & a saree with Panash for Diwali. Received them within the time frame, The support team were kind enough to put my orders on express. Excellent quality, I Would highly recommend them.
They charged me shipping while advertising free shipping. Did not send outfits custom stitched. Customer service is poor. They don't answer calls and emails are auto generated. I needed the outfits for a wedding and will need to shop somewhere else. They also refused to refund and asked me to ship.back at my own expense. They say they have not received the package. Do not buy anything on this site. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I complained to PayPal and got refunded. It was way too much work dealing with Panash and their non existent support. Avoid the hassle. Let your friends know. Do not support this merchant.
I have been unable to get through to the customer care service via phone or via email or online chat, which is surprising given the number of of reviews on this site commending PanashIndia's customer service. I am flying to a wedding next Thursday and have not received any communication regarding the delivery date of my order which I placed in August. Looking for a response so I know I won't have to purchase a back up outfit (from another vendor).
Answer: I have similar experience. They don't have anyone as a customer service representative may be. I regret everyday that i placed order. I lose 10000 rs due to these people.
Answer: Not certain even it will shipped you. Forget your payment. And choose your old apps viz amazon, flipkart, myntra etc
