The customer service is horrible. I ordered a kurta for my wedding and paid for it on july 30. These guys never contacted me after that. When I asked for my order ( today its 18th of August), they still haven't given any useful reply. The response is very cold. If you are super lucky, you'll get a computer generated mail. Horrible. People, don't get cheated by these fake guys
I did not even want to give it a 1* but would not let me post review. This one the worst companies that I have dealt with, ordered the good on 4th April and still not arrived, been constantly been contacting them by email, watsup and phone but no joy. Keep getting message that your parcel will be shipped next 3-5 days. Today got email saying your parcel is ready packed to ship out, what bad customer service. The worst thing is the function I needed it for has passed. I would be very careful to use this company.

I made an online purchase 20 days ago. Even though the customer reviews were quite bad I thought it was ok because I made an inquiry before purchasing visa whatsapp and they responded quickly. After making the purchase and it hasn't been shipped until now I contacted them via whatsapp they didn't bother to respond. Emailed them few times, "Panash India" customer team created a ticket but didn't get back to me. I am so disgusted as to how they actually scam your money. Very disappointed! Do not make online purchases. Now even if they do ship It, the quality of the product Is going to be the worst.

We are a huge spender in indian clothes online and Panash is one of our regular websites. For this year diwali we wanted to do twinning with our entire family so I was on a lookout for silver color outfits for all the members in somewhat similar work. Found them all in one place at Panash, and 2 weeks later we were wearing it, except for my daughter's dress which was 2 inches too long for her, they were all nicely fitted and we got some really warming compliments from our acquaintances. This is my favourite experience with online fashion buying so far and I cannot stop myself from writing this long review. Worth all the five stars.
Panash India is my favorite online stop for Indian ethnic wear. I've been buying from these guys for a long time and never had a problem. The outfits are pretty and just as they are shown in the images. Highly recommend everyone to shop here.
I don't usually order from this website since there are already so many with great reviews. However, I took a chance and ordered a lehenga for my friend's wedding in the US. Much to my surprise, the product that arrived was top notch. I ended up ordering two more for my personal events. Those were also delightful. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Will definitely order more for my Indian themed parties.

Delighted to post this 5 star review for the guys at panash. I had shopped for my wedding last month. I had expected a little delay in the order after reading some reviews, however all of my outfits arrived before time. The customer service was very responsive my repeated queries regarding delivery, stitching, quality etc etc. I am happy with the purchases and would recommend the store to anyone!

Ordered a Lehenga with custom made top, but received a regular top. There are "stitching lines" you can undo to get a bigger size. Regardless, it doesn't fit well. There is nothing custom.
Also, bra cups have visible different sizes. On top of that, overall low quality (looks cheap)
Customer support is terrible - "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do"
Color is also supper different than what it shows in the website. Ordered a light pink and received an orange-ish peach Lehenga
