A very cute and well designed site that is easy to navigate. I find it easy to look up things by different designers or types, and the overall look is both pretty and technically proficient. Always fun to shop here!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced! It took them days to get back to me and they just copied and pasted the same message each time. They said 4-6 weeks shipping... 9 weeks later, I got half of my order. Not all of the pieces were even there.
The support team is amazing, they reply to you in a few hours to confirm everything. However Ive had so many problems with the shipment to begin with. For example I did not receive an email of confirmation when I purchased my item. Later one the shipment got lost it they had to remake it and reship it. And to this day Ive still not received my shipment. Its been 4 months the shipment was suppose to arrive 2 months ago
The T shirt was sold everywhere in the U. K. and PAOM was the only website selling it. It fits nicely and comfortably and Evelyn was very helpful when I contacted the company. However here are the reasons I won't be using PAOM again.
1. It took two months for the Order to arrive.
2. I had to Pay £11.87 import tax to Royal Mail which the website did not tell me about, was already charged £20 for shipping
3. The order status on my order never changed from in production. So it made it impossible to track.
4. I never got an email with the tracking number and had to get in contact with them to get it in the end.
The ordering process was easy, the prices were very reasonable for custom made clothing and most importantly, the quality is excellent. I could not be happier.
This is a review as a creator.
The site is really bad and the way they offer to pay you for the sale of your designs is through shareasale which seems very shady as well, as all I can find about it are fake 5 star reviews and people complaining they don't get paid.
The 5 star reviews of paom and shareasale on sitejabber are fake as they are just saying the same thing over and over ( it started after someone pointed out that the amount of negative reviews should be a warning to people, then the fake reviews pushed that one to the second page)
Paom doesn't really give you a preview of how your design will realistically look on the product, and even on the product page the images appear blank which makes you seem like you made something wrong but no, they're just too lazy to actually bother rendering it
You also can't see how it looks on the back.
The support is incompetent and rude, and they will dodge any questions that they don't want to reply
They told me they are using shareasale for payouts now but they are "considering" doing it themselves, so i would shut up about it after i pointed out how much better teepublic is handling their creators.
The creating process is fantastic, i always wanted to be able to create sites like this, and that's the only reason why i'm giving a star at all
The concept of full shirt prints are fantastic and i wish more sites would adhere to this kind of idea.
The creator is a little clunky and poorly made, but i still liked to play with it and imagine how it would be for a better site to do something like this.

I was finally refunded the hideous overcharges of of $540 Canadian for two bags that only cost $88. I had to send many emails to get my money back. Scary experience.

1.5 Months later - no updates. I write to them. 2 weeks later they reply. They do not have my name, they have an incorrect shipping address - wrong city, they do not have my name - but most importantly they have the wrong order. 4 items from their catalogue - I order 2 custom designs - they are an absolute mess. They have no idea. They couldnt organise a fried egg for breakfast. Do not touch it with a 10 ft pole. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED ONLINE. MAYBE ONE DAY I WILL RECIEVE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT I PAID FOR. I have tried to reset my password now 3 times so I can login and remove me CC details - regrettably this reset password email has not come through and I am continuing to be a charged for a service and product that was never delivered.
I am so upset with this company.

The colors are so me. Whenever I carry my Print All Over Me duffle bag I get lots of compliments and some wanting to know where I bought it. I take it almost everywhere.
I ordered a skirt at the beginning of September. Around the middle of October when it hadn't arrived, I went into my email to dig up the tracking number which indicated that the package had been returned to sender (for some unknown reason) 3 weeks earlier. I emailed them fully beyond prepared with exact dates/info/screen caps asking why I was not contacted and/or why my package was not re-shipped. Heard back about 3 or 4 days later apologizing and asked me to confirm the address they sent to, which i did. They said they would re-ship immediately. It's now mid November and no skirt, so I emailed them again asking for the tracking number of the re-shipped package. I got reply (*) apologizing that I was not updated with the re-shipment info and provided the tracking number. I immediately looked up the tracking number, although it appeared to just be the original tracking number yet again of the package that was returned to them.
At this point I'm just going to dispute the transaction on PayPal and get my money back because this is ridiculous.

I ordered a custom button down shirt in May of 2018. I was very patient and waited over a month before contacting customer service to check on the status of my order. Evelyn made herself out to be very nice and helpful, and we kept regular correspondence for about two months.
During this time, she told me first that the shirt was finished but they had forgotten to ship it. I waited about a week before asking for a shipping number. She told me she didn't have one but assured me it was on its way. The status of my order on their website, however, indicated that the shirt had still not even been made.
I remained patient, expecting a custom product to take longer than usual. I continued emailing Evelyn, and she kept telling me that it was on its way. It was in mid August that I finally lost patience and told her that the occasion I had purchased the shirt for had passed. As there was no evidence of the shirt ever having been made, much less shipped, I asked for a refund. I was told by Evelyn that they do not offer refunds, even if I had not ever received the product I had paid $80 for. She offered me store credit, which I told her would not be satisfactory because I do not plan to order from PAOM again.
She never even replied to this last email, and as of July 2019 I have received neither shirt nor refund. I have not even received the store credit that was offered, which I would have used to create a shirt printed with the text of this review.
Do not buy anything from this store if you would not like to be scammed, stolen from, and lied to.

Product shipped quickly and my girlfriend loved it. Good prints, and their site is improving in a few areas. Search works much better!

It's simple, I ordered a print, never received any news or anything in three months and support never answered more than a dozen messages.
Had 1 good experience. But when I had issues they wouldn't respond. Terribly poor quality print, worse communication. Avoid at all costs.

I read the other reviews before ordering from PAOM, and just assumed that they were flukes and everything ran smoothly. Boy, was I wrong. I ordered in November and was told I'd have to wait up to 6 weeks to receive, which I did. I was patient, and then after those 6 weeks elapsed and I hadn't heard anything, I reached back out. I was told my order had been shipped, was given a tracking number, and was told it would be there within 2 weeks. When I track the shipment, all it says is 'pre-shipment,' which means they just printed out the shipping label lol. I was also told I had already been refunded 10% for the inconvenience, however that is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND on my card or bank statement, so yet another lie. Still, I waited patiently, and nothing. Then I reached out and no one responded. I have reached out again, and have heard nothing.
I don't know what the f*** is wrong with these people but they are severely unorganized and I feel as though I have basically just been scammed. I have never experienced something like this before. I am upset. I am not made of money, and I feel really disrespected, like they essentially stole my money, which is what they have done since I have not received a thing.
I never write reviews, ever. But I felt really compelled to because I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Even if it seems cool, please, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. You will never receive it, be treated like s***.

Now they've blocked me fro their email list. Customer service unparalled. How on EARTH does this joke of a business remain a business?
I have been selling with PAOM for about a year and a half now and have had a number of sales. At first they were great and paid my royalty payments accurately and on time. Over the last year though they have become extremely dodgy and it takes lots of emails back and forth for them to actually pay out the money they owe. At the end of July my last payment was due (before they changed to quarterly payments) and my money did not come through. After many emails back and forth, and many ignored emails, they still have not paid me. "Sharon" who is very abrupt over email told me my payments were on their way twice, and both times nothing ever came. Then weeks later I get weird emails from her asking for my email address connected with my Facebook account. Whatever that means, I don't know as they have paid me a number of times before. Since then, I have not heard anything back from her! I suddenly got an email from "Morgan" at the beginning of the week (after weeks of radio silence again) who was going through and closing cases, checking that I received my payment. I told them that I hadn't and they have still not given me any reply. It's exhausting.
It seems as though they do not respect the designers on their site at all. Their products are also very hit and miss (cotton t-shirt is great though) and sometimes shipping can take months without any reason why! They are great if something goes wrong and will replace your items but this does not make up for how unethical they have been in paying me the money I have earned through selling my designs in their shop.
As soon as I get my money. If ever. I will be closing my shop and never dealing with them again.
Terrible quality pieces and they do not pay artists. They should be sued. Please do not work with or purchase from this company.

So, my order has one heck of a experience and was a lot of confusion and stress. On the 3rd of August, 2017 I ordered a xxxxl hoodie. The order was processed by the next day and was predicted to be delivered by the 31st of August. They said that there would be a email sent out to me when it was picked up by the delivery people with a tracking code. A few weeks go by and eventually I began to worry; it was the 27th of August and not only was there no email saying a word about my hoodie, but their website still said it was in production. I sent out a email to see what was going on they responded with this...
"Hi Dom,
We are currently waiting for your package to go through customs in Japan. As soon as it comes out of customs, it will ship out to you. Thank you so much for your patience!

To this i was kind of relieved, at least they knew what was going wrong and it could be fixed shortly.
Sadly, that's not where it ends.
The 6th of September comes and I'm quite nervous something went wrong. I email them again and get this response...
"Hi Dom,
The shipping company that we use misplaced a whole box of orders. Production remade all of the orders. Your order was in the missing box. Your order has already been remade and is shipping straight to you from production. It will ship out by Friday. I am very sorry for this and I very much appreciate your patience.

They lost my and a whole bunch of orders. I had bought this hoodie for my friend's birthday (which was on the 4th) and it looked like he had to wait for another week.
The day I'm writing this is the 18th of September, I just got the package delivered to my house. I never got a shipping email, so I was just as surprised as he was. Lucky he was over today so he got to unwrap it from its packaging. Turns out that the hoodie sizing is nowhere near normal sizing and a xxxxl in their eyes is a xl-xxl at most. I spent $93 on a hoodie that was lost, remade, shipped 3 weeks late and it didn't fit,
Every piece on PAOM is custom made. We print the fabric first and then cut and sew. We believe that by taking fashion slowly we can: a. Offer high quality items; b. Produce in an environmentally sustainable way; c. (and most importantly) offer our studio employees a living wage and health benefits.
