WORST SERVICE EVER!
January 13, 2020

Lets start this way if i can give zero stars i would they don't even deserve one star thats how bad they are. They have a thing that is fast track where you can get your items in five days. Right so tell me how i spend 45 bucks on overnight shipping, it took them 7 days of business days to make them and i didn't even receive them until day 13. All they offer was i can give your shipping money back thats not the issue, issue is you promise your customers a day you deliver it simple as that worst business ever you guys should just shut down!

Never Ever Again
January 9, 2020

I ordered personalized stationary at an expedited rate with FedEx ground. I have ordered personalized paper products of all sorts through different companies in my life and career, and 95 percent of the time I've had a good experience. Long story short: a month later, I'm still waiting. Took DAYS to even get a reply. Finally heard back with a curt reply from "customer service," which feels like an oxymoron for them. Still an ongoing situation. Do not order from this company! Dealing with a carrier pigeon would be more convenient. THE WORST.

Horrible customer service
December 27, 2019

I ordered personalized Christmas cards. When I received, half of the messages were correct, the other half were misprints. We contacted Paper Source and were told they would reprint and expedite shipping of the reprints. We did not receive the cards in time to send for Christmas. I called and requested a refund and was told no, that they had done everything they could do. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service.

Do not buy holiday cards or otherwise on PaperSource online. The site regularly glitches or shuts down completely. And don't be fooled by their "discount codes" all they do is dramatically mark their products up to begin with, then come slightly down with the fake discount. The products take too long to arrive and are not as advertised. Customer service is a joke. Rarely does someone pick up the phone, the recording just hangs up on you. BEWARE. Order your stationery elsewhere.

Avoid the store. Employees used to be wonderful. Now it is staffed with rude "diverse" entitlement-attitude lazy (they blatantly ignore white customers) employees who are too interested in digging around in new merchandise than they are in waiting on customers who are standing at the checkout counter.

I wanted something special for my parent's 70th wedding anniversary. My daughter-in-law recommended Paper Source, she is a wedding planner. I received my first batch of invites in a timely fashion, but needed more. I ordered and checked my progression for shipping, it was sent back to the FedEx distribution in a endless circle. Called and talked to Keith at Paper Source on Tuesday, he said someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours, he said he was processing my reprint, called on Thursday, he hadn't even done anything and was putting in my order immediately. I got a call Monday from a customer representative, nothing had been done with my order, and said she would process it and overnight it. I didn't get it until Saturday, the RSVP date was past due. What a mess, don't order from Paper Source online. I am telling all my friends and family.

The store has such cute things, but don't bother ordering online. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered Gender Reveal cards online to use during my Gender Reveal dinner party. I paid an extra $30 to overnight them on a Wednesday just to make sure they would arrive in time. The Friday before my party, I called PaperSource to check on the status. The cards still hadn't shipped. While this was frustrating, customer service did apologize and assured me they would cancel my order since they didn't ship them in time. I had to scramble the day before my party to find another Gender Reveal option. Fast forward 3 weeks and I receive a notification that the cards shipped. I received the cards the next day because they were still overnighted since the order was never cancelled. They still charged me overnight shipping even though this was 3 weeks after I made the purchase. Again, I contacted support. They apologized and said that the best thing to do would be to drive to a PaperSource location and return them in-store. Are you kidding? Personally, I will never shop at PaperSource again. I am still waiting for them to refund me the cost of the cards and the overnight shipping.

Terrible Experience
July 26, 2019

I wish I could say I had a different experience from everyone else who has written reviews but unfortunately that is not the case. I first got an emailing from them stating that "there has been a delay due to a file reprint." I didn't submit any changes so I don't know what caused the delay. After picking up my invites I discovered that my order was short by 20 envelopes causing yet another delay. Customer service doesn't even seem to care. There was not an apology to be heard. I definitely won't be using them again and won't be recommending them to anyone!

I ordered a cute set of pencils to put in a back-to-school gift bag. In order to be sure that they arrived in time I paid extra - a total of $8.95 - for "extended" shipping with an estimated delivery within 5 business days. The package never arrived and when I contacted customer service I learned that the item was out of stock when I ordered it. No one from Paper Source thought to let me know that! But all's we'll that ends well. I found the exact same pencils on an online retailers website where they cost $1 less and 2-day shipping is free! BTW, the Paper Source website still lists this item as available.

We selected some invitations on the PS website and then went to the store to order.
The sakes person who helped us customize the invitation, then asked us if we wanted
Our return address on the envelop flap. We assumed this was part of ordering custom invitations. The receipt was sent to our email. When we got home and found the receipt,
We realized we paid extra not only for the printing on the envelopes but for the envelopes
Themselves! We sent done time on envelopes because we wanted a color that matched
The invitation card stock. The same color was NOT available in an envelope, which
One might expect with custom orders in a place with so many. Looks of paper and envelopes -- but we were just getting plain white envelopes. No where in the website
Is there any indication that envelopes are NOT included in the invitation price. Very
Bad and deceptive marketing I say.
Further, when online, I saw some paper I liked. All the paper was also onsale. I bought
Some with a couple other items and discovered at home looking at the receipt that I was
Charged full price. The store told me the sake was online only. But there is nothing
On the website header or by individual item prices that says on.ine only! Again,
Poor marketing!
We were not able to cancel the envelopes for the invitations unless we cancelled the
Entire order! We went in to the store to order because the website wanted to know font andsize of font and spacing etc. we just wanted what was shown on the sample, even the
Sales person had trouble entering all the info. Not an easy process! So, we left the order
But will never shop at PS again!

I was almost relieved when I typed in "review of papersource" into google and saw that so many others had similar horror stories from ordering specialized products from papersource. They never shipped out my invitations on time even though I called to verify my order before I purchased. Since they NEVER processed my order (3 weeks after I initially ordered), I canceled my order and they informed me I would be reimbursed for the full amount since it was an error on their end. Two weeks larer, I received an email informing me that "my order" had been shipped and I was charged the full amount. When I called, they informed me that I would need to return the product to receive my refund. Long story short please just avoid working with them if you want to maintain your sanity.

So disappointing
April 4, 2019

I was so excited to send my friend the personalized stamp for her engagement gift. Paper source got the shipping name incorrect, put my gift note at the bottom of the box so she didn't know who the gift was from and almost missed the note completely, and didn't gift wrap the items I sent, they just sent the gift wrap on the side with the items. Take note that when they offer you a gift bag with an item you put in your cart they aren't offering to gift wrap it, but just send you a gift bag. Not sure why they allow you to send a gift note but not gift wrap your items. So disappointing. My friend even told me to call the company and let them know. I called and they would only refund me 25% off the 6 dollar gift bag. Poor customer service.

Shipping nightmare
December 20, 2018

My online order confirmation had a tracking number for FedEx that was incorrect. After several calls I was told my item was shipped via USPS. When it finally arrived only part of my order was shipped and they neglected to inform me that the other item was on back order. I am trying to cancel the rest of my order. Still trying to get this resolved. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Lost customer.

My expensive invite was printed without the RSVP and also forgot to print my Christmas picture on the back. My party is in 1 week and I still do not have the reprint despite over a dozen calls and emails!

I designed and ordered printed cards for my son's sixth birthday party. The day after I placed the order, I wanted to show the designs to my son but discovered that the card I designed and ordered does not appear in my account for them online. I contacted customer service thinking it must be there but they told me that actually they do not keep images of designed cards for customers to view once ordered. Then they emailed me the front of the card and it had a text error. When I confronted them about this because I know 100% that the card I approved did not have this error, they denied it (it's a spacing error, with one word on the wrong line when it fit on the line above it when I okayed it... see the word "Carpinteria" in the image they sent me below). Last straw was getting an email saying it'll be here on 9/4/18 when the shipping I paid for said 8/31/18. I talked to someone in customer service about all of these issues and requested to speak to a manager. After waiting on hold 10 minutes, I asked if a manager could just call me back later same day when they had time and they said sure. That call never came. Papersource is just terrible across the board for printed cards. I use Paperless Post for all online invites and loved them for printed ones too. It's a shame they don't offer them anymore. I will definitely find a different company for online printed cards in the future. You should too!

ZERO STARS
August 9, 2018

DO NOT even think about using paper source for invitations. Read CURRENT reviews all over the internet. They are horrible, mistakes with every order and then NO ONE to answer for them. I have never witnessed such poor customer service. We used minted for save the dates and had no issues!

I was on hold for at least 2 hours over three phone calls, kept telling me the order was coming and would never show up, finally said that it could not be printed even though I had been told all along that it was complete and ready to ship. They lie and then refuse to be held accountable. I wouldn't even give them one star.

I kicked off an order on March 31st to get wedding invites printed for a July wedding. I even upgraded to 1 day shipping to expedite the process, since our wedding is coming up soon.

Currently, I'm sitting here with a pile of envelopes with no ETA for when the invites will be printed or shipped. I want a refund! I could have gotten my cards printed at the local copy store weeks ago.

The Customer Service department is really really bad. They don't know what they are doing and there is no followup. I left a voice mail for the supervisor and she never returned my call. After totally messing up the delivery of my invitations, they would not reimburse me. The Birmingham store jumped in to help me and they were amazing. They took control of the situation and got me what I needed.
