First and last time customer but here is the real story. Made deal, Family got Covid. They sent me a coin without me paying for it yet or my permission, sells 2 of my coins without him owning them. Then gets mad at me for returning his coin. I could only guarantee the safety of his coin so I sent it back, not sure who sends $4k coins without being paid first or sells coins that don't belong to him. I was trying to protect the dealer but get called a liar instead. Bob Green is a sleezeball, stay away. And the owner's response is a complete lie, have never and will never buy from him. I told the truth, Bob Green is a lyin sack of $&@!

I failed to find a shipping cost area, would be nice to know beforehand the cost of shipping various purchases.

Shipped quickly, arrived well packed. I guess "Fine" is the lowest grade next to Cull. Not a big deal as I'm just after the silver content.

Once again, well packed and received in good time.

I'm sure it isn't cheap or easy selling silver coins one at a time, but, were it not for the ability to do that some of us would NEVER be able to start to protect our families. Many of your competitors enjoy selling to the big dogs in the yard, but, there aren't many us trying to do what's right that can afford to buy bags of coins or bullion.

I had a specific need, a graded $3 coin for a Liberty gold type set. On their website, I easily found what I was looking for. Coin was in the condition I wanted and fairly priced. Coin was promptly shipped and received. I received a phone call, appreciating my business. I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer support of the company.

Would like to see shipping cost a bit lower. I don' thave the capital to buy in large quantities so my shipping was almost half of the product price. I paid $10 for 15 grams of silver. For that much, it took 13 days to receive the product.

Web site said paypal was a possible payment method. I learned through telecon that you no longer accept paypal payment. Not a big problem, but when you get a chance update the listing of payment options. That\'s the only reason I didn\'t give a straight 5-star rating

The order I received was not exactly the order I placed. While it would not prevent me from ordering in the future, I would have appreciated a phone call or email explaining why the shipment was not identical to what was invoiced or expected. Thanks.

The ordering process and time-to-arrival were excellent. My only problem was that somehow or another the address on the packaging was changed from my house number 120 to house number 105. Luckily our mailman recognized my name and knew where the package was suppose to be delivered to. I checked my email confirmation as well as the receipt in the package and both reflect the 120 house number. I have no idea where 105 came from.

I received the items shipped on the 22, november today 7, december. I consider this o.k. For cross-border shipping. I am very pleased with the products & the courtesy

Product arrived in mint condition, but was not the product that I ordered. I am happy with what I did receive, but can not give 5 star rating due to the error in the product shipped. I would still recommend StraightSilver to others most highly nonetheless. Were I to have needed the exact product that I ordered, I might not have been as well pleased.

First time buying silver online.seemed easy to do, a fair shipping price.but the proof is in the pudding so i will just wait for the final result...just hoping the silver didnt come from china...ok just got my silver it took a just over 2 weeks,,the product was excellent,bright and shiney now that i have the silver i ordered i feel it was worth the price an wait.it silver spot spikes when the dollar fails these gram bars will be very conveinent...i will be buying more from straight silver again...

Order took to long, was told waiting on shipment of Libertads to arrive. I should have been informed of this and when the order shipped I should have been notified with a tracking number. I did receive a notification after I received my order. Also I ordered * **** Libertads but received * **** and * ****.
