Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
Will be replacing CDI Control very soon. Have not done so at this time
I researched the part I needed on various online retail stores. Partzilla had the part I needed and charged me half what other online retailers were wanting for shipping. And as a plus, I received my part within 2 days.
Arrived quickly! Good customer service….got email updates on shipment.
Part was poorly boxed as a result it came broken, it took 3 days to get a return label and 3 more after that to ship the replacement part. Good prices but customer service has gone down hill!

Can find most of the parts I'm looking for most of the time. Prices are a little high on some items but if you need it you need it. Shipping is fairly quick.
One call to Mark is all it took and in a couple days all this beautiful, high-quality Kawasaki green plastic arrived at my door for my 1982 motorcycle. The quality is over the top! I am extremely impressed!

Everything was great, including customer support. I live in Georgia and understand the warehouse is in Albany, GA. My items took several days to arrive, more than what is expected for in the state delivery.
I purchased a washer a rear tire adjuster block and nut. Cost over 50 dollars. Shipping was to much. Only thing that is always way to much. Handling charge to stick a washer nut and adjuster block in a shipping bag. IS CRAZY
Ordered parts paid extra for faster delivery and was 5 days later. Wrong parts so waited another 4 days. So this has not been a good experience for me.

Ordered a part for my motorcycle that the shop working on it was unable to obtain for almost a month in three days I had it. Shop got theirs on the same day and because I had not opened the package part zilla gave me a refund promptly when I returned it.
I ordered this part paid extra for shipping so it could be here on time and it's still not here ans now I've missed getting to ride my father's bike in his funeral procession... it was a big thing for our family..

UPS lost my original shipment. They went out of their way and sent a replacement before the UPS investigation was finished even though they didn't have to and it wasn't their fault. Will definitely order my parts with them in the future!

Clutch cable broke on Suzuki C50. Had one in three days. Great quality and price. Started off installing myself but wife assisted in tight spots. Then neighbor helicopter mechanic helped. Turned into a great neighborhood project.
