I called to make sure I order the correct part. They still sent me the wrong one. I had to reorder after paying expedited shipping and now the correct part is not available until 7 days from now. Then wait to be shipped. Horrible experience, I missed my trip to go riding this weekend. I should have gone straight through polaris.

I find the pictorial diagrams very helpful in identifying the parts that I need since some of the part numbers changed from the original ones used by the manufacturer. The prices are reasonable, and the number of available parts is very good. Shipping is also very prompt.

I first tried to order the part at 10:00 PM. I couldn't get the order to go through. So I tried the next morning and it went right through. With computers today I thought the orders would go through at anytime

I tried to chat with someone. They said I would have to call back in the morning.

The your shippers proceed to drag packages to completely different areas of country and kill the shipping time gotten worse w each order. Watching the tracking get longer and longer arrival date. THIS HAS SCREWED ME NUMEROUS TIMES. Run small shop and count on the great inventory and Staff of Partzilla.

Generally satisfied, as usual. However it took some time to ship out, so I feel like the fast shipping option I took was a bit of a waste because I could have saved 3 days with a faster shipping. Thank you!

I got the chain in and it was completely assembled. In order to install the chain however, it needs to be cut and either riveted back together or use a master link. So not only do I have to cut my new chain to add a link, a master link is not provided to do so

Paid for 2 day air shipping. Ordered Friday. Shipped Friday didn't receive untill Wednesday afternoon. On the plus side they said they will refund me the shipping.

Love the parts diagrams. Combined with my service manual, I can find exactly what it is that I need. Just wish there was a cheaper shipping and handling for very small orders.

I'm always pleased with the parts I receive. The only issue that I had was the fact that UPS handed off my shipment to USPS. Fortunately I still received the item in a timely manner, but with them it isn't usually the case.

I ordered carburetor parts for my 2000 Yamaha ATV, which is used as a tow vehicle in our land clearing operation. With the original carburetor leaking, the vehicle is not safe to use, and this stops the fireline clearing activites that are seasonally carried out ( prior to the hottest and dry time of the year) This is awkward, and potentially hazardous. I wish the "turnaround" time of our ordering, and your parts deliveries were faster.

I spoke with a knowledgeable and patient technician about my 2001 foreman rubicon 500, he had first hand experience with them. I learned a lot! I installed the carb and it started right up… but I have other mechanical problems, looks like I'll be calling back….
