Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
It was a good experience working with Partzilla. I will continue to shop through them for the rest of my bike restoration build
Partzilla sucks... they've gotten too big to properly deal with customers... I placed my order on 06-17-22, parts were listed as available to ship within 2-3 days of order, as of 7-8-22, NOTHING... The most annoying thing about this transaction is no contact in any form stating there will be a delay... So, today I just went to call to cancel my order cause it can't be done on the net... I was put in a que with 101 people in front of me with an hour and forty minute estimated wait time... Anyhow, a simple email stating a delay would take place with my order would have been enough to pacify me. At this point, I no longer want to deal with them, just want my money back.

Basically what title states. Will definitely look to give Partzilla a look next time I'm looking for parts especially oem stuff.

Prior to placing my order, all three items stated were in stock or 2/3 days to get re-stocked. I placed the order, CS sent an email next day stating only one of three were in stock and other two would come from Japan in about 30 days. Just happy they were cosmetic parts and not in a rush. Received the order today, correct product, proper protecting packaging and can finish my project. Overhaul am satisfied and recommend Partzilla.

I have ordered probably around 30-40 parts from Partzilla.com and all of my orders have shipped when they said they would and actually were shipped, none of that printing a label and sitting in a warehouse 3 days crap that you get on some ebay things. The prices usually can't be beat and I have a feeling they might price match if it's a legitimate comparison from a real company. All of my orders have been fulfilled completely the first time which is more than I can say for cough cough, RevZilla. Anyways I would recommend them to anyone!

This has happened in the past, too. Parts show in stock, then it takes 2 days to find out only part of my order ships because half of the parts go to back order. Parts look up still shows the parts as being "in stock"?
Now my customer has to wait. Could have gotten the part on eBay for $10 less and had it in 3-4 days. This is yet another reason I use Rocky Mountain ATV more and more. Order from them by 4:00 pm, sometimes later, usually have it the next day.

We offer expedited shipping if you are in a rush and we will keep you updated on the status of your order so you can keep your customers in the loop.
If you need a part from here you're gonna wait a while to get it. Slow to get it in the mail and slow getting here. When they charge as much for the shipping as the part cost you would think it'd be a little quicker.

After waiting eight months on two simple parts for a Honda 420 we found out they charged our shop for the wrong parts. Had them in stock the whole time, then try to charge us an additional fee after us arguing the facts. They said they would waive the fee and get our parts shipped out immediately after waiting another week we called back they never shipped out the parts and forced us to pay additional fee. They are very unprofessional. They lie and keep charging you more and more money.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, part number 83555-HP7-A00ZA was originally ordered and then on 12/28 this item was removed from the order to add part 83550-HP5-600ZA. Due to the price difference you were charged an additional $6.41.

As advertised. Great packaging and shipping was prompt. Great price too.
I think the big problem is they false advertise whether or not a part is in stock. I have paid for expedited shipping several times. Expedited shipping is advertised to ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is also false advertising as only one out of my last 6 "expedited" orders have shipped within 24 hours. Their support is pathetic and their only explanation is "Well there have been some delays in our warehouse". Hogwash! After reading other reviews it is apparent that this is standard procedure with this company. The show items in stock so you will place an order. By the time you wait 2-7 days for your order to ship, they know you are not going to cancel. If you have more than one or two items, you can rest assured that shipping will take up to a week, expedited or not, "in stock" or not. Shame on you Partzilla!

The majority of the time, the product is in stock with the manufacturer and there are no issues. But we are very sorry not all your parts have arrived. Partzilla always have the parts for all my bikes, both old and new. Whether I need a cam chain for a 1972 Honda SL125, OEM fasteners for a 1986 Honda CR250R, to fork rebuild parts for a 2007 Honda CRF450R you guys are my go to for the parts I need

I liked the site, liked the diagrams so that I could find the parts for my motorcycle, but the advertisement on the front page -- "Fast Shipping" -- is way, way off. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now. Last time I checked the site says "Preparing order". That isn't what I wanted or expected. Each part that I ordered was listed as "ships in 3-4 days", but they still haven't yet. When I call customer service I get a robot-answer that says "Please excuse us while we open our new distribution center." I think I have been patient but waiting this long is absurd.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure they are really shipping. Apparently I ordered while they set up a new distribution site. Shipping has been very delayed.
