Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

I've been ordering from this site since I've gotten my Grom! I've nothing but a great experience with this. Coming from a dealership background I know how easily parts can go back order and how things take time to ship. These guys are great at typically getting the part to me before the estimated times. I will continue to order from them as long as I need motorcycle parts!

Ordered a CV guard on 3/9 and 3/10 get an email that part will ship 3/12. Emailed twice and called with no answer. 3/15 reviews them on Trust pilot and emailed *******@partzilla.com, suddenly get a response that they will ship on 3/20, then a phone e call that they would refund and still ship part. Refund did happen but 3/20 came and gone. Emailed again just to be a smart $#*! and get a reply that part won't be available until 3/27. I've ordered part from China that didn't take this long. If you don't believe me just read all the other reviews, they all read the same. Side not I found the part thru walmart of all places and the part has already shipped with tracking number and will be here on 3/23 and I ordered it on 3/21. I do t know how this place stays in business with all the customers they have run off.

I wish they'd use anything except FedEx. I ordered forks and a skid plate from the UK to the West Coast of the US on the same day I ordered parts that shipped from Boise, ID. UK parts were shipped for free and got here here 4 days later. Paid for shipping here, 8 days and I've still not gotten my fork seals.
I'm a non franchise dealer so I don't have access to OEM parts direct from the manufacture. We service all makes and models, I buy $20,000-$30,000 of parts from Partzilla a year. In all those orders I've had may be one shipping mistake and it was corrected quickly. If they don't have what I need in stock they get it quickly.

Always meets my expectations...from availability, pricing and delivery
Amazing selection of parts, the prices are pretty good, but the shipping is NOT it. 2-3 Business days turned into 10 for me, even with expedited shipping. Great parts and amazing shopping experience but the shipping was pretty bad. If you're willing to wait however, it's a great spot for OEM parts that nobody else has, as well as aftermarket parts.

Overall not too bad. Items took a while to arrive, some much longer than their listed lead times. Use caution, certain items are listed as available in x number of days, when they have been D/C'd by manufacturer long ago.

I live in Perth, Western Australia. Check that out for delivery distance. Partzilla has never failed to send an item and always keeps me informed when they have to chase a part down... jeez some of my orders are for 50 year old bikes and i can still get bits n bobs. Most the time they are cheaper than the second hand junk found on another very big global sales provider. Be patient and it will arrive.

Partzilla has consistently had the best prices I can find anywhere online or at my local dealerships. Also, they are typically much faster getting the parts to me. The only exception to that is when there are parts that are on backorder. You may not find this out until a few days after your order is placed and it doesn't ship on time. Their customer service is always great if there is an issue. I have saved thousands of dollars in the past few years ordering here.

Despite the negative reviews that I've read, I've never had a problem with them. I've ordered many times from them and everything has always been accurately shipped in a timely manner. For most common parts that people would typically need, they usually have stocked and ships quick but if it is an odd part they don't have stocked, then they order it from the manufacturer and it could add a couple weeks to delivery. I think that's what most customers misunderstand about their shipping. I've also found that Partzilla's prices are lower than other online competitors and much lower than local dealers.

The past two orders I have placed with these guys have been terribly slow. Each time they have had to get the parts shipped In which could take an additional 3-5 days before they even ship it. Perhaps they should let the customer know about this delay prior to ordering. Summer is short up here in Colorado and I've wasted at least two precious weeks of the riding season waiting on Parts!

So like a lot of towns in this county now, my medium sized Midwestern city (400,000 people) no longer has a motorcycle dealer. Well other than the obligatory Harley dealership. I am the kind of guy who does my own maintenance and repairs on my cars, motorcycles, and scooters. Not having a dealership anymore makes me rely on online companies to get my parts. I purchased a part for my Son's ATV 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing from them. It was supposed to have shipped out 1 week ago but it didn't. No shipping confirmation email, no tracking number, and now reduced hours to call over the phone and an auto response email stating they will be taking up to 3-4 business days to respond to my email. Looks like our trip is screwed for the end of this month. I'll be sure to never purchase from Partzilla ever again. Thanks for ruining our trip!
