Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
Ordered a bunch of parts all of which said they were in stock. Paid rush shipping only for my order to to be sent out using Sure Post one of the cheapest options available. Shipping cost me $20.90 and it cost them $6.50 yes I entered it on my site post account. I emailed them and now all of a sudden a part is on back order and they have to pay to ship that part {brake reservoir cap} out separately which would cost maybe $2 to ship. This company's a scam and I'm done supporting them!

The prices were on par with everyone else, but the site stated "fast shipping and processing". I waited about 4 days before asking if my items would be shipped out. They sent me a tracking number that looked to valid, but still had not received my items after 9 days. I sent in 3 more emails and no one has gotten back to me.

Purchased part for my boat on 5/30/22 because website said it was available to ship with estimated delivery date of 6/7. On 6/1 received email saying 6/14. By the end of the week I had received 3 emails pushing out a further delivery date. The last update I received was to push it out to 7/22/22. I have now purchased the item from another supplier. They are delivering by 6/24. I had to pay a higher price but worth it to save a month of the boating season in New England.

Why would would you ship parts that are the wrong application? Charged me for two day shipping, when the part was never available. I was misled into believing, that is was a stock item. Way to scam customers out of their monies.

Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Our records show that this order was returned and a refund was issued.
Several times I've ordered parts from these folks and it's never been an issue, if you have questions or concerns they are more than ready to answer them, and they normally have the best prices and there shipping is great!

Partzilla was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things I need for my 99 Yamaha TTR 250! I will most definitely order from them again. I had ordered replacement speakers for my motorcycle around 6:00 pm. Partzilla immediately took the money off my credit card. The next morning I get an email stating the parts were not available. I called customer service to verify and was told the order had been cancelled and I could expect my money back in 5-7 business days. You would think their website would state it if the parts were no longer available. Nope just take the money. Won't happen again. Found the same speakers on Amazon cheaper! ( I will update on how long it takes to receive my refund)

All the parts I needed were in stock and shipping time was reasonable. Prices on some OEM parts have recently gone significantly over the past few months. I know this is not Partzilla's fault, but goes back to their supplier(s). Partzilla is normally my "go to" source, but the price increases have led me to also shop other sources to find the best pricing.
Hopefully, the price increases will settle out.

I've searched several companies online for the best prices available and I stopped looking once I found Partzilla. Shipping speeds have been what's expected. I wish they carried more of the random nuts and bolts for Polaris models instead of having to order directly from Polaris. Which takes around two weeks for them to come in. Overall highly recommended.

Ordered parts for my motorcycle saying that the parts were in stock. I waited 3 days for it to ship out but instead I get an email saying one of the parts were on back order with no eta on when it was going to be in. I call the company and get in an hour and twenty five min queue. Makes me really crabby when a company is so prompt to take your money but then you have to fight to get it back.

Bought some items because they said they were "In Stock". Three days later received an email that the items were both on back order and I would not receive them for an entire month. A week later they email me pushing the date further back. Finally, the date rolls around, and I don't receive any confirmation of the parts shipping, so I contact them, only to learn the dates have been pushed back further.

I've bought a couple thousand dollars of Yamaha parts from Partzilla over the last two seasons. They are my go-to supplier for OEM parts.
The prices are fair/good and expedited shipping usually arrives within two days to New York.
On 2 out of maybe 25 orders, they underestimated the number of days an out of stock part would take to ship. After ordering, you can check your order status online to keep an eye on things, or you can call/email them before ordering to confirm the estimate.

I was ordering parts for our Polaris 700 Ranger, and having a hard time till I found Partzilla. It was great and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.
Don't bother if you want parts shipped within a month. Cant get a real estimation of shipment date for customer service. I have watched the ship date change every day for 2 weeks. The phone line and chat for customer service shuts down every other day due to 'Emergency' state on the website. Which is likely angry customers not getting their parts or response. Hire more help, take care of the business you have Partzilla.

I ordered a bunch of parts form these guys. First they said 2 items were not in stock. Then a week and a half later I got another email saying they needed to charge me an additional 150 for shipping? This is after their site said spend 150 for free shipping, which I did. Dont waste your time with these guys. I ordered directly from can am instead. Free shipping thru them right now.
