Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
Found what I needed, it shipped quick, got here quick, was exactly what I ordered.
Parts that are Needed are never here fast enough, so far I can get any OEM pat I need. The site is very easy to use with official diagrams, part pictures, and dealer part numbers. I own two side by side and don't need to waste time on aftermarket parts.
Placed few orders while aware about the shipping fees. The parts took more than published to arrive and the worst surprise was the post officer asking me extra money for the foreign customs fees absolutely not mentioned at the moment of the ordering. At the end I paid these parts more than I would have in a normal Honda shop

Friendlier customer service would be nice. Faster shipping! When you pay for faster shipping and go on to track your package 5 days later and it's still preparing, when everything you ordered said in stock, it's a little irritating. Other than that it's great.

Any vehicle with moving parts experiences wear over time and renovation and replacement are necessary. My 1966 Honda CL160 is a one-year model and whilst cycle parts, i. E. tanks, fenders, etc., are thin on the ground some 66+ years later, Partzilla is my one-stop source for all of the other parts on the bike. Yes, they have them all. All of the weird bits like oem fasteners, carburettor parts, etc., etc. at reasonable prices and express shipping; everything you need to keep your ride on the road. Thanks to Partszilla, "I'm gonna turn on the lights and ride my Honda tonight."

Placed my order on June 17th. 2 parts were stated as available and 2 parts would be available on June 20th. I have called numerous times and keep getting the run around. Oh were having warehouse issues, emergencies, blah blah blah. Last Thursday George said they were shipping out and I would see them shortly. As of today the order status still says the same thing. I wont use them again. Very, very disappointed!

I ordered all new plastics and brush guard for my daughters wheeler. They sent everything except the brush guard in a timely manner. I was very happy with the pricing and quality. When I need a part for my Yamaha, I rely on Partzilla. They generally have the part I need in stock and at a lower price than other part houses. They usually get my order to me in a couple of days.

I have used Partzilla a few times. I gave them four instead of five stars, because a couple of times the part showed in stock but was not. The service is great. When this happens I am notified and the order is corrected. I understand that some of the parts I am looking for are for old units, early 90's. But I would like to say, some of their competitors do offer non- OEM options. Which works well for some of the parts I need. Like screws/bolts, washers and nuts. Other sites have them, non-OEM but are to factory specs/size and they work fine. It would be nice if they would offer this option.

Placed several orders for OEM parts for about $1.5k. Availability for 80% of ordered parts was badly incorrect.
Translation from PartZilla speak for most parts in my orders:
"In stock" --> "maybe it will be available to ship within a week"
"Available in 2-3 days" --> "available to ship in 2-3 weeks, we will keep changing expected availability date by three days every time you call us"
"Available in 3-4 days" --> "A deep back-order, we do not know when it is available"
I have cancelled all my orders, re-ordered from other places who are honest about 1-3 weeks lead time or when parts are on a back order and not really available any time soon.
One star for a nice and user friendly web site and the ability cancel orders. Use it to find proper part numbers, cancel and re-order elsewhere if "in stock" parts are not shipped "within 24 hours" as promised. Even better, just never order -- you will be disappointed.

When a part is listed as expected to "Ship in 2-3 Days" it means that the part you are looking at is not currently in our warehouse and is expected to take 2-3 days to arrive from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, our estimates are based on information we receive from the manufacturer, and occasionally it is inaccurate and can be changed after you order.

I purchased two oem kawasaki parts from partzilla after reading the description that said "ships in 3-6 business days. Shortly after ordering I received an e-mail saying "Backordered no ETA". Its been over a month and I still have not received any parts. I like using partzilla, but their in stock/shipping descriptions are misleading.
