Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
I am Still trying to figure out if this is a scam. I don't know if parts actually take a week to come off the shelf but when I call to get it figured out the number doesn't even work. Hopefully someone from partzilla reads this and can help. Or Hey, If its a scam just let me know so I can get my parts elsewhere.

They send parts to here in New Zealand and the delivery times are amazing.
It does help if you are a commercial customer as there is more detailed information regarding the availability of parts. Generally I am very happy with their service.
This company does not respond via email or phone. After 2.5 hours on hold I got disconnected. After 10 emails I receive generic email about covid. If you have any issues during covid expect no response.

Buyer beware. I ordered a part that was just under the free shipping threshold, so I added an additional item to compensate that. Unfortunately for me the add on part, that said in stock became out of stock a week later, and is on a 2 month back order. That means for me that my original purchase is not going to ship until the 2 month back order add on is in. GREAT! BOLD letters under everything on their website says "FAST SHIPPING"... atleast notify your customers. Thanks for nothing. We will not be ordering anything from you again

Horrible shipping department
They do not use packing and have damaged critical internal motor parts from loose parts banging into each other this is happened both times I have placed an order I will not use them again

I ordered a part for my bike and next thing I know it's back ordered without an eta. It's been weeks and still no estimated time of arrival for my order so I asked for a refund, no response! Completely unprofessional!

Great products but I think sales would increase is you had free shipping with $50 purchase
I called in on Friday to order a part for overnight. Customer service associate said, "sure, that overnight will be $35." I paid and then arranged for my mechanic and shop time. Come to find out, no, the shipment will not arrive overnight, I had to be a shipping expert and know that Saturday shipment is a completely different thing and the associate did not bother to tell me that. I called back on Saturday to explain the situation, ask for a refund for my overnight charge that was not actually overnight-- and asked how requesting "overnight" means 3 days later-- they said I can go suck it basically. Partzilla are crumby dishonest jerks.
Order now, wait over a month to get your order. All items listed as in stock, but they cant pick them off the shelf and send them in a timely manner. Support your local shops and pay a couple bucks more rather than wait weeks for them to ship you your stuff

Found the part I needed on the website, ordered online, and received my shipment very fast.
Delivery of parts are usually good, when ups delivers to postal service is where you have a problem. I live in the state in which its shipped from GA. UPS brings it to macon postal hub for delivery. It takes 2 days for delivery.

First order i bought was only ship a week after because 1 parts was not available they never told me on day 2 i made another order they should have combine my 2 order together but they did not they charge me full price. Anyway after a week it suppose to be ship i look with ups and they still waiting for the package that is week 2 im very piss right now i use to buy oem parts with them once in a while but now im done there alot more website where you can buy oem parts out there. Partzilla sells OEM parts for over 35,000 unique year/make/model vehicle combinations, which means we have millions of unique OEM parts for sale on our website, and the largest in-stock inventory in the industry, but some hard to find parts do take additional time for us to receive from the manufactuer.
Regarding combined shipping, that is always available as an option for customers to save money, however, it will mean the package will not ship to you until all items you are ordered are in-house, which may result in further delays.
You pay to have the parts shipped. They don't fit. You pay to ship them back. To add insult to injury they charge a RESTOCKING fee for their mistake. Obviously this company has no interest in repeat customers!

For me, their only problem is with the website and online ordering. Too many items on the website don't show a price unless you sign in. I can't sign in. After entering my email and password to sign in, everything is erased. I tried to reset my password to no avail. Customer service/tech support was no help. So now I have to call them to find out a price and to make an order. What a pain, as I can only order during business hours.

I bought parts from parts Zila what we're supposed to be delivered five days later today everything look like it was on track until the day after the parts are supposed to arrive and they did not arrive. When I checked back with the website for partszila, it still showed my parts were being processed, but when I sent a text message to ask about my parts, they informed me that those parts are on back order and they didn't even have them so they essentially put me five days behind on ordering my parts for somebody that would deliver as they promise
Everything is fast and easy! Great prices too. I love the fact that they have diagrams for everything so you know exactly where the part your shopping for is located, and in which order to install them. Very fast shipping too!
