Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
I was not going to do a review, but the emails kept coming so I did. I ordered an ECU for my ATV based on part lookup. Received part and it had 2 connectors where mine had one. Battled and battled and battled to get a return. Was told repeatedly this was the correct part for my machine. Finally had to go to Polaris who tried to dismiss this out of hand saying I was dealing with an aftermarket vendor etc. Persistence finally paid off and I was able to return without having to file a dispute with card company.
They keep pestering me to review my experience so here goes. I still haven't got my parts. It took a few days to be marked as "shipped", almost a week to actually leave the facility. Not impressed
We apologize your package is taking longer than expected to deliver. Your package was shipped and picked up by UPS on 1/4. It seems they are having some sortation delays with their Mail Innovations facilities. I have reached out to the carrier for an update. If they are unable to update/deliver your package within 48 hours, please contact customer support for help with a refund or replacement.

Ordered on 6/9 and my order keeps getting pushed back. I was told This past Monday my order was ready to ship but now it says on the 27th. I can't get a hold of anyone, phone times are over an hour wait, and the chat is a joke. I waited an hour for the chat and still nothing. This web site is a complete joke and it is not worth ordering from this company. I've been more than patient with them. I'm sorry but I will not be using them again. Pathetic.

I needed a specific part on my bike which is 21 years old, and it appeared that it was on backorder everywhere I checked with the exception of Partzilla. They had the part in stock at a fair price and shipping was fast. I would recommend them and plan on using their site for any future needs.

Prices are fair they are pretty local so I get parts fast. Usually have normal wear items in stock and can get things not in stock in reasonable time. Never have had an issue have been buying parts from there for several years

I paid for 2 day delivery. It's been a week and still haven't got my order. Emailed them about it and they said it suppose to be two days after they ship it. Apparently they ship it when they feel like it. So, don't pay for fast Shipping.
I own many motorcycles and atv's, many are non popular brands and parts are often difficult to get. Partzilla always has what I need and with a low price and fast shipping. If you're not shopping partzilla you're paying too much and waiting too long, it's that simple!

Partzilla has always been a good source for me but this order has a delayed delivery that was unexpected.
April order with a June delivery promise which may be related to their source of supply but still not good service on such a simple item.
Suck. 10buissness days and my order has not shipped, Of 4 items ordered, 2 are no longer available, 1 is on order to them from another vendor, and the 1 that I really need is there in stock just waiting. Today was the first email and it just said that the 1 part is on order, so I called to see where the other part is. Shipping sucks, communication sucks, undated inventory online sucks, customer svc sucks. They now will overnight the part needed it I pay the charges.
My father told me to help him with his motorcycle. Something broke down in this motorcycle and he asked me to help to find the parts in the internet, because all the offline stores sell awful parts for motorcycles, at least those which are nearby from the are of my living. So, I started to search for various websites and online shops where I can order motorcycle parts. This was the real treasur when I found it. I ordered here everything I needed and it came to me pretty fast. Great plus for the fast delivery and big assortment.

I ordered some parts and paid for Next day air. It took these clowns a week to process my In Stock parts order and then send it out and then UPS said the package was damaged when it was almost to me and sent it back to Sender... Then it took 3 weeks for these clowns to give me a refund stating that they had to process the return first. The shipment went from Florida to Florida - Literally 2 days for shipping at the slowest... These guys to idiots.

Ordered several items for my Honda rancher on the morning of 7-31-23, all items were marked as in stock, on 8-1-23 I received a email from partzilla saying that one of the items is backordered, 4 days later I noticed none of the other items were shipped so I reached out to them on their chat option, I was then told it is their policy to not ship any of the in stock items until they receive the backordered item but if I payed another 7.95 (on top of the shipping I already paid) they would release the in stock items and ship, I told the representative I thought that was ridiculous and he said he would waive the 7.95 fee and ship right away... Well here we are 2 days later and nothing has shipped... Partzilla can savor the flavor because they'll never get another penny of my money

I've ordered from partzilla several times and have always received my orders quickly. However ordering online lately has resulted in some delayed shipping. All manufacturers are blaming it on Covid but I suspect they have laid off workers and are now slow to rehire. I hope Partzilla is able to convince their suppliers of the need to return to precovid service levels quickly.

I operate a small rural motorcycle repair shop and love Partzilla for all my OEM part needs. I use them almost exclusively. I like being able to go online, find the parts diagrams and pick those exact parts that I actually need. Almost all parts I've ordered have been right there in stock, and I've had great customer service in those few instances when finding those hard-to-find parts. Partzilla has helped me out when other places couldn't, or wouldn't. IF I had any complaint at all, it would be not having a faster shipping (such as overnight or a 2-day) option on the smaller parts. It would be helpful to have that in certain situations, but usually, shipping has not been issue for me, especially when compared to some of the other online web sites. Partzilla is definitely my "go to" company for OEM parts.

I read that my part was in stock so I placed my order. I paid extra for express shipping but after a week I started to wonder where my part was. It was a very small and easy to ship part weighing no more than a couple ounces so it should have arrived already. I checked the website only to learn that it had never shipped. This was disappointing because you advertise speedy shipping and that was the only reason I chose your website. I decided to call and find out if the status was accurate or if it had not been updated and I was informed it was accurate. The custoner service rep stated the part was not in stock even though the website said it was in stock (both at the time of purchase and at the time of the call). I decided to cancel my order and she then told me thank you. No apology or hint of empathy dealing with a problem that your company caused... she needs a retrain along with whomever is responsible for your website.

I ordered several items for a Polaris Ranger Crew. They came in three shipments - two of which were lost or damaged. I got that straight after some back-and-forth over more than a month. The largest part of the order was for four doors. Once I received them, I discovered that the doors they sent would not fit the model I had. Their website state that they fit the make/model. They refuse to replace or refund the cost of the doors despite them being in new condition (never installed). I am not out of pocket nearly $4,000 without the needed doors. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
