Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
This is a great place to find the parts you need for you motorcycle the web site was easy to use and I found the part to get my bike on the road I would recommend this site
No single vendor had all of the parts I needed and I had to order from 3 different vendors. The other two vendors parts arrived 6 days before this part arrived. The order was shipped almost immediately as promised, the delivery method was very slow. I complained and their response was "Standard shipping is 3-7 business days." Like I was lucky because I'd be getting my part in 6 business days (11 calendar days). The part did fit when it finally got here.
I was able to find the part I needed very quickly and it was delivered within 3 days.
Partzilla had all the parts I needed in one location. Some of them seemed a little expensive but they had them and gave me free shipping. They were still cheaper than the local motorcycle shop. There were two orders and for some reason one did not actually get shipped, when I called about where it was the girl saw the issue and express mailed the parts out the same day I called, they shipped over the weekend and I had them on Monday.
Just got on the site and was able to find what I was looking for. Real factory packaged yamaha parts.
I needed a couple of o-rings and there were two items listed on the website with the same part number but with a slight difference. I called to ask about it and was quickly put in touch with an expert who helped clarify that one of the parts had been discontinued but the part number was the same. What a relief. Super friendly, professional, courteous and just helped make the experience that much better. Partzilla is my go to for parts! Suzuki GSXR 600!

Every purchase is correct, and shipped quickly. I've ordered countless parts for numerous machines, and have never, not once, had any issues, using Partzilla. If they have it in stock, I get it quick. Some things, though may be backordered, or discontinued and I can't lay blame to Partzilla for that. Partzilla pricing is right on point with all other vendors of OEM parts. I am very pleased with with their customer service on difficult to find or describe parts. I will continue to use them without any hesitation.
I recently ordered oil seals from another source, and was not impressed with the quality of their product. Guess what? They failed soon after a tedious installation. I reordered Partzilla OEM seals, immediately recognized a substancial sturdiness improvement, went through another damn installation, and now enjoy the result of ordering the REAL OEM's. Works like new; and were cheaper than the half-assed numbers I had bought prior.
I will not repeat that mistake. I recommend Partzilla.
Completed a big order. All parts were shown in stock, even paid expedite shipping to get parts within 1-3 days. Well long story short it took over a week to get the parts? They shipped the order GROUND of all things.

I paid 40 dollars to have my delivered over night and it still took 3 days to get it and it was the wrong part

Once I called and got the newly updated part number I received it just fine. Website needs updated bad. Popular parts are always showing unavailable because they have a new part number from BRP. If I hadn't called to ask I would've just assumed you didn't have it.

Bought a used buggy with a little over 5k, turns out I needed tons of parts to get it on the trail again, nice to have a oem store with everything in stock and quick shipping
I placed an order and forgot to order another part that I needed. It was 10 minutes after placing my order I called to see if I could add another part to my order and said no. So I placed another order and paid the 1 to 2 day shipping again and its been a week and still haven't got all my parts yet.

The partis perfect, but the only thing I was not happy about is the shipping time as my tracking number was saying nothing and besides the fact, I paid more on the website than I was paying on your eBay page on the shipping. I got it after eight days, which is pretty long in my opinion as the part is coming from Georgia and i am living in Florida
