Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

Used the chat to reach out and speak with someone about installing a plug and play 12v accessorie plug on my Honda rancher. Gave me the part numbers and I ordered that and some extra items. It came in and the wiring harness was wrong. So reached out on the weekend to see if I could get this corrected which partzilla was closed so figured I would hear something back in a day or two. Here we are going on four days and still no response.

I'm not a very computer savvy person, I was able to call and actually talk to a human about processing my order! I don't remember her name, but she was super helpful in getting my order placed.
I ordered 2 parts and unfortunately it turned out 1 was out of stock. Partszilla refunded me immediately the following day. Appreciate the transparency
This isn't even just for this order. My last multiple orders parts have said in stock until the confirmation email. Once I get the confirmation emails it says "Available on month, year". Lately the time to place an order to the time it ships has become rather slow as well.

Any other status, i.e. “One Business Day” or ships in "2 to 3 days" is an estimate of the lead time from the manufacturer, whose location is usually one day shipping from us. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide us with live availability, in an electronic format, that would allow us to better communicate lead time to customers. Product that we do not stock, we order from the manufacturer within one business day of the customer’s order. Our first notification of any delay from the manufacturer is after we have ordered the product from them due to us pre-purchasing the item from the manufacturer to preserve the customer's place in line to receive the item. Once notified of any back order, we adjust the customer’s ETA, and promptly send an email. During this time, the customer has the option to cancel.

The web site is easy to use and my items normally ship very quickly. I typically make several orders a year. Overall I am very happy with Partzilla and will continue to be a customer for years to come.
Ordered the wrong part for my wheeler. Had to pay for shipping both ways. $30 to return a $60 part. I figured a company this size would be able to work with their customers but that's a big no lol

Due to this, Partzilla does not offer a return label. When Partzilla is at fault for an incorrect item being received, we issue a prepaid return shipping label. We also have experience part technicians available to assist you with verifying the correct part is ordered the first time.
When fixing things, i try to find hard to licate parts and as cheap as possible, and partzilla has that.
Very happy and will shop here again, as i am always restoring aomething old.
I have ordered OEM parts now multiple times, and they are always in stock and ship within a day and normally they are the cheapest price I have found.
But we don't like your new format :( too difficult to order parts :(
