Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

I was able to get both parts with one shipping cost.
Took a chance.
I love Partzilla, and I don't even own a motorcycle. I order parts for my son who lives in another country where he can't get parts for his motorcycle. I can find the parts easily, the website is very consumer friendly, even for this senior citizen. I had ordered a part that came with a different part number so I called the company and spoke to a real human being who was very helpful. I thought I would have to make an exchange but he explained the part number had actually changed and it was the correct part. Thank you Partzilla. I wish all companies were as easy to deal with. You are to be commended.
I already did above. :)
Past experience ordering parts. Probably found them when I did a search on my computer.
I love Partzilla and have been a satisfied customer for many years now. Every time I need parts for my motorcycle, I always check several sellers for prices. I don't know why I still do that, because I ALWAYS end up ordering my parts from Partzilla every single time. Why? Because they have the lowest prices on OEM parts (by far), most of which are in stock and ready to ship, and their shipping is fast and reasonably priced. Even the ordering process is better, with detailed diagrams and part numbers so you know you're getting the right part. Partzilla is the best in the business!
I have been a satisfied customer for years now and hope to continue to be for many more.
Went on line. Found the part I needed. Placed part in cart. Went to checkout. Paid for part. Part was shipped and received on the shipping date stated on invoice. A great job by all and I will buy from this vendor again.
Price of part.
Called in to see if an aftermarket part was available due to one item being unavailable from the manufacturer. It said it was in stock but then after I ordered it it wasn't and it deleted my free shipping. I called to see if I could add the aftermarket cable to the order but it had already been filled. The aftermarket cable ended up saving me more money in the long run. The lady I spoke with was super helpful and helped me tremendously. She needs a performance evaluation and a raise! Great asset to your company!
Thanks guys. Glad to be a part of Partzilla.
My strainer cover and gasket came exactly when they said it would and was oem undamaged. Was back on my bike 3 days after a rock put a tiny hole in the old cover. Started leaking oil out of the bottom partzilla is the best
Never had a bad experience with these guys, wish I got a little more price break due to the hundreds of thousands I've spent with them in 3 years but no complaints other than that!
Easy, and that’s about all I can say is they’re super easy to deal with!
My other companies sucks
I bought motorcycle chain cleaner and lube which are supposed to come with the little red straw/nozzle for spraying more accurately but both cans arrived without them. I could see the pieces of tape on the bottles where they were probably taped on at one point so I don't know why they weren't included. They still work without it but it's a little annoying that this was overlooked.
Very easy to make sure I was getting the proper part because of the part diagrams being able to zoom in and out and navigate easily was what put partzilla ahead of their competitors

I have used parts from Partzilla to rebuild the rear and front of my 2009 Yamaha Rhino. Then my camp burned down and my Rhino was destroyed. I have since purchased another 2009 Rhino and I am in the process of getting it in top shape. Partzilla has the diagrams that not only insure I get the right parts, but I can refer to them to if I forget how something goes together.
After several hours of troubleshooting my boss's 2013 Yamaha Golfcart, and speaking with a Partzilla Tech we pinpointed the issue. I called the Original Dealer and the price was very expensive even for a rebuilt controller. I reached back out to the service tech and found that they had a Brand New controller for $500.00 cheaper than a rebuilt one. So I ordered the part and shipping was extremely fast and secure, installed the part and the problem was solved for a Fraction of the cost. I will definately be using Partzilla more in the future.
Love the parts breakdown illustrations. Makes it easy to find what I need. Navigation of website is easy and straightforward. Option for express shipping is a great feature. If they only had stickers that I could put on the machine.
Prompt shipping, and quick notice if they encounter a supplier delay. Actual people on the other end if contacting customer service.
Found the OEM upgraded item here...shipped and received twice as fast as promised. Great experience...will bookmark this one for sure.
Hard to find item "In Stock"... Partzilla had it...and available quickly.
I have been using Partzilla for several years now as my go to for OEM replacement parts. I run a small engine/atv repair shop and use them on a weekly basis. Very easy to deal with, fast shipping, and effortless returns when necessary! Highly recommend them.
Everything got here as expected and in a decent time. The literal only gripe I have is a non issue for most people. As I get my packages sent to my work place, I wish they wouldn't send advertisements via mail, or have the option to opt out altogether (unless I've failed to notice an option). I called to get it corrected, and don't think I've had any more come in, but wonder if it'll resume after I put a new order in, lol.
Dealership couldn't get a part for my 2004 Yamaha Kodiak 400. I got on partzilla and ordered it and had it in 6 days. Totally satisfied.
Only ones offering a new part for my old 4 wheeler
Ordered a Ranger seat belt. Shipped next day and arrived timely. It was the correct part. Would have been nice to include replacement nuts to go on the screw studs. Glad I saved the old ones.
Definitely one of the most well rounded parts websites. Easy to use and parts have always shown up correct.
I'm not sure where else I would go to get the hardware I need to rebuild this F4i, they have excellent diagrams and breakdowns with almost everything I need in stock, down to the last bolt. Awesome website and great resource.
It is not seen enough in this world that people actually care not only for their jobs but helping others. I think this was my first time calling on the phone to ask a question related to ordering a part. Not only did I get the help I needed but the customer service representative spent extra time with me related to other challenges I had with another vehicle helping me trouble shoot the problem.
The next time the boss tells you to hurry up and get to the next customer, remember that I am now a customer for life, and will tell others to shop here now because of the extra time your rep spent with me.
Found the parts I needed and they shipped the same day and were on my machine a couple days later. 100 percent satisfied and will be shopping here anytime I need parts. This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive used the site and Ive never been let down. Thanks again
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
Wasn’t able to get through to customer service through the phone
Seen the cheaper oem thermostat
I made an order for 3 washers of one kind and 2 of another. For whatever reason when order was sent, the quantity of 2 was correct and the 3 was only 1. Dang I thought, in 5 minutes I ordered 2 more to make the correct quantity of 3 total. After doing so I sent an email requesting the orders be shipped together to save $9 shipping. The response I got was the next day, sorry the orders have already shipped and was told to text/call next time. At that point in time no shipping info was received yet. Also something interesting, the first order arrived on 6/30(Sat) and the 2nd has not arrived yet(7-2). Sure leaves a WTH in my head. Guess I should have driven 60 miles to the dealer and got parts there. The mod on the scoot be done by now. I will call tmrw and see if there's help on figuring out why the package has been hanging out in Wichita Ks since late last week. Enough for now
Happy Trails

Been using Partzilla since 2020 when my wife and I purchased our 1st boat, a Yamaha AR195. I depended on Partzilla guiding me to what I needed and different parts since I was new to boating and had no idea what most of the parts were. Since then I'm sure I've purchased well over one thousand dollars in parts. I wanted to purchase the oil filter wrench to make my oil changes a bit easier and after getting the wrong part from O'Riely's and then Amazon, I thought I will order from Partzilla, surely they would know the right part for my boat. I got it and it was the same one that everyone else had been sending me. After spending close to an hour on hold and put on hold once someone got online, I was told "sorry, since you ordered it on your own and not with us on the phone, you could return it, but I would be responsible for shipping! Does that sound like good customer service? Now I've spent more money on shipping than what I paid for the part! I will no longer be using Partzilla for my boating needs. You are going to loose a customer over 5 dollars in shipping charges? I've been using B and H photo for over 40 years and not once have I ever paid for return shipping, period. That's why I keep shopping with them. BTW, you charged me 10 bucks for shipping. I was able to get it for under 5 bucks, that made me even more resolute to not use you again.
