Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

I've tried reaching out and I get a computer response. I don't get a real person. My package has been stuck in Seattle and the tracking is terrible. I'm only 60 minutes away from Seattle and it's taken 4 days and it's still hasn't arrived yet. I'm very disappointed. I don't have my product and it seems to be stalled somewhere for some reason? I've tried to track it online and the tracking information I got has not worked. It is now 5 days overdue. No clue when it will arrive? Very poor service!

I ordered a dipstick for my motor cycle person who took my order didn't mention that I will need a O ring with the dipstick. So after finding out the next day after placing the order for the dipstick I ordered the O ring. Which would be delivered after the dipstick. Few days later the dipstick is delivered the wrong dipstick was sent had to place another order after giving another sales person my VIN number to get the correct part, has to pay in advance have to wait for a refund on the wrong dipstick that was sent the first time. As of 3/20/24 still waiting on my dipstick and o ring

I had an order that should not had any shipping charges. I received an email stating that there was an additional charge for shipping of $310.00. I called and asked what the charges were for, and I was told that it was an administrative decision.
I canceled that order and reordered the same parts and there was no shipping charge..

I accidentally ordered the wrong part. I called in expecting a fight on getting an exchange. They were great to work with, explained the process, and worked to find the right part I needed. Within about 20 minutes, I had an RMA issued and the correct part ordered. I will definitely order from these guys again.
My order was delivered the next day. I was not expecting it that fast and was very pleased. The product was Genuine Honda, fit perfect and was in great shape when it arrived.
I ordered a new seat for my four wheeler. I was having it shipped to my property where I can have packages delivered and didn't realize that if I paid expedite shipping it would go USPS. Long story short post office refused to deliver. And I was only on my property for a week. Partzilla customer service was kind to resend my package next day air UPS so I could receive the seat in time for vacation.
Shipping method sucks for what you charge. Maybe try a different company other than USPS for what i was charged for shipping order should have been overnight delivered.

Website is fine and easy to navigate, parts shipped out quickly.
My issue is with the carrier service used for shipping. Parts were shipped with UPS mail innovations which doesn't offer a day definite tracking. And apparently is just generally slow without offering any details about where your parts are. It's a service where UPS takes the shipment and then delivers them to USPS for the final delivery…which almost always results in unneeded delays to save a few pennies. Anyways. Parts were ordered 2-21. Shipped 2-21 from Albany, GA…360 miles away from me and as I write this on 3-2 they still haven't been delivered. My ask is that ya'll simply use single carrier services. USPS w/ tracking, UPS/Fedex ground are all fine. I'm reasonably confident that the $9 I paid for shipping could've provided a service from those that I noted.
