Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit

I Placed 2 Orders On March 19,2024, But Still Have Not Got Either Order Yet! A Lot Of Times You Show To Have A Part Number In Stock, But After I Place The Order, That Item Goes On Backorder Because You're Inventory Was Off & You Did Not Have It In Stock. Usually That Holds Up The Complete Order Which May Have 20 Other Items On It. I Usually Have To Call & Cancel That Item Just To Get You Send Me The Remaining Parts I'm Waiting For On That Order. The Customer Service On The Phone Is Usually Great!

I ordered an exhaust gasket for my bike last week and it apparently shipped on 2-2--24. It is now 3-1-24 and has said it will arrive every night this week starting Monday. Still no gasket. VERY UNIMPRESSED as this the first time ive ordered from you!

I work for a snowmobile outfitter and can order parts directly from the manufacturers. However, these manufacturers do not give expedited shipping options and I needed a part FAST to have my machine ready to guide on for the upcoming weekend. Partzilla delivered! I was able to have the part I needed delivered in rural Colorado in about two days, and had great communication from Partzilla's customer service team regarding my order as well. I got the correct part fast in good condition. You can't ask for more than that.
I purchased one very small gasket. Maybe 2 inches by 2 inches. I thought the shipping was very high but I needed the gasket. When it got here it was in a box about 14 inches square by 2 inches deep.
You could have dropped thee gasket in an envelope with a 60 cent stamp and charged a couple dollars and made money.
This is what I will think about the next time I need to order parts.
