Carburetor bowl gasket $18. Tiny plastic connector for throttle sensor $18. Shipping $10. Both parts could have been shipped in an envelope for a first class stamp $0.60. Guess I'm just too old for these prices.
I bought a thermostat and the website said it fit my model 07 yamaha R6 and they sent a total different thermostat that didn't even fit
I look on the internet for parts and a price I can afford and often find myself at Partzilla. Seems as though they have done a good job of creating a catalog that is specific to the bike I'm working on which helps take the guessing game out.
Yamalube grease listed on site shows a picture of a quart jug i received only a small tube of grease after ordering

Prices are not that great. Parts are constantly damaged and randomly tossed in bags or boxes. Parts are constantly sent wrong. Customer service to get damaged, missing, or wrong parts taken care of is a nightmare so it's not even worth the hassle to correct and has been a battle for many years. I spend alot of money here, and every order is an issue.

Great online experience. The chat function worked great and helped me confirm a couple of parts I needed. The only negative was that the oil filter and oil container (4 quarts) were next to each other in the box, and the filter box was indented. The filter seems ok and not damaged, but I would just be more careful in shipping different items in the box.
Product was sitting on our porch in less than 24 hrs from ordering it! It said there would be a 1-3 day processing time before shipping. Very unexpected surprise.
The part I ordered was exactly what I needed for my 1987 Honda. The E-mail that Partzilla sent went to my Spam Folder and I didn't realize this until I called and spoke with a nice sales lady. The part arrived the next day and I got it installed. Thanks Partzilla, I will be using you again.

Horrible still don't have parts two weeks and still no parts got sent wrong part and you expect me to pay for shipping when you sent wrong part what kind of crap is that and I paid express shipping to get wrong part two weeks later

I hunted and hunted for a part for my Sea Doo jet ski- until I got to Partzilla…. Cheap, perfect, fast delivery
I ordered 2 trim pieces for a yamaha golf cart, a trim piece for the right side and left side. In my initial order I received 2 right side pieces and no left side pieces. I called to get the order corrected and the customer service individual was polite and understanding. An order was created to send the correct trim piece and I received the correct trim piece in 2 days.
I bought two (2) pilot jets which could have been mailed in a (usps) envelope for $0.59 cost $10. For just shipping.
Total cost for 2 jets@$42. SMH

I need a oring to finish build my Polaris 500 engine. Found it on line and ordered. I wanted it deliveries faster but was unable to get any other shipping but us postal service. Part arrived as planned and packaging was good.
Gave parts person the model, serial number, part name and the year and still received the wrong part. Don't know what to do now? Do I send it back and have to pay for shipping again and take a chance on getting the wrong part again?
